I smiled still when we walked to their living room to talk and for me to tell a little of my story of were I came from. "This is pretty much the first time that I've been this interactive with others in a long time." I said when I sat down and made sure that my dagger didn't slip out from my pocket when I did sit down. "It is normal for some to do that." Carlisle said and Edward was looking at me & I figured that he knows of my dagger. "Why do you carry a dagger around with you?" He asked and the attention was more drawn onto me. "Well, mostly because it was a gift from my brother when I was still human." I replied and took it out to show it.

It was special because on the tip of the handle on both sides are a pair of shiny rubies. "He was a gladiator then?" Jasper asked while examining the dagger and looked at me. "Yes on Pompeii. But when Felix died after a fight, I started training even though my friend Demetri tried to talk me out of it and soon I was the best gladiator around." I said with pride and remembered some good fights that I once had. "Wow, oh and sorry to hear that." Rosalie said and I smiled a bit before I said, "It's okay Rosalie. It is nice talking to others about the past so that some of it can be better for ones self." Seeing them smiling a bit at my words, we all started to share stories of our human life's and how we each got turned.

As everyone told their stories, Amilla learned that Jasper was in the war, Rosalie wanted a child and married quickly, Alice had already could see events when she was human, Edward was saved by Carlisle under his own mothers request, Emmett had went in the woods to find some ball when he was attacked, Carlisle was turned during the age of the hunts. But then when Esme started to tell her part of the story of when she was turned, Amilla found that it was almost like that day when she was turned.

"It was painful when I did it, but lying in the bed and then when I remembered Carlisle, I felt that I would be saved." Esme said and Amilla remembered that she thought those words too, but it did not turn out that way. "Heh, I thought those words too when I was attacked by a vampire whom was able to turn himself into a creature of his choice. But he must have thought that I was already dead." Amilla said lightly biting her lip and thought of the name of the man that had left her to die, 'Cauis.' Right away, Edward sat stiff and asked a little unsure, "Have you heard of the Volturi?" Looking at him, Amilla nodded her head as she said, "Yes but I only thought of his name." The rest of the Cullen's looked at Amilla wondering what name she was thinking of when Edward said, "She thought of Cauis's name."

"Wait you was close to him?" Emmett asked and Amilla once again nodded her head. "Yes, after one of my fights when I was walking on the street. I met him and we continued to meet every night until when I was attacked and he chased after who had attacked me." Amilla said and she noticed that everyone was thinking of something & looked a little more tensed. Amilla wondered what it was until Carlisle had asked, "What did your brother look like?" Knowing that might have been a question, Alice brought out a pad of paper and a pencil. Quickly, Amilla started to draw out what her brother and her friend looked like. "Both my brother and friend looked like this." She said turning the pad around to show them.

Each Cullen was surprised seeing that what each of them thought was true. Felix and Demetri of the Volturi are the brother & friend of their new neighbor. Now Amilla could see a little look each Cullen shared knowing that it was the look that read 'should we tell her'. "Amilla, you're brother and you're friend had gotten turned & are with the Volturi." Carlisle said and Amilla's eyes widened & thought clearly shocked, 'No way that can't be true.' It was still a shock to my mind to hear that after all of this time, both my brother and best friend are alive & they are in that coven with that man that left me to die. My heart was beating more quickly as my mind was trying to wrap around this new information. How could Cauis not have told me that my brother was turned when I knew all along what he is. Not thinking, I quickly stood up and raced out the open window to try & forget for a while what I have learned.

She ran out so fast that we couldn't stop her, but Carlisle said, "She must be given time to clear her head of this." I knew that it must be hard learning that your only family and friend is alive, but then suddenly I could see a vision of Amilla crossing the treaty line before it was gone & I was shocked. "She's going to cross the treaty line." I said and once I finished saying that, we all ran out to stop her before she did cross & end up dead on the La Push lands.

~End Alice's point of view~ No one's point of view~

As Amilla ran without knowing that the Cullen's are trying to find her, she was running faster and would avoid running into trees or rocks as she ran. 'Why did he not tell me?' She thought to herself and just as she moving her right foot in front of her, she was already crossing the treaty line into La Push were at the moment, some of pack are out patrolling. The wind was not blowing so at first the wolves, Jared, Seth and Embry did not notice that she had crossed the line. But even if it was blowing, they wouldn't be able to tell that she is a vampire but she had a little bit of the Cullen's scent on herself so she would be in some danger.

Meanwhile, the three boys where getting hungry and are starting to finish up on their patrol while Amilla was sitting down by the river to think it over of her brother being alive. (Common guys, let's check over here before we head back to Emily's for lunch.) Embry said wanting to finish up because he was starving and wanted to get back to eat. (Alright Embry, keep your fur in place.) Jared said with a wolf like laugh and Seth was walking ahead of them not wanting to hear anything about food or else he would get more hungry.

But then Seth noticed someone sitting by the river when he peeked his head through a bush and he could smell some Cullen on her, yet could hear a heart beat. (Hey guys, get over here.) Seth called out and right away the two trotted over & looked to see what Seth was staring at. (We should leave before she sees us.) Jared said and just before they started to back up, Amilla started to mutter out to herself, "Why didn't he tell me that Felix was turned?" The words surprised the trio and they glanced at each other wondering what they should do. (Let's turn back and take her to Emily's. She must be new to learning about the vampires.) Embry said and the boys agreed before walking off & shifted back and put their clothes on minus shirts and socks.

Amilla heard the sound of small branches breaking and wiped at her eyes quickly before turning around to see three boys walking out of the trees & bushes. She stood up quickly when one of them that seemed to be the youngest said, "Hey take it easy, we where walking by when we heard what you was talking about." She took in a deep breath before thinking these boys heard what she said when the one with a lightly goofy look said, "Don't worry. We know about vampires and I'm Jared & this is Embry and Seth." Amilla did feel a bit better that these boys know about vampires and then Seth asked her, "Follow us if you want to hear more about vampires and stuff." Arching an eyebrow wondering what these boys are, Amilla decided to follow them and they all walked. 'How do they know about vampires when they don't seem like a creature.' She thought to herself feeling a bit confused and figured that if she would wait to tell them that she herself is a vampire.
