《Earth's Alpha Prime》140. Holy Son of Fate.

CHAPTER140: Holy Son of Fate.
Every once in several million years, during troubled times, the Universe chooses a lifeform to do its bidding and bring balance.
Those fated individuals came to be known as Holy Sons/Daughters of Fate, and with the Universe itself protecting them, they were destined to become one of the greatest Beings ever to roam the Universe.
Even the typical Tier-10 beings pale in comparison with them.
The 3rd Prince didn't know much about them since the last ever known Holy Son of Fate was said to be seen 9 Million years ago, and only the Universe level hegemonies that existed for such a long time had proper records on them.
To the rest of the Universe, they were only known as folklore and as part of legends.
Without any concrete proof, the 3rd Prince could only speculate Dante to be a Holy Son of Fate due to him not having a fixed Fortune path.
Keeping that possibility in mind, the 3rd Prince respectfully greeted the Earth's Alpha Chosen, especially Dante and Olivia.
Following that, the 3rd Prince formally introduced himself to them, "Excuse my manners, I haven't even properly introduced myself. I am the 3rd Prince of the Red Elven Empire. You can all call me Felarial. Glad to meet you all."
Noticing the blank faces on most Earth's Alpha Chosen, Felarial realised that they didn't know anything related to the power structure of the Universe.
So, he roughly elaborated it and hinted at the Red Elven Empire's position as one of the top10 Hegemonies of a SuperCluster Level.
Other than Jay, who already knew all that from MJ, the others were awestruck by the massive scale of the Universe and the numerous Hegemonies that were powerful beyond imagination.
The 3rd Prince then explained to the Earth's Alpha Chosen about the harsh reality that the Galaxies had to face after finishing their Trial Programs.
Almost every Galaxy that finishes its Trial Program will be under the mercy of the neighbouring Galaxies that were already assimilated with the System.
If the invading Galaxies were merciful, they would only go after the resources. But if it were a ruthless one, the life forms of the newly emerged Galaxy would be turned into slaves and be sold to various forces across the Universe.
Noticing the shaken expressions on the Earth's Alpha Chosen, the 3rd Prince moved on to the main point after emphasising that only strength could decide their standing in the Universe.
"But there was a way for the newly assimilated Galaxies to escape the grasps of the other Galaxies that were hungry for resources and slave labour. It was to join a powerful enough Force that could deter the advances of invaders and become its subsidiary.

However, the requirements to join such a Force was easier said than done. But in your case, that wouldn't be a problem with the Performance Score your Galaxy displayed till now. Hegemonies all over the Universe would fight over themselves to bring your Galaxy into their Jurisdiction.
Since only those within the same SuperCluster could apply to be the Tournament Managers for the Trial Programs of Zephyr GalacticCluster, the ones that were currently competing over your Galaxy are the Virgo Supercluster's 10 Hegemonies, including my Red Elven Empire."
Before the Earth's Alpha Chosen could take it the wrong way, Felarial continued without a pause and offered the Red Elven Emperor's Proposal, but he made a significant adjustment to the initial one.
"As long as all of you are willing, the Red Elven Empire will be pleased to have you all as its Grand Elders, a position on par with the Emperor himself.
If you are worried that you would be bound to the Empire and work relentlessly for it, your worries are for naught.
Until you all cross Tier-6, the Empire will offer utmost protection and with the Empire's resources at your beck and call, reaching there would be just a matter of a few years."
The initial proposal was to offer a new Grand Elder Position to the Omega-Chosen. After all, there already exists a Grand Elder for the Red Elven Empire, and it was none other than the Emperor's Father.
But, Felarial offered to make them all the Grand Elders of the Empire since he had seen their inexplicably high potential and Fortune.
Felarial knew that even when the Emperor learns about the new proposal, his father wouldn't at all disagree with his decision.
Meanwhile, the Earth's Alpha Chosen took in the new information they were bombarded with.
One after another, the Earth's Alpha Chosen looked at each other before turning their heads towards Jay, who stood in silence by the side.
Even Olivia and Dante, whom he believed to be the strongest of the bunch, weren't an exception.
Their actions puzzled Felarial since it looked like they all were waiting for Jay's opinion.
Until then, Jay didn't stand out in Felarial's eyes. He remembered watching Jay to be the first one to walk out of Reality Emulators among the 8th batch and assumed Jay to be the weakest among the Earth's Alpha Chosen.
Felarial then used an information-type skill to peek at Jay's Status.
As someone who once had reached the peak of Tier-7, most of the skills in Felarial's possession were at Grade-7 as well. He wasn't able to use the ones that were fueled by Spirit Energy, but the information extracting skills doesn't expend Spirit Energy.

With the being a Grade-5 Skill, it couldn't hide Jay's status information from Felarial.
But, to Felarial's dismay, the stats section in Jay's 'Status' was filled with question marks as well as anything about Jay's Innate Talent.

__________
It wasn't just the Stats, but when Felariel went through the other sections in Jay's , all he could find were those that weren't obtained through his Innate Talent .
As all those would be visible only if Felarial could see through Jay's , but that was not possible since Jay was the only one who could access it.
Although Felarial couldn't find much information in Jay's , he still caught onto some details that made him look at Jay in a new light.
The main one was Jay's Life Energy, which was stacked at 124000.
It was high enough to be at Lv.49, and Felarial didn't understand why Jay didn't evolve further and chose to stay in Tier-2.
It wasn't like Jay didn't fulfil the other requirements.
After all, the Achievement Titles Jay gained were even good enough to meet the Tier-4 Evolution Requirement.
It was Felarial's first time not being able to completely see through someone's , who was at a lower level than himself.
A moment ago, he was pretty confident because the skill he used was a Grade-7 one, something that would take hundreds of years to obtain.
Since it was a Grade-7 skill, Felarial didn't worry about Jay noticing his action but soon realised he was wrong when he saw Jay frowning at him with a hint of irritation.
Jay then turned around and walked away towards one of the Colosseum's exits without saying a word to Felarial or the remaining Earth's Alpha Chosen.
Felarial couldn't understand how Jay could sense his prying action when the skill he used was a Grade-7 one.
While Felarial emptily stood there, Dante broke the awkward silence, "Mr Felarial, we would like to have some time to think about it. Let us meet after the 1st Intermission."
That jolted Felarial out of his stupor. He then regained his composure and politely replied, "Of Course….Of Course, take your time and give me your decision by the end of this Tournament."
After that, Felarial bade farewell with the Earth's Alpha Chosen, and they soon caught up with Jay and exited the Colosseum along with him.
Felariel thought of using the 'Fortune Path' technique on Jay but decided against that, fearing that Jay might somehow detect it and find it even more offensive.
From the look Jay gave him, Felarial had a gut feeling that Jay was not someone he would want to offend and didn't take a peek at Jay's Fortune.
Instead, he used his authority as the 35th Trial Region's Tournament Manager to look at the video records of Jay's performance in the Reality Emulator.
After watching those records, Felarial stood dead-still in the empty Colosseum for a long while.
Back when he watched Olivia easily defeat a Tier-3 High-Phase monster and hold well enough against a Tier-4 Low-Phase monster shocked him beyond belief.
Felarial believed nothing else could top that for the day but upon watching Jay defeat a Tier-4 Low-Phase monster had shattered that for him.
From the slight hesitation he saw in Jay's actions when Jay was about to be defeated by a Tier-4 Mid-phase monster, Felarial deduced that Jay didn't bring out all of his trump cards since it wasn't life-threatening inside the Reality Emulators.
That made Felarial wonder if Jay would have cleared the 11th difficulty level if he had used his hidden trump card.
His own strength was of Tier-4 Low-Phase, and at last resort, he could utmost match a Tier-4 Mid-Phase monster with his damaged Spirit Pool, but that was all to it.
Felarial couldn't help but gulp upon thinking whether he could even stop Jay if he tried to kill another Alpha Chosen in the Tournament.
He was glad that Jay didn't find his previous action of prying way too offensively and left without looking for trouble.
