"so..how'd it go with your parents?" sunghoon asked as he saw yuna walked over to him at the entrance

she reached sunghoon, standing beside him, "very disappointed in me but i'm not grounded luckily" she explained, leaning her head on his shoulder, "did you come with jake and soovin?"

"i walked by myself. i think jake walked with soovin" sunghoon responded, "that couple is gonna end up leaving us and they aren't even dating yet"

"oh! speaking of soovin and jake. i should probably tell you this..uh i kinda confessed to jake.."

sunghoon slammed his locker door close, scaring the hell out of yuna

"you told him?!" he exclaimed and she placed her hand over his mouth, telling him to shut up as she calmed her racing heart from him scaring her

"freaking america can hear you oh my god could you be any louder?" she took her hand off of his mouth and grabbed his wrist, dragging him away.

she turned a corridor and looked around, making sure no one was around before speaking, "apparently i confessed when jake was taking me home since you know..i was drunk" she whispered because she knew if anyone heard, she would get in trouble for underage drinking, "so he asked me about it in the morning so i just decided to let it out then and to be honest..it feels great that it told him"

"well, thats good then!" he told her, "it's a starting point to getting over him. wait so what'd he say?"

"he just said that he's sorry he can't return the feelings but glad we can stay friends"

"glad it won't be awkward at lunch or whenever we hang out" sunghoon chuckled in response, "are you..or did you tell soovin?"

she shook her head, "i know if i tell her then she'll feel bad and not want to continue with him and i don't want that to happen"

"you're such a kind soul" sunghoon wiped a fake tear and she just laughed

"now that that's out of the way let's get going!" she linked her arm with him, "we have a test" she began walking but stopped when sunghoon pulled her back to him, "what?"

"we have a test??"

she nodded, "..for physics"

he just laughed before linking his arm with her as well and began walking quickly, "do you by any chance know where jake is?"

"i know you did not just ignore me!" sunghoon yelled to jake as he walked out of the classroom where they just took their physics exam

jake turned to yuna, "do you hear that?"

sunghoon gasped, placing a hand on his chest, "i'm so offended at this. i'm hurt"

"calm down" yuna patted sunghoon's shoulder, "it was just a mock exam so it won't affect our grades that much"

"your grade! i probably did so horrible on it" sunghoon complained to the two who just rolled their eyes, "anyways moving topics" sunghoon wrapped his arm around jake, "your date is in 2 days isn't it?"

the two were currently walking to the cafeteria, talking on the way

jake nodded. yuna let out a small sigh but smiled anyways, "where are you taking soovin?"

"that's the thing..i have no freaking idea"

sunghoon took his arm off of jake as both yuna and sunghoon stood in place, looking at the boy as if he was dumb, "you asked her on a date and have no idea where to go? you're having a date in 2 days!" sunghoon and yuna exclaimed, getting every word right and in unison as if they rehearsed it

"okay so 2 things" he began, putting up two fingers, "1st of all, that was creepy as hell and 2nd, i don't know where to take her! i want it to be..special? i guess. i just want to make sure she likes it"

yuna's heart was racing, 'stop..it..' she thought

"hmm.." the two boys looked at yuna who was in her own thoughts, fighting with herself

"yuna!" sunghoon snapped his fingers in front of her making her snap out of her trance

"sorry what are we talking about again?"

"you know soovin best, what would she like?" jake asked, hoping for her to help him

"soovin's very simple and would enjoy anything you do to be honest" she began, "she really likes playing at the arcades, she likes coffee a lot, oh! and she likes going to the beach. you could probably eat somewhere first then go to the arcade"

jake nodded, "should i get her something?"

"you can get her flowers, specifically roses, she really likes those" yuna helped

"ugh you help me so much yuna" he wrapped his arm around her shoulder and she could feel her heart beating fast because of this

jake noticed her ears and raised an eyebrow, "your ears are red-"

sunghoon quickly went between the two, covering yuna's ears with his hands, "hahahah! anyways! hope your date goes well jake!"

yuna removed sunghoon's hand off of her ears, covering them with her hair

jake looked at the two weirdly and then he realized what he did, "oh crap..sorry yuna i shouldn't have-"

"it's okay. still in process of getting over you" she chuckled nervously and now it was awkward silence between the three

"hello guys!" a voice shouted before wrapping their arms around yuna and jake

yuna and jake turned their heads to see soovin smiling between them

"i would wrap my arm around you sunghoon but i don't have a third arm and i just don't like you" soovin spoke to the boy and he rolled his eyes, muttering words under his breath

"again" he leaned down towards yuna, whispering in her ear, "when are we kicking her out? this was supposed to be temporary"

soovin kicked the back of his leg and he just winced in pain

"so" yuna started, "excited for your date soovin?"

the girl couldn't hide her blush and neither could jake, "i'm very excited for it. im sure jake did a good job choosing where to go" he chuckled and yuna just smiled at the two

"hey, what's for lunch by the way?" sunghoon suddenly asked, switching the topic

"tofu stew i think?" jake spoke, not sure, "i mean it's monday so..i'm assuming it's that

"what?!" soovin and sunghoon shouted in unison which scared yuna and jake since it came out of nowhere, "there's always limited-"

"bye!" sunghoon dashed off to the cafeteria knowing that if he didn't get there any sooner then it would be gone

"yah! get back here!" soovin yelled, removing her arms from the two and ran after sunghoon

jake and yuna chuckled at the two who were like siblings fighting over everything

"hey" jake patted yuna's shoulder, "thank you"

"for?"

"helping me with soovin despite your feelings..it was probably hard" he spoke, not knowing how to comfort her since he didn't know how she felt

to be honest yuna was hoping to just never speak of it again, "it was hard..it still is but again i just want you guys to be happy. i know you'll still care for me just as much-"

her sentence was cut off when her phone buzzed. she turned on her phone and looked at the message, "oh heeseung" she smiled

"you two are getting close aren't you?" he spoke, an awkward chuckle leaving his mouth

she nodded, "he's just asking me about tutoring" she quickly responded to heeseung and put her phone back into her blazer pocket

jake's heart felt weird but he quickly shook it off as nothing.
