Taehyung parked the car in front of what seemed like a hospital. It was a countryside hospital with pretty old construction,but nearest to where Nancy lives.

He got out of the car and rushed inside, towards the reception.

"How can I help you, sir?"a young lady at the reception asked.

"I'm Miss.Nancy's guardian. Can you tell me where she is?"

"Sure,just a second.

Take right from that hallway, room no 8."

"Thank you,"and he headed to the said direction.

He felt relieved seeing that it was a regular ward. Taking a deep breath in,he entered the room,

"Nancy..."he whisper-yelled looking at the lady, who was lying on the bed still unconscious, ventilator and IV lines supporting her to stay alive for the time being.

As if on cue,the doctor entered the room to examine her state. It didn't take long till he finished the examination and turned towards taehyung,

"I suppose you're her guardian?"

"Yes doctor,how is she?"

"As you may already know, cardiomyopathy is not a completely curable condition,still she's doing good with the medications.

This was another faint attack,but I would like you to know that the complications might happen in near future, they are inevitable at this stage.

So take good care of her,and feel free to contact me if emergency arises."

Doctor left them alone after reporting her condition and taehyung was feeling helpless at the moment.

He was unable to do anything for her. He stepped towards the chair beside her bed and took the seat,waiting for the lady to gain consciousness.

"So,what happened?"

Jungkook was sharing the events from earlier to yoongi hyung. He told him about taehyung and that he left without replying him and it seemed like there was something urgent.

"Hyung, I don't have a good feeling about this,what should I do now?"

'What else,just wait for him to tell you what happened. Trust him jungkookah,there must've been a reason.'

"Yeah, I'll wait hyung. I'm a bit tired,call you later."

The line was off,and jungkook made himself comfortable on his chair. Leaning across the leathery object, he was about to rest for a bit_when the door to his office was slammed open.

"Who-"he was cut off in middle by a panting namjoon.

"Taehyung's apartment....... It's all mess jungkook. Hurry up!"

The moment he heard these words,he rushed out of the office towards the parking lot, joon following behind.

He drove off to the said apartment,not caring a bit about the speed or traffic. Soon,they parked in front of the apartment and headed inside.

"Damn it! What's this all?"jungkook yelled looking at the mess created in the living room,hallways and going upto kitchen.

"Seems like someone barged in, it must be Darco's men."

"What the hell were they planning to do?"

Both males started searching for some sort of evidence but failed.

"Jungkookah,you go check the bedroom. I'll take a look in kitchen."

Younger obliged and hurried towards the bedroom. It too was completely wrecked. Almost everything was broken,thrown on the floor,creating a huge mess.

But something in this mess caught jungkook's attention,and his eyes grew wide at what he saw. A smile now adorned the stressed features within a second as he realised what it was,

He stepped ahead towards the desk to get a better view_

It was a collection of his candid pictures, displayed gracefully on the desk in youngers room. They were probably taken by taehyung himself and kept treasured as something precious.

Jungkook couldn't believe what he was seeing at first_His smile grew wider and a warm feeling embraced his heart,making him to forget the world around for a second.

"Guess I wasn't the only one suffering all this time,tae"he mumbled to himself as the thought of younger was gratifying his hasty state of mind. Fishing out the phone from inner side of his overcoat,he clicked the picture of those frames and was about to leave the bedroom,but his steps halted midway.

Something on the noteboard near taehyung's closet caused him to turn around and take a better look. It was daily routine noteboard_ decorating one of the walls beside his closet and jungkook was lost noticing another surprise that came to his view_

And he kept staring at this for God knows how long.

He just now fell so hard for Kim Taehyung all over again....He got the clue what yoongi hyung was trying to tell him this morning_why he wanted jungkook to take this chance.

"I don't know if I've enough willpower to control myself anymore taehyung, I'll need a long explanation for this_"he stated while capturing the another beautiful memory of the eventful day.

"Who are you talking to?"joon asked, startling the younger.

"No one, let's go."

"I don't think it would be safe for taehyung to live here for the time being. I'll take him with me,"joon stated as both of them made their way towards the main door.

"Hmmm, I too think so. I'll let him know about this."

"By the way where is he? I couldn't find him at the office earlier,"he asked looking at the male, completely clueless about the events they had.

"Ask hyung about it, I need to go."

And he drove off towards his office, smiling heartily with strange satisfaction.

The time flew by and the clock read 6'.

It started getting dark outside,and taehyung was still waiting for the lady to wake up.

He was lost in the thoughts,about the confession he still couldn't believe of. It felt like a dream_a beautiful one...

And in an instant his smile dropped that once made its way on his angelic face subconsciously,

"!

I ran away before replying to him! Oh no,what must he be feeling.... I'm seriously the stupid one,"

".......What happened taebear?"a husky voice brought him out of trance and he found Nancy looking at him,with half closed eyes_weakness evident through the shallow breaths and clumsy movements of her hands.

"Nancy! How are you feeling now? Should I call doctor?"

"No,no.... I'm fine dear. But what were you talking about just now?"

"Let's talk about-"

"Tell me first."

"You really are so stubborn."

And taehyung narrated all the events to lady lying on the bed. He didn't notice few tears skipping his eyes by the overwhelming feeling he experienced few hours back.

It was the best feeling ever.... how their soul got bounded so naturally and innocently. It felt like coming home_after years of searching for this serene feeling.

She took tae's hands in her and gently squeezed before speaking up,

"And you couldn't reply him after getting the call from hospital?"

Taehyung nodded while staring at their intertwined hands.

"Taebear...Look at me"she said as much gently and sweetly as possible.

"Go to him,right now. Tell him what you feel, what have you been hiding all this time in your heart.

Think about how must he be feeling after you left like that,hmm?

I don't want you to regret anything in your life again. You still regret it to death_being unable to hug and kiss your mom, leaving her behind on that day, I know.

So,don't ever do such thing that will leave you in regrets again. I hope you're getting me, my dear!"

The moment these words left her mouth, taehyung looked up at the lady and realised what he had done.

It wasn't his mistake,but now he shouldn't wait anymore. He wiped the tears before grabbing the keys and headed towards the door. Glancing at the lady behind him once again,who was smiling at her taebear,he left the space next moment.

It was around 7' when jungkook was trying to focus on his work where as employees already got off work by 5'.

His mind was somehow managing to work, despite of immense desire to go and look for taehyung.

He was interrupted by buzzing of his phone,indicating he got a call.

"Hello,dad?"

Jungkookah,how long will it take you to be home? We've some important things to discuss.

"Another hour, I guess.

Don't worry dad, I'll be there before you go to bed."

Ok son, I'm waiting.

"Yeah,see u later."

Jungkook knew they'll be discussing about the incident at taehyung's apartment. His mind was wandering through various possibilities of what could be the next move of Darco and why he's so obsessed with taehyung.

He decided to make himself a cup of coffee and got up on his feet,making his way towards the coffee machine.

~knock knock~

And jungkook froze in his tracks_aware of who the person outside is. He was concerned but glad as well and his mind again being a total chaos.

"Come in,"

"G-gud evening.... jungkooksii."

Taehyung greeted the other male with a smile that was hiding a storm_

storm of confessions,waiting to be blurted out..... his deep voice masking the dark valleys of uncertainty he was feeling_uncertain about where his life is headed to, not sure whether he is good enough to be the other half of this perfect creation in front, if he'll make through it or not.

Jungkook on other hand,just nodded while folding his arms close to the chest,gesturing taehyung to continue.

It wasn't the black thin shirt elegantly hanging off of his shoulders,nor the black jeans and bangs covering his forehead than sent chills down the younger..... it was the smirk_smirk depicting victory & dominance_that crept on his handsome face,making it hard for taehyung to breath in the same space,

It was difficult_much more than taehyung thought it would be. He was at loss of words,as now it was his turn to share what he really feels. His smile faded once he got hold of situation, battling himself to ask the male in front what he needed to know,

"Despite knowing how broken I'm, you think you can keep with me,jungkook?"

And in another instance, expressions on jungkook's face faltered_leaving him confused and concerned at younger's thoughts.

"What if I couldn't be the perfect better half you deserve? What if I'm lacking in many ways? Will this whole thing work out?"

"Tae,look at me"jungkook commanded in a soft voice that almost had the said male on the verge of crying.

Younger complied,looking at the only person he admires and loves the most in this world_standing at good distance.

"You don't need to do anything, tae.

All I want is you_the real you as you're_to be by my side for the rest of our life. You don't know what your worth is,you don't know how much of a perfect creation you're!

I can't assure you that things are definitely gonna work out as planned for us_they might not be.

But one thing I can assure you is that_ as long as you're willing to stay with me, I'll give my everything to make it happen.... trust me."

"Then....Will you catch me everytime I fall on the way?"

"Yes, I will."

"Will you let me cry when I'm feeling down and dance crazily if I'm overwhelmed?"

"Of course, tae."

"Won't you yell at me if I do something stupid and wrong?"

"No, I won't"and he chuckled at the innocent doubts younger was holding back till now.

Whereas taehyung was a weeping mess, gathering up the courage as a quivering breath left her soft plump lips.

Not wasting another second,he rushed towards jungkook_losing all control over his mind and soul.

Before jungkook could process what's happening,his eyes closed subconsciously..... leaning into the touch_touch of those perfectly sculpted,softest ever lips that took his breath away in an instance......

There was a taste of longing,taste of yearning that made their kiss blissful.

Taehyung tried to pull out of the kiss,realising he had taken a much bold move. This time,it was jungkook who held him tighter,hands travelling up to hold the other's face close to his_deepening the kiss. Tasting every inch of their lips,they were limiting the desires to do many more things in the heated moment.

It still was a long anticipated yet a tender kiss full of love. Taehyung had no power or the will to resist this at the moment,cause they both needed it the most.
