"yuna" sunghoon opened the door into her room and saw the girl looking at herself in the mirror all dressed up. she looked at the boy while he gasped, placing his hand over his mouth, "today's your date right??"
she nodded with a small smile on her face. after freezing for a few seconds, sunghoon closed the door and walked over to her, looking at her outfit, checking it, "does it look good? or decent at least? does it match with my orange hair??"
yuna loved her orange hair despite it not matching with half of her outfits, especially her school uniform but she refused to get rid of it.
yuna wore a simple white dress that showed her shoulders and on top of it she had a black cardigan. she also had on white high top converse. she wore a small gold chain necklace on her neck and small diamond earrings.
sunghoon looked her up and down. he wasn't answering her question so yuna began getting nervous and conscious on how she looked, "you look perfect and ready for this date!"
the girl chuckled before she began fidgeting with her bracelet, "i'm so nervous..what if it doesn't go well? what if he doesn't like me? what if-"
sunghoon took a step towards her, holding her shaking hands into his, "it'll be great yuna! heeseung will treat you well, i know he will but if anything goes wrong, text me"
yuna nodded then her phone buzzed and she raised an eyebrow. sunghoon removed his hands from her and yuna walked over to her phone that was on her desk and looked at the notification, "soovin?"
yuna quickly looked at herself in the mirror before taking a picture of her outfit in the mirror, sunghoon peaking out from the corner
yuna chuckled as she sent the picture to soovin
*picture attached*
yuna looked back at sunghoon, taking a few steps to stand in front of him, "i'm still nervous! why am i more nervous than usual? we've hung out before and talked!"
"because you guys aren't you know just studying and talking, you guys are on a date this time!" sunghoon responded, super excited for the girl, "your first date yuna!"
the two squealed in excitement when her phone buzzed again
yuna looked down at her phone, seeing the notification, "ah!" she dropped her phone on the floor and sunghoon stood back, confused.
he bent down, grabbing her phone and standing up straight. he then looked at the notification
"this is it yuna!" sunghoon spoke, giving her phone back, "go enjoy your date with him!"
yuna calmed her racing heart and nodded. she grabbed her purse, shoving her wallet and phone into it.
the two then walked out of yuna's room and into the main entrance where heeseung was waiting with yuna's parents
"oh god.." yuna muttered as she made eye contact with heeseung both nervous about her date with heeseung but also the fact that her parents were right there with heeseung
"hey yuna" heeseung smiled, greeting her.
"hello heeseung" she smiled also and walked over to him, standing beside him, her hands clenching onto her purse out of nervousness
"you look beautiful yuna" her mother complimented her and yuna kept the same smile on her face, "i hope you two have a wonderful time"
"bring her home before 12" her father pointed at heeseung, warning him and heeseung panicked for a few seconds before her father put on a smile, "but have fun!"

the boy chuckled and nodded, "will do" he looked at yuna, "should we go?"
yuna nodded as she waved bye to sunghoon and her parents.
heeseung and yuna left the house, leaving sunghoon and her parents alone
"so" sunghoon walked over to her parents, wrapping his arm around yuna's mother, "did you make food?"
"of course i did" her mother scoffed, looking to her right where sunghoon was, "let's go eat"
"yay!" sunghoon removed his arm and clapped his hands, excited for the food

yuna and heeseung walked out of the movie theater with their hands clasped together and laughing after the movie, "who recommended that movie?"
"jay did" heeseung responded, "he said it was good but he definitely lied"
"a hundred percent. i think that was the worst movie i've ever seen" yuna spoke as threw away the bucket of popcorn the two had got, "jay has bad taste"
"no, actually he usually has good taste especially when it comes to music and fashion but this movie..i just..i don't know what he was thinking with it"
"at least we got a good laugh out of it" yuna responded and heeseung nodded, agreeing with her
"hey i have to use the restroom. wait for me at the entrance?" yuna nodded as heeseung let go of her hand and walked away from yuna
her heart was racing uncontrollably as she walked over to the entrance and sat on one of the empty benches by herself
yuna took her phone out of her purse and began texting sunghoon
as yuna was texting sunghoon, a boy tapped her on the shoulder.
the girl looked up and noticed she didn't know him at all. yuna smiled at the boy, "did..you need something?"
the boy awkwardly held out his phone, rubbing the back of his neck, "i was just wondering if i could have your number.."
yuna widened her eyes in shock, "m-my number?" she pointed at herself since this didn't happen often
he nodded, "i thought you were-"
"excuse me" a voice cut the boy off. the boy stopped speaking and turned around, seeing a taller boy in front of him. he looked up and the taller boy smiled, "sorry to interrupt but..i'm on a date with her"
the boy let out a small 'oh' and apologized, bowing his head, "o-oh sorry, i didn't know"
"it's okay" heeseung patted his shoulder, "we should get going though" he spoke to yuna.
the girl nodded as she put her phone away and stood up. heeseung took hold of her hand, excusing themselves from the boy.
the two exited the movie theater and heeseung let out a breath of relief. yuna looked at him, "are you okay?"
he nodded, "i just didn't want a repeat of what happened at my party. just being cautious because you never know"
yuna smiled, holding onto the boy's hand tighter, "thank you for being cautious"
"of course" he patted her head with his free hand, "i have to protect you some how"
yuna's ears were red again and she hated it
'why the hell do you get so shy easily' yuna scolded herself, 'you blush at everything he does oh my lord'
"..so are you hungry?" heeseung asked and she nodded, "want to go back to my house? i can make you something if you want"
"really? okay then let's go!"
♡
"where are your parents?" yuna asked heeseung as she watched him bring back a few plates and bowls of food

"they're at work right now. they usually come home late" he answered her and set down two plates of kimchi dumplings along with two plates of kimchi fried rice on the table.
heeseung went back to the kitchen, opening the fridge, "do you want something to drink? tea? water?"
"water is fine. thank you" yuna spoke. heeseung grabbed two water bottles out of the fridge and walked back over to the dining room and gave one to yuna.
she grabbed the water bottle and heeseung sat across from her, "i hope it's good"
"i'm sure it will be" yuna spoke as she grabbed the chopsticks and picked up one of the kimchi dumplings. she put it in her mouth and began chewing on it. heeseung sat there, anticipating her reaction. her eyes lit up and that gave heeseung a sense of relief
she finished chewing and spoke again, "wow that was really good! did you make them yourself?"
"my mom taught me how to make them. we make kimchi dumplings every other week and we had extras so i heated some up for you. they probably don't taste as good as when we make them though" he explained to her
"if they taste this good when reheated then they probably taste amazing when they are first made" she complimented him and he just laughed again
"i'll make sure the next time we make them, i'll invite you"
"don't have to tell me twice" she grabbed another one with her chopsticks, eating it
heeseung chuckled, "you and sunghoon are practically twins" yuna was going to argue and fight with him on that point but she didn't because she knew he was right
the two spent the rest of their time eating and just talking more about random topics that the two could think about. yuna was easily and introvert and only with her closest friends was she an extrovert but she was glad heeseung was able to lead the conversation and keep it interesting
yuna felt happy and content. being on this date took her mind off a lot and she was glad as she didn't want to think about the incident at all.
before the two knew it, it was time for heeseung to take the girl home.
the two began walking home in silence at 11 pm at night; heeseung didn't want her father to kill him.
yuna rubbed her arms from the coldness since she was only wearing a thin cardigan over her dress, "bad outfit..." she muttered to herself
heeseung looked over at her and noticed her discomfort because of the cold. he didn't hesitate to take over his jacket and put it around her shoulder.
"thank you" she mumbled, a small smile on her face
heeseung wrapped his arm around her shoulder, pulling her closer to him, "does..this make you uncomfortable?" he asked her just to make sure
"huh?" she was kinda frozen but quickly snapped out of it, "no! it's okay..it's fine"
yuna had to calm down her racing heart from their close proximity and his action
heeseung was also trying to calm his heart even though he was the one making the moves on her. it was his first time being interested in a girl and flirting(?) with a girl so he was still nervous around her. to be honest, it was his first time on a date
the two walked for another 15 minutes, having a little conversation until they reached yuna's house.
yuna walked forward a little and turned to look at heeseung, "thank you for today. i really enjoyed it"
"i hope it wasn't too boring for you. i was panicking because i didn't know if it was going to be perfect or not. it was also kinda my first time doing something like this so i was very nervous. i know you said that you'll be fine-"
yuna cut him off as she leaned up slightly, kissing his cheek. he froze from this action and she leaned back down and smiled at the boy, "it was perfect heeseung. it wasn't boring at all"
heeseung shyly smiled at the girl.
"i should probably get inside.." yuna spoke, a small chuckle leaving her lips
"y-yah! of course. i'll..see you at school?" he stammered and she nodded, "i'll leave once i see you're in"
yuna smiled and nodded again. she turned around and went to the door. she opened the door and looked at heeseung once more. he waved bye to her and she did the same.
she entered her house, closing the door afterwards.
heeseung laughed lightly before turning around and walking away from yuna's house
yuna knew her parents were already sleep so she simply walked to her room with a stupid smile on her face.
yuna opened her door and walked in, closing the door afterwards.
the girl then noticed someone sleeping on her bed. she tilted her head then realized who the heck it was, "the hell- sunghoon?"
the boy groaned, not moving to see her since he was asleep. she rolled her eyes and walked over to her bed, grabbing her pillow and smacking him with it repeatedly
"yah! yah! stop it!" sunghoon shouted at her, grabbing the pillow away from her, "geez. you come back from a date and you're hurting me" he whined, rubbing his arm
yuna shook her head, "why are you sleeping on my bed?"
"well i ate food then i got tired but i got lazy to walk home so i just came in here to sleep. your parents didn't mind" he smiled cheekily, hugging the pillow tightly. she rolled her eyes as she took off her purse and placed it on her bedside table.
she then fell onto her bed next to sunghoon, "i'm tired"
"well don't sleep yet" he poked her shoulder, "you need to tell me about the date!" he excitedly spoke, crossing his legs to listen to yuna
yuna sat up and looked at sunghoon with a serious face. this gave sunghoon a bad impression but it switched when he saw the big smile on her face afterwards, "i loved it!"
"oh my god you scared me!" sunghoon gasped with a hand on his heart, "i thought you were going to say it went bad"
yuna shook her head, the smile on her face staying, "i loved it. it was simple and i had a good time with heeseung. i hope he felt the same.."
"i'm sure he did!" sunghoon patted her shoulder, "i'm sure he'll tell me about it" yuna nodded, "well, i guess i should get home now. my mom is picking me up and should be here soon"
the two proceeded to stand up from her bed and sunghoon grabbed his bag, "i'll see you at school yuna"
the two bid their farewells and sunghoon left the room.
yuna walked over to her desk and sat on her chair, taking off her shoes. she placed them under her desk and looked on top of her desk to see a bunch of notebooks, stationary and pictures.
she looked at one of her picture frames and smiled at it. it was a picture of her, jake, and sunghoon hanging out at a fair that had gone too
she grabbed it and stared at the picture. she then looked at jake in the picture, "my heart no longer races for you anymore..i don't turn red or get nervous around you anymore.."
"i think my feelings are finally gone.."

8 220New Escape
In a world not that unlike the present exists a fantastic technology to transfer one's consciousness into a game. A new frontier for video games has been opened, and my first experience in this world is an rpg. An escape from monotony and school has led me to experience a brand new world.(I originally lost my motivation for this story and kinda wanted to kill it, but I brought it into this world so I will fix it. I'll probably re-write the first chapters and include a more compelling story. Didn't really write the story for people to read in the first place and after I put it on here I stopped caring, but I am changed!(not too much but just a little))
