"Lucknow! lekin hume lucknow kyun jaana hai... hum yaha Delhi me rehte hain... dekhiye aap jo bhi hain...aapko kuch gltfehmi hui hai....please ab hamara raasta chhodiye... bhai hamara intezar kar rahe honge"
"ye ka bol rahi hain aap Maddam sir.... aap hamari senior hain...mahila police thana Lucknow ki SHO hain... dekhiye na humko.... hmari taraf dekhiye ek baar.... pichle 8 mahino se kitna dhoonda hai aapko...aap..aapko hamari... Hum sab ki yaad nahi aayi?... kitna pareshan huye hain aapke liye hum sab...lekin ab aap humko mil gayi hain na... hum sabko batate hain dekhiyega sab kitna khush honge..." she said in excitement
"ajeeb pagal hain aap... pata nahi konsi story banaye jaa rahi hain... subeh se timepass ke liye koi aur nahi mila kya aapko"
"aap aisa kahe bol rahi hain Haseena... humse ka galti hua hai? ....hum toh aapke best freind h na... toh aap aisa kahe bol rahi jaise aap humko jaanti hi nahi??"
"Ji bilkul sahi bola aapne... hum nai jaante aapko...!aur please hame irritate karna band kijiye...hume late ho raha hai"
"Haseena hum...hum...Karishma...aapki Karishma... aap...please aise bartav mat kijiye na...aapki ammi aapka intezaar krti hain..har roz thane aati hain aur poochti hain aapke baare me.... aap chaliye...unki khushi ka toh koi thikana hi nahi hoga..."
"ka...kar...Karish...Karishma...."
her head started spinning and she started having some blurry flashbacks... "aahhh!! hmara sar... hmara sar ghoom raha hai.."

"maddam sir... ka hua aapko... aap yaha..yaha baithiye..." she said asking her to be seated on the bench of a tea stall
"nai...hume..hume kahin nahi baithna....hume ghar jaana hai...aap hmara peecha karna bandd kijiye..."
"haseena ka hua hai aapko... pehchaniye na apni karishma ko... please...!!" she pleaded helplessly
"hum...hum kisi karishma...karishma ko nahi jaante...aur hum...humara naam Anaya hai... koi Haseena nahi...."
"aap mazak kar rahi hain na maddam sir.... boliye na ye sab mazak hai aur aap hmare sath vapas chal rahi hain...." she asked hopefully and cupped her face but she removed her hand with a jerk
"aapki dimagi halat thik nahi hai ilaaj karwaiye apna..." she said and signaled an autorickshaw to stop.
Karishma wasn't able to understand why is she doing all this... what happened to her all of a sudden and why is she behaving like this... isn't she supposed to be happy meeting her after such a long span of time... instead she is declining even to recognise her....
"Haseena please na... kahe itna pareshan kar rahi humko... chaliye na hmare saath... aapki karishma aapko lene aayi h..sab thik ho jayega ab" she pleaded
"ye kya aapki karishma ...aapki karishma laga rakha hai baar baar aapne... hum aapko jaante tak nahi hain aur aap apne aap ko hamari bata rahi hain"
she settled in the auto-rickshaw and left... Karishma stood there numb.... processing the things... she fell down on her knees... tears were streaming down from her eyes... an incident flashed in her mind
