《Chances of Death: Seven Decks Book I》Bk 2 - Chapter 24 - Still Working App It

“Dammit, dammit, dammit!” Jen said as the diagnostic test she was running failed again for probably the hundredth time. “Maybe I’m trying to do too much? I can just delete this last self-learning function… NO! this will be epic! Never quit dammit!” she thought to herself as she leaned back and rubbed her eyes. Jen was tired, but it was her frustration with all the recent failures, that was causing her to lose her temper. She forced herself to step back and keep everything in perspective as she mentally reviewed her progress.
Shortly after she started building the app, the System sent her a message.
System message: Neural Integration Skill, Level 1 This is a new and unique skill to the Seven Decks. Whether this is a valuable or useless skill will depend completely on you.
The System message had ignited a passion in Jen, and little did she know that it would start her down a path that would almost drive her mad with frustration. Sam tried to help her initially, but he could not gain her new skill, and only slowed her down. She decided to work on her app alone, and hardly noticed Sam and Tamako bringing in food for her, but she refused to let anything distract her from her app.
Jen looked at the chalkboard with the outline of the code and neural mapping she was building into her app. She rotated her multi-focus again. This slowed down her progress, but it relaxed her mind and gave her a fresh look at the problem. Jen then returned all her focus into her mind, body, and mental onboard system and got back to work.

Ur Online
Wulfric Blackwell was his name, or at least the one he'd use this time. He really had no idea what his real name was. All of his memories had disappeared after an eternity in the Void, but the disembodied voice that called herself Eve said that's what he called himself in his last life on Ur before a technical error that sent him into that place where time and space meant nothing. If he wanted to remember who he was, then he'd have to play the game. Hopefully he didn't die again too soon. [LitRPG] + [Isekai]

Constructive criticism will be appreciated, and I'll try to post at least a chapter per week.
