Day|7

Taehyung is busy preparing for the grand event that will be held next week. Strictly following the instructions and schedule as prepared by the CEO himself, he was gaining confidence on each step.

It seemed like discovering the strengths and abilities within him,that he himself was unawre of.

"That's not how you do it. Look here,"said jungkook as he was guiding the younger with the tasks he prepared.

He scrolled down through his laptop screen and opened the document he was looking for. It was one prepared by himself,that world now be the guide for taehyung.

And the day went as both CEO and his intern were busy with their work, passion and determination evident in their efforts.

Taehyung was on his way back home when he got a call_'Jisoo'

"Gud evening taehyungsii,"a cheerful voice greeted him as soon as he answered the call.

"Good evening jisoo!

Stuck on something?"younger asked smiling to himself. It was now usual that jisoo would call taehyung to ask for help in her assignments and projects whenever needed. And taehyung loved to help her,she was little sister for him too.

"Umm...Not exactly what you're thinking of, but.... I'm stuck. Will you please help me? Please?"jisoo pleaded with so innocence that was hard to resist.

Taehyunh sure was exhausted after a long busy day,but being the kind and pure soul he is_couldn't refuse to the girl.

"Sure,what's it?"

"I'll send you the address,come here. Don't ask anything for now,"and the call was hung up.

Taehyung got the message next second,it was one of the most grand accessory showroom in Seoul.

Nevertheless, he drove off towards the destination.

"Jisoo!"taehyung waved to the said girl as she was waiting for him outside.

"Let's go,"jisoo dragged taehyung inside,and they took a seat at one of the counter.

"Will you tell me what's going on?"taehyung finally asked,unable to hold the curiosity in.

"Tomorrow is kookie oppa's birthday. I wanted to buy a gift,but it's so boring and difficult as well to choose a gift by myself. Help me out please,"

"Jungkooksii's birthday? Woah... then what about birthday party, it'll be at your mansion?"taehyung asked with excitement, exhaustion long gone.

"Wo don't celebrate his birthday,"she replied in a disappointing tone,looking at the glass in front.

"What? Why?"

"He was sent to US ever since elementary school,and would visit us once in a year for 4 to 5 days only. He was too busy_actually made busy_in his training sessions from that age. So practically,we never celebrated his birthday since then,

Even when he returned,he was little introvert. The years when he was far away from us, he built those walls for the world out there. But honestly speaking, he's the best brother one could ever have.

He can't show what he feels for us,but we know he cares the most about us. He'll do anything for his loved ones,and gives his best to them.

I'm blessed to have such an overprotective and handsome brother,"she chuckled at the memories with her brother.

Taehyung couldn't believe what he heard. He knew that achieving what his CEO has,is not at all an easy thing to do. But never in his life he imagined that jungkook could've sacrificed this much to be where he today is!

He sat there, dumbfounded,unable to speak anything.

Day|6

The alarm disturbed a peaceful sleeping soul in the purple themed room. Taehyung squirmed under the sheets, not wanting to wake up this soon. He set the alarm once again for an hour later and got back into the dreamland in no time.

To his dismay,the phone at the near table started ringing and he was again dragged out of his dreams.

It was an unknown number.

Thinking for a second,he received the call, anticipating a threat or another riddle on its way for him.

"Mr.Kim Taehyung?"a male asked on the other side of line,voice quite dense and tone professional.

"Yes,who is it?"

"This is GRAND PALACE HOTEL, I want to inform that the preparations you ordered are all ready, please make sure to take a look before the actual event."

Taehyung sighed as he realized what the call was for.

"Sure,thank you."

He placed the phone again on the table and decided to now finally wake up. The universe seemed against his dreamland right now.

Completing his morning routine,he got ready and left for the office.

As he drove towards the city streets,he thought of checking on the preparations first and headed towards the hotel.

Jin was doing his morning course while feeding eunwoo. Joon came down to the kitchen after his morning routine.

He picked up his little angel grinning happily as he made his way towards his husband.

"morning jinnie! You didn't wake me up today,"said joon while peeking over broad shoulders of his husband,trying to figure out the menu for breakfast.

"You were too tired to wake up,I poked your cheeks but you were still snoring."

"I Don't Snore!"

"Yes,you do. Wait, I'm gonna record it next time,"jin replied still busy with the breakfast.

Ding dong~

"Who is it so early in the morning? Oh no,did I again turned my phone silent? Wait.... I wasn't drunk last night,right? Was someone visiting our place today?"

Joon blabbered all the possibilities before moving an inch to open the door. While jin was now staring at his husband,not knowing what to do with his extraordinary IQ that fails to handle the simplest situations.

Ding dong~~

"was the only thing heard resonating in the kitchen and joon hurriedly placed eunwoo back on the chair,now rushing towards the door before he gets another smack at the breakfast.

"Jisoo? You're supposed to be at university at this time, right?"joon asked as he saw the said girl standing at their doorstep.

"I'm on my way there,but I had to inform you something so just dropped by,"she said making her way straight into the kitchen.

"Omooo...My cutiee! How are you dear?"jisoo said kissing eunwoo and taking a seat beside him.

"Oppa, I'm here to invite you for the birthday party today,"jisoo declared looking at the couple in front.

"You mean jungkook's birthday?"joon asked with surprise,well aware of the fact that it never happened since years.

"Yes, taehyungsii proposed the idea and I helped him with some stuff here n there... It's a surprise,don't you both dare spoil it,please! Hmm?"

"Ohk! We won't,"both replied in unison.

"I gotta go,see you later"jisoo said waving a bye towards the adorable family sitting at the dining table and left for her university.

At the Jeons' office......

Well,it was another busy day,everyone busy preparing for the new project with never seen collaboration between Jeons and Jps.

Taehyung and jungkook too were working all day long,

taehyung playing innocent as if he knows nothing about the party going to be held later in the evening,

and jungkook didn't even remembering that it's his birthday today.

"Good day sir,"taehyung greeted the CEO before leaving the office.

He was nervous, hellaaa nervous for the party,but he truly wanted to do that much for his mentor and CEO.

Minutes passed by,

Hours passed by,

And finally it was the time when everyone gathered at the hotel as per their plan.

Talking about the venue,it was so beautiful that every one praised the creativity and efforts of taetae.

The table was setup in the open garden,that allowed them to enjoy cool and satisfying breeze,and decoration that looked gorgeous_just like fairytale movies.

Yoongi was going to bring jungkook and it was almost the time.

Jihwan and Miyoung were also there,playing with their grandson.

Jungkook sure had no idea about what was going on.

"Jungkook is here!"hobi exclaimed and everyone gathered up in front,ready to shower the said male with their hearty wishes and blessings.

Few moments passed by,

And jungkook followed yoongi_ as they made their way to a bunch of excitedly grinning and shouting people ,with the most charming and authoritative aura one could ever have.

Kim Taehyung?

He kept staring....... frozen in his tracks and luckily no one noticed the embarrassing state of younger,

The beautiful surprise party,that too years after_ was totally unexpected for Jeon Jungkook,but boy..... how was he supposed to deal with the rush of hormones at the sight he just saw,

'For God's Sake KIM TAEHYUNG,will you let me breath? I'm holding my obstinate desire to make your everything mine.... Everything!

Just wait till the conference is over, I don't think I would be holding it back any more.......'

Jungkook turned off his wildly wandering imaginations, God knows where to! Jisoo dragged him to his seat and everyone followed behind.

"So,how was the surprise?"jisoo asked looking at his brother with a hearty smile.

"I'm still shocked. But why... suddenly...All of this? I mean, I don't celebrate birthdays,you know."

Jisoo glanced over taehyung before she replied,

"That was because we never arranged a party like this,thinking you might not like these kind of silly things,"

"So what happened now?"

"Someone made us realize that these are the only moments we can cherish for lifetime. Who knows what will happen tomorrow? So just live in the moment and don't overthink!"

"That someone is truly an amazing person,"jihwan said smiling at his kids.

The dinner menu was already decided as per taehyung and jisoo. Soon the table was overflowing with tempting dishes and the contenting aroma filled the air around them.

They were about to start the dinner,when a familiar voice halted their actions.

"Woah! Again you were gonna leave me behind? Yoongi, you too?"

"Chimmmyyy!"taehyung was the one quick on his feet as he ran and hugged the said male with all his might. They met after what seemed like ages afterall.

"Taetae......I really missed you!"

Everyone at the table was surprised at the unexpected twist, nevertheless they welcomed him with immense happiness.

The family was now complete.

Jimin wished jungkook before taking his seat beside yoongi. They lost the track of time while enjoying the delicious meal and talking to their heart's content.

It's a miracle........

How you feel complete and ecstatic with your loved ones,

The people who inspire you to dance freely instead of holding it in,

who allow you breath deeply in their presence,instead of pretending to inhale.....That makes the real family,a precious blessing of God!

"It's cake time,"taehyung announced as he walked upto the male who was bringing down the cake towards their table.

Taking the cake with him, taehyung stepped towards jungkook, and placed it in front of him.

"You really prepared a lot!"jungkook said looking at his intern,who seemed bit confused.

"I-it was jisoo,not me"taehyung tried explaining but looks like he failed.

"In case you don't know_ I have my sixth sense sensitive for those who belong to me, Kim Taehyung. So there's no point in lying,"jungkook declared staring in the dark brown orbs and a known smirk made its way on his previously smiling face. Taehyung could feel his body melting under the spell of that commanding gaze.

Why does it again feel like he touched me right now? Am I hallucinating? No way. I'm going nuts just by his stare.

The clapping sound brought taehyung out of the trance and he realised jungkook was already cutting the cake. He composed himself and joined others,not wanting to get ahead of himself and draw conclusions of his CEO's words_ that seemed impossible to him.

Jungkook being the person he is,didn't bother to do anything after cutting the cake and ordered the waiter to serve them. Well,we can understand this much. He is not used to such things.

He got the presents as well!

Namjin couple brought a whole pack of babana milk,so sweet of them.

"We thought there is nothing that you need as you've all what you want. So just brought this for you,"jin said grinning happily.

"Thanks hyung,this is exactly what I need."

An hour passed by as they kept laughing and chatting.... living their time together with no worries of tomorrow. That moment was now a part of the precious treasure of their lives, a time with no regrets and no sorrows_

"Jiminah,"yoongi asked the said male,

"How did you know about this party and the hotel?"

"Taehyungiee knew that I was coming back today,and I wanted to surprise you all. So he joined me in the plan,"jimin replied now nudging the sides of his boyfriend.

"But I'm really tired,let's go home!.

"Yeah,we all should head Back now, it's too late,"jihwan said as the Jeon couple took their leave in no time.

"I'm off to home!"hobi said grabbing his stuff from the table.

Namjin couple too were leaving with their baby boy,

"Should we drop you tae?"jin asked his taebear,as it was too late now.

"No hyung, I've my car. You should hurry up, eunwoo looks dizzy already."

They smiled looking at the cute sight of little angle sleeping in the arms of joon dad.

"Jin hyung,will you take jisoo with you? I've something to take care of,"jungkook asked looking at the couple.

"Sure jungkookah, don't worry."

Soon everyone left the place,leaving jungkook behind who was now standing in front of his car,waiting for them to pass by.

He dialed a number,while getting in the car and waiting for the call to get picked up.

"Yugyeom?"

"Tell your men that I'll be following him today, don't need to come though,"and the call was hung up.

He drove off to the direction of taehyung's car and followed him all the way upto his apartment.

After confirming that the younger got home safely,he sighed and his gaze fell upon the gifts placed at his back seat.

He took one with a beautiful silver wrapping around it and smiled at remembering how cute and dangerously gorgeous taehyung looked while handing him the present.

I went through a lot, I agree.

I couldn't live my life that I dreamed of, I know that.

It was difficult to endure and keep going,for the sake of responsibilities I'll be handling_I accept it.

But,at the end,every damn thing lead me to you..... kim taehyung,

And it was all worth it!

I don't regret those hardships and sufferings now, cz you are in front of me at the end of this day.

I'm happy,more than I could ever be...

He couldn't take his eyes off of the object that was inside the box. It was rare and one-of-a-kind piece....
