《Cheat List || Taekook》Chapter 16

A nervous feeling made it's way into Taehyung's chest as he followed exactly where his navigation was leading him. Last night Jungkook had indeed texted him some kind of adress and the grey haired boy couldn't be more excited to spend some alone time with his coach. After all, Jungkook was an incredibly talented singer and performer and Taehyung could definitely learn a lot from him.
As Taehyung's navigation began to lead him to the fancier part of Seoul the grey haired boy's eyes widened. He had never been in this part of the city before, mainly because he didn't have any bussiness going there. All the apartments here cost at least a small fortune and thus the student himself could never afford them, let alone have friends who could. No one who had this amount of money was willing to befriend someone as ordinary as himself.
It didn't take long for Taehyung to reach it's destination and immediately the boy's eyes became as big as saucers as he saw the building he was supposed to enter. The skyscraper had tinted black windows which mirrored the outside world perfectly. The building itself must have been at least 30 floors high and a big bouncer was standing right in front of the entrance of it. He clearly wasn't there to welcome everyone inside.
The grey haired boy gulped hard before he slowly began to exit his plain looking car. His car was by far the least expensive car in the neighborhood and a soft red blush began to appear on the singer's cheeks. He had absolutely no bussiness being in this neighborhood at all looking as ordinary as himself. Let's just hope no one would laugh at him.
As soon as the cold air of the outside wind hit him the boy quickly burried his face a bit deeper in his coat before he began to walk up to the big bouncer and smiled at him as friendly as possible. Taehyung absolutely didn't want to piss this big human being off. The man looked like he just could pick up his body easily and toss him to the other side of the street.
"Hi! I came here to visit Jeon Jungkook." Taehyung spoke as he saw that the big man wasn't going to say anything soon. The bouncer nodded briefly before he pressed one of the buttons behind him. It didn't take long before a soft beeping tone began to fill Taehyung's ear and the boy quickly figured that the bouncer must be calling Jungkook to check if Taehyung's story was true.
A small smile began to form onto the grey haired boy's face and he looked at the man with a friendly look on his face. A lot of celebrities probably owned a studio in this building and thus he obviously couldn't let anyone in without checking if their story was true first.
It didn't take long before the familiar voice of Jungkook sounded through the cold air and immediately a sparkle began to shine in Taehyung's eyes. He was excited for the lesson he was going to receive from his coach and he could hardly wait to start practicing already.

"Hello?" The soft tender voice of Jungkook spoke in a questioning tone. Immediately the bouncer moved a bit before he began to speak to the screen inside the wall. "Mr. Jeon I have a young man standing with me who wants to visit you. Is this okay?" The big man asked in a polite tone while waiting for the boy on the other side of the screen to answer him.
Immediately Jungkook's voice sounded enthusiastic and Taehyung smiled brightly when he heard the brown haired boy say the following words. "Ahh yes, that must be Tae! Send him up please."
The bouncer softly nodded before he opened the glass door behind him and gestured for Taehyung to enter the building. "Mr. Jeon lives on the 30th floor." The man spoke in a much friendlier tone than before and quickly the grey haired boy nodded before he began to make his way towards the elevator. Like hell he would take the stairs if his coach was waiting 30 floors above the one he was currently at.
Quickly Taehyung pressed the button for the elevator to open and he smiled when the doors almost immediately began to slide open. The elevator must have still been on the ground floor.
The grey haired boy walked inside and pressed the button for the 30th floor before he waited as he felt the elevator began to move. Everything inside this building looked fancy. From the elevator buttons to the freaking walls. Everything just screamed expensive to Taehyung and thus the boy refrained from touching anything he didn't have to touch. If he would break something neither he nor his boyfriend would be able to pay for it.
It didn't take long for the elevator to reach it's destiny and soon the familiar ding of it sounded through the small room before the silver doors slowly began to slide open again. Taehyung's eyes went as big as saucers the moment he noticed the apartment he had gone to.
While the grey haired boy thought that he would meet Jungkook in one of his studios, that was far from where he was standing now. The student was standing in a fancy, expensive looking apartment with bright white floors and walls. The outside walls of the apartment where covered in windows and the view was truly breath taking.
As Taehyung was staring at his surroundings with an open mouth Jungkook had gotten up from the sofa he was sitting on and was making his way towards Taehyung. A small smile was visible on the brunette's face and as he was within arm reach of the older boy he softly placed a vinger under the grey haired boy's mouth before pushing it closed.
Once Taehyung felt Jungkook's soft touch under his chin a small blush began to form onto the boy's cheeks and he quickly casted his gaze to the floor. Even though it wasn't the first time his coach had touched him, that boy still managed to sent sparks of electricity down the older's body with just a mere simple gesture.
"Taehyung! Welcome to my humble home. Can I take your coat?" The brunette began to speak and Taehyung had to surpress a laugh that almost escaped his mouth. This apartment was far from humble and the brunette must known that himself too. Nevertheless the grey haired boy took of the coat which had shielded him perfectly from the cold air outside before handing it over to his coach.

Jungkook took Taehyung's coat out of the older boy's hands before leading him further inside the place where he felt most at ease. "I know this is not really a studio but I couldn't come up with another place where we could practice without any interuptions." The brunette spoke while he scratched the back of his head nervously.
Taehyung nodded before turning his head towards the younger boy. "I really don't mind. Your apartment is beautiful." The older boy spoke while taking a good look around himself now that he had walked further into the place where his idol spent most of his time.
The place looked exactly how Taehyung thought it would look like. The penthouse was filled with black furniture which gave of a great contrast compared to the white walls and floors. Everything inside looked expensive as hell and the grey haired boy only needed to take one look at the couch which Jungkook was gesturing for him to sit on before he knew that that thing probably cost more than his own apartment.
As soon as both boys sat down on the couch and Jungkook had gotten the both of them something to drink the brunette focussed on Taehyung completely while a small smile was decorating his face. "Are you feeling better than yesterday?"
Immediately a small blush began to appear on Taehyung's cheeks upon remembering the reason why he hadn't been feeling well yesterday. If only Bogum had prepared him properly he wouldn't have embarrassed himself in front of someone as Jungkook.
"Y-yeah." The grey haired boy spoke quickly as soon as he realised that he was losing himself in cursing his boyfriend in his mind. Jungkook nodded softly before a more serious look began to cross his in Taehyung's eyes perfect features.
"Good. I wanted to talk to you about something and since we won't have any intruders here I think this is the perfect moment." The idol spoke as he softly reached forwards and grabbed one of Taehyung's hands in both his own. Immediately the grey haired boy's eyes grew big and he looked at his coach with big eyes. Jungkook clearly had no idea what kind of effect he had on the older boy.
"I didn't want to say this in the pressence of the other contestants or coaches because it could literally cost me my job." The brunette began to speak and immediately a spark of curiosity began to rise inside Taehyung's chest. Jungkook sure knew what he had to say to keep the older boy's interest perfectly on him.
"But I think you and I together can win this whole show. No one else even comes close to you if you ask me." The brunette confessed before he send his always mesmerizing smile towards Taehyung while looking at him with honesty practically written all over his face.
What Jungkook had said was true, Taehyung truly was a gem among the contestants this year. The boy was likeable for the public, his looks were great and on top of that was the fact that his voice was so unique that he stood out the most of all contestants. Taehyung was perfect and it would take a fool not to see that.
Meanwhile Taehyung was looking at Jungkook with a shocked look on his face. Sure the boy wanted nothing more that to win the voice of Korea but he hadn't expected his own coach to just straight up say that he actually thought Taehyung would be able to do so.
"Yoongi won last year and he is still rubbing it in my face. However with you we can win." The brunette spoke before he picked up a sheet from his coffee table and handed it to Taehyung. Immediately the grey haired boy began to scan what was written on the paper and smiled when he saw that they were lyrics. This was the beginning of a song.
"It is not finished yet but me and Namjoon couldn't wait to start on a song for you. I even think that once Namjoon has finished it this could be your winning song." Jungkook admitted before he looked up again and smiled at the boy who was sitting in front of him.
Taehyung looked so fragile and pure and that is exactly what made him such a strong contestant. The boy wasn't scared to show how vulnerable he was and he was the perfect example of what you see is what you get, nothing more and nothing less. Taehyung was Taehyung and to Jungkook he was perfect that way. This boy hadn't noticed it himself yet but he would definitely become a big idol. Luckily his coach wasn't blind to the uniqueness of him.
Jungkook then grabbed one of Taehyung's hands once more before he softly squeezed it in a reassuring manner. "I want you to practice more with me in private so that we can reassure your victory already." The idol spoke in a serious tone and Taehyung looked at him while a wave of shyness washed over him.
He hadn't even gotten through the first live show and his coach was already speaking of his victory. Of course it made the grey haired boy very happy that his coach was so fond of him but it also made him a tiny bit scared. A lot of him was expected at this point, however this was also the oppurtunity of a life time he had just gotten and thus when Jungkook asked him if he was in for this plan the student looked at his coach with a determinded look on his face while he nodded confidently.
