For some_it is to live a life of abundance... Abundance of love,health,peace and relations in their life,

Or it could just be liking what you've got and how you enjoy the life in your way,

For some_it is achieving the luxuries and fame,

Or it can be simply bringing a smile on an unsure face on your way.....

But what really matters at the end of the day is..... Whatever may your criteria for success be_it should bring peace to your mind and contentment to your soul.....

'cause if your desires are still unsated and your mind is still not at peace_that means you haven't found the true definition of success in your life.

Finally....After days of hard work and actively engaged schedules, the collaboration project was caming to a successful end. Jungkook got ready, finally feeling excited as he would be able to take a break after two months. Getting his car keys,he headed towards tae's room.

Knock, knock~

There was no response and he turned the knob to peek inside,but found no one.

"Tae? Baby,are you here?"he said now knocking the door to his bathroom.

"Waittttt! How did you get in?"he heard younger shrieking out inside the bathroom,probably in the middle of his morning routine.

"Well,your question seriously doesn't make sense sugarplum! I know the mansion better than you,right?"

"Whatever! Just head out first, I'll be there in five minutes."

"I'm not going anywhere,take your time,"he said before making himself comfortable at the bed, cooing at the tiger plushie placed by the headboard.

Merely in five minutes the door to bathroom was opened and taehyung stepped out in all his mighty glory_choking elder on his own saliva,

Black see through shirt with floral print hanging so elegantly down the lean figure,his honey soft skin glowing under the daylight_fragrance of lavender body wash filling the room in an instant... and not to forget dark brown orbs sparkling at the sight of his love, admiring his beauty by just the attentive gaze all over him.

Taehyung noticed the expression on elder's handsome ever features changing the next moment as he looked him in his eyes,

"Are you going out dressed up like this?"he asked younger and the said male checked himself in the mirror once again.

"Yes, what's wrong?"

"No, you aren't!"

"Why?"

"Do I need to tell everything?"

"Of course, cz I don't see anything wrong in my outfit,"taehyung said now standing in front of his possessive boyfriend.

He stooped his head low to match the level with younger. He locked his eyes with the same dark brown ones he got lost in earlier_and the tension between them only heightened. He leaned forward,grabbing younger by the waist and pulling him closer,the warm breaths fanning their faces_inchs apart. He nibbled over the ear and trailed a bunch of wet kisses along the neck of taehyung,who couldn't bring himself to resist what the elder was doing to him. His experienced lips found the sweet spot near younger's collarbone in no time.... like he has just memorised the curves of other's body so far. It took everything for tae to control the moans, threatening to escape his slightly parted lips. It was the breakfast time and everyone must be downstairs waiting for them.

He was brought out of thoughts when elder sucked at the same mark rather harshly and kissed it afterwards,

"Does this give you the idea of how sinful you're looking right now,that I won't be able to hold myself any more by the end of this day,pretty doll"

"Don'tt"taehyung whisper-yelled,closing shut his eyes tightly.

"What?"

"Those nicknames..... Don't say them please"

"Why?"jungkook asked tilting his way sideways to get better view of blushing beauty,

"Do they turn on my baby even more?"

And here we go_ dominant proud CEO and his cute, embarrassed babyboy.

Knowing very well there's no way out of this, taehyung stepped towards his closet,pulling out a jacket that could go well with his outfit... and rushed outside the room without sparing a glance to elder_who was staring him with a smirk plastered on his face.

Both the males got in the car,now heading towards their destination. They were driving over the same streets of Seoul, air around them enveloped in silence. This wasn't a comfortable one as usual, as younger's cheeks were flushed and eyes finding the busy streets more interesting than the creature beside him. Jungkook knew very well how his one intimate would comment affected taehyung in many ways. He was kinda proud of himself and couldn't stop smiling all the way.

Tae was well aware of his flirteous boyfriend and that he won't be stopping at just one comment,rather he'll embarrass him to his heart's content. And believe me when I say that jeon's face was revealing a witty smirk to prove youngers assumptions precisely right...

"So-"

"Im still thinking about what to get for chimm's wedding. We have so many preparations left to do. I need to look for outfits as well if we are going to Jeju Island, I can't miss the opportunity to roam around such beautiful place"taehyung couldn't let the other start with his flirty comments again. Jungkook was quick to catch what taehyung is trying to do. He kept quite as a knowing smirk played on his thin sculpted lips.

Again before jungkook could start, younger kept on ranting about random issues_oblivious of how whipped his kookie is getting for him,looking at the adorable babybear sitting beside him. Jungkook let him rant to his heart's content while he was grinning like a maniac_eyes glued to the highway in front.

Oh dear.....He can listen to such adorable rantings,complains,and what not for the rest of his life.

With this thought,the car came to halt near the Jeons' building.

Getting rid of his seatbelt, jungkook turned to look at his taebear_who was struggling with his stuff to head out. He leaned closer,lifting other's chin up with just his thumb and forefinger. And next moment tae was getting kissed by the most attractive man to ever exist in the world.

It was neither a peck nor a heated kiss. It was the way to show how greatly and deeply his kookie has fallen for him... The taste of their lips being extremely addictive for both of them.

Jungkook smiled pulling away after good second of savouring other's lips and smiled heartily_stepping out of the car. Soon, taehyung followed him behind composing himself with great efforts.

The last day of partnership,and here comes the same duo into Jeons' building for congratulating the CEO and his intern_well,no more an intern now(you'll get to know soon)_for the grand success.

After all....Just getting nominated for one of the prestigious awards in business world is no joke.

The duo made their way to Jeon CEO's office. As usual jaebeom knocked the door once and entered without waiting for the answer.

"What a blessed morning to have you here,"said jungkook while getting off his chair and walking upto the duo. Meanwhile taehyung too stood up to great their guests.

"Thanks for believing in us, Jeon. It was worth taking the risk,"jaebeom said making himself comfortable on the couch,his secretary following behind.

"Would take coffee or drink?"

"Anything is fine."

Jinyoung who was silently observing taehyung the whole time,finally spoke-

"Id like to get a tour around this building. Can you help me with it, taehyungsii?"

Younger did noticed him stealing glances earlier and looked at the CEO beside him before nodding in agreement.

"Sure, let's go."

Both headed out of the office,and taehyung was explaining the departments and sectors in Jeons'building_feeling extremely proud of his jungkook,who runs this huge empire perfectly.

Times sure flies by....

It wasn't long ago when he himself was getting tour of this huge building, bogum explaining him about the details. And here he's,working as an official employee after successfully completing the internship under the one and only Jeon Jungkook.

Yes....! he was hired as an official employee at Jeons' the next moment his contract for internship was over. There was no way jungkook could've let him go and work for anyone else.

"I'm sorry,"jinyoung stated bringing taehyung from his own little world.

"For what?"

"You know better what I'm talking about. I underestimated you &your capabilities. I'm sorry for being rude and looking down upon you. I truly am!"

"Well,you were rude and egoistic earlier. But that was all in the past. Leave it, we've completed a project successfully now. But remember to not judge others like you did to me,"taehyung advised the other male while walking towards the cafeteria.

"I'll keep it in mind. And I won't lie but I'm truly inspired by you, taehyungsii. I always wanted for the opportunities but never thought that we could create one and work on it till the end. This is how we gonna grow and learn."

"I'm not much of a philosopher but what you said just now is true. I'm glad you found the way for the rest of your life, jiyoung"he smiled reassuringly and both the males settled on a table with their drinks.

Time passed by as both kept talking about business and work. It was sure they've gotten on quite good terms with each other. Just then, a voice interrupted their conversation.

"Hey, tae! How you doing?"

The same voice that creeped taehyung to death while hearing the nickname, Park Bogum.

He turned to see bogum walking towards their table and taking seat beside him.

"It's been so long. I hope I didn't disturb you guys,"he said looking all innocent at the duo sitting in front.

Jiyoung was the first to reply,"No,it's alright. Anyways I've to leave now. You guys catch up."

"See you soon. Good day,"taehyung greeted him and same did the said male.

"I too need to go, hyung. Do you have anything to tell me urgently?"

"Hmm. Yeah,why don't we order something first?"

"Actually-"

"Oh come on,it's been too long since we had a chat,"said bogum while ordering ice cream for both of them.

Looks like taehyung is stuck with a long conversation today.

Few minutes passed and both the males were trying to have a casual conversation, taehyung not getting what bogum really wants this time. Feeling a known presence around him,younger turned around to find none other than jungkook standing behind him.

Looks like he wasted no time after getting whereabouts of his tae from jinyoung.

"Get up,don't you know this is work time and I prefer you all to behave professionally here?"jungkook stated piercing his gaze through the male sitting on other side.

Taehyung was quick to react as he stood and felt a protective hand over his back,guiding both of them out of the scene.

"What's so special about him that you don't even consider me existing in your world taehyung? Except being the hot and rich like hell CEO of Jeons'... there's no difference between him and me. THEN WHY HIM BUT NOT ME?"bogum let every wandering hatred and jealousy be out this time,not being able to hold it back anymore.

"Or did I misunderstood you till now and you really are one of those gold diggers who care nothing about feelings and emotions!"he whispered the last part enough for both the males to hear clearly,as his eyes shot the venomous glare to the couple standing in front.

Jungkook lost his patience the second bogum spatted all nonsense about taehyung and was about to step forward when younger held him firmly in his place.

Taehyung stepped closer to the said male,not letting a single word escape his lips this time.

The next moment bogum felt extremely stinging sensation over his left cheek and a slapping sound resonated in the cafeteria,drawing everyone's attention.

"You don't deserve my time and explanations. "

Younger turned around and was about to leave when bogum asked him another question,but this time..... the whole world for this couple seemed to collapse.

Taehyung was frozen in his tracks and jungkook_well,he couldn't process what he just heard...... both the males wishing the fact to be fake and wrong,at all costs.

"Is it fun dating the son of your parent's murderers, Kim Taehyung?"

"J-just shut the fvck up. D-dont try to mess with my llife only cz I rejected your damn proposal!"taehyung yelled,feeling his heart sink deep inside to see 'I truly am serious' expression on bogum's face.

'No,this wasn't the actual truth. Life can't be this harsh to slap him in his face when he just started a beautiful phase of his life'..... anyone who knew Kim Taehyung would say just this one thing at the moment.

But that's what life is.......

Truths are meant to be revealed one day,no matter how perfect and flawless the efforts have been to cover it's bitterness by sweet lies.

The beautiful destinations that seem too close to reach can turn out to be nothing more than a mirage_and the next moment reality hits you hard, clearing the left over smoke of fantasies and you seem to realize,

'life isn't a fairytale_where the beautiful nightmares turn out into breathtaking realities the next moment'.

Speaking of taehyung,he was shattered. Not wanting to accept the reality,he was trying hard to stay one..... cause the moment this bullshit turns out to be real,his most beautiful dream will become a dready nightmare. He was in deep love_a feeling that he felt blessed to have with an amazing person standing next to him right now. He was feeling complete,more than that_eternally happy to be with this one person for lifetime.

Little did he knew, there's no happiness without pain...... the deeper the pain,the amazing it's outcome will be.

Jungkook...... was beyond shocked. Surely he was unaware of what was revealed seconds before. He wanted to hold his love dearly and assure him that all this is just a lie, make him believe that this is just a sh*tty dream and they'll wake up soon. But his body was stilled..... stilled by the thought of this fact really coming out to be the truth. What'll happen next? No one knows. But he'll lose the one existence around him that he treasures and loves the most.

He felt like the same shadow that guided him and stayed with him through his life... was leaving his side. Cause the darkness ahead is too dark to believe and he is going to get lost soon.

An hour after the incident in cafeteria,and everyone was gathered at Jeons' mansion. So this is how the truth is going to get revealed.

Jihwan, miyoung, Nancy, namjin, yoonmin, hobi jungkook and finally taehyung. No one dared to initiate the conversation, and kept glancing at tae subtly. Jungkook was infuriated, for not getting told about the past earlier. He trusted his father and tried his best to wait for the right time. But to their dismay, this was the worst way for taehyung to find out about the past and his parents death.

"I just want to hear the truth,without leaving a single bit. And no more lies,for God's sake"he declared, looking upto the jeon couple sitting exactly in front of him. Jungkook was sitting at good distance,on same side to that of younger.

"I promise to tell you everything dear,but you'll listen patiently to the whole thing. Promise me first,"miyoung asked ever so softly, knowing what the fragile angel is going through.

Taehyung nodded and glanced shortly at her,before returning back to his position_eyes staring the spotless floor with no emotions at all.
