A small smile was visible on Taehyung's face as he was patiently waiting. The boy had arrived at the studio ten minutes ago and even though he had to rush a lot this morning he still was able to make it with some time left to kill.

The boy was currently at the studio of the the voice of Korea to meet the rest of team Jungkook. A lot of people were already waiting for their coach to make an appearance and the grey haired boy watched them all with a curious look on his face.

One of these people was going to be his battle partner and the grey haired boy couldn't be more excited. He felt himself really priviledged to have the opportunity to battle against one of the people here. Everyone had their own unique voice and the student was certain he would definitely learn a lot from this experience.

While most contestants where doing something for themselves a few of them were softly talking to one another. Taehyung himself wasn't doing anything in particular, just waiting for their coach to arrive and reveal who would be his battle partner and which song they were gonna sing.

Suddenly however someone sat down next to him and a surprised look became visible on the grey haired boy's face. "Hi!" An enthusiastic voice suddenly spoke towards Taehyung and as soon as the boy turned his head to the right he was met with the beautiful face of a blonde girl. The girl seemed to a few years younger than Taehyung himself and she was wearing a beautiful friendly smile on her face.

The grey haired boy immediately smiled back while his eyes held a friendly look in them. "Hello." He answered the enthusiastic girl next to him while slowly taking her appearance up.

The girl had long blonde hair and beautiful cherry red lips. Her whole aura radiated cheerfullness and she genuinely seemed like a nice person to be around according to Taehyung.

"I'm Rosé and I thought it would be great to get to know some of my teammates." The blonde girl spoke before she smiled at Taehyung again and then focussed on the boy's face while waiting for him to reply.

"I'm Taehyung and yeah that is great indeed. I'd love to get to know some of the people here." The grey haired boy answered and immediately Rosé squeled softly before she grabbed Taehyung's arm and linked it with her own. "Great! We're gonna be teambesties now."

Softly Taehyung began to laugh while looking at the enthusiastic girl next to him. He could definitely see her win this talentshow. The girl looked absolutely gorgeous and she must have a great voice too if Jungkook turned around for her. Rosé was the perfect example of how an idol should look. She was as complete as she could be already.

As the grey haired boy was ready to answer the girl next to him again suddenly the two big doors inside the room opened and revealed none other than Jeon Jungkook and another person. A small smile was visible on Jungkook's face and he immediately motioned for his whole team to come a bit closer towards where he was standing.

As if on cue Rosé quickly jumped up from where she was sitting before she began to drag Taehyung behind her. The grey haired boy followed his new friend quickly before he curiously looked at Jungkook while waiting for him to say something. Anything that would come out of the brunette's mouth would be of great importance for everyone inside this room and Taehyung would make sure he wouldn't miss anything.

"Thank you all for coming today!" Jungkook spoke in a soft tone as he looked at all the people in front of him. This year the boy had quite a big team and unlike the year before he this time had some quite unique voices in his team. Slowly the idol looked around the group of people before him while a bright smile was visible on his face.

"First of all I would like to introduce you all to someone." Jungkook spoke before he pointed at the unknown boy next to him. The boy looked a few years older than Jungkook himself and he had bright blue hair. A friendly smile was decorating his face and it looked like he was ready for whatever it was that Jungkook had brought him here for.

"This is Namjoon, my own producer." Jungkook explained and immediately Namjoon briefly waved at the group in front of him. "Namjoon will help me this year with my coaching job so it will either be him or me with who you will work whenever we ask you to come to the studio." Jungkook then explained and quickly Taehyung nodded understandingly.

Working with Jungkook as well as Namjoon would be considered as a huge opportunity for Taehyung. Jungkook was an amazing singer and idol and Namjoon was the very one who produced Jungkook's songs. Both of them were big names in the music industry and the influence they had was enormous.

"Now that we've done that it is time to announce the battles." Jungkook then continued before he briefly looked into Taehyung's way and smiled a bit brighter. Nerves started to suddenly make it's way into Taehyung's body and his heart began to beat a bit faster. Your battle partner is really important and thus the grey haired boy hoped that he would have a not too hard opponent. He'd hate to lose in the battles already.

"Okay the first battle will be....Rosé and Youngjae!" Jungkook then suddenly announched and immediately the blonde girl next to Taehyung jumped up before she turned towards her new friend and quickly whispered a good luck before making her way towards Jungkook. The brunette quickly told them the song they would sing and then send them towards a room to go and practice while he announced the other battles.

As soon as Rosé and Youngjae had gone inside the room Jungkook had told them the brunette turned towards the group in front of him again before slightly smiling. "The next battle will be Jinyoung versus Taehyung." The idol announced and immediately Taehyung's heart skipped a beat upon hearing his own name. However luckily the boy quickly regained his cool and walked towards where Jungkook was waiting for him.

The brown haired idol smiled friendly at Taehyung before he handed both Jinyoung and Taehyung a paper with some lyrics on them. "You both will be singing Rolling in the deep by Adele." Jungkook spoke before he send the both of them off to a room to work on their song.

However as soon as Taehyung turned around Jungkook sofly wrapped a hand around the grey haired boy's wrist. The student immediately turned around again while a shocked look was visible on his face. Goosebumps immediately formed onto Taehyung's whole skin upon feeling the idol touch him and he locked eyes with Jungkook the moment he turned around.

Jungkook smiled friendly at Taehyung before he pulled the grey haired boy a bit back. "I will join you two in a minute or five, okay?" The brunette spoke and Taehyung slightly nodded while his eyes grew big. As soon as Jungkook's touch came it was gone again and soon the boy turned around and focussed on the group in front of him again.

As Taehyung was walking towards the room he and Jinyoung were supposed to practice in his whole body went on auto pilot while the boy's mind was only thinking about one thing and one thing only.
