Shaurya was busy attending new investors and exhibitors. He discussed more about his restaurants and his business in F&B lines which he is managing. Shaurya Khanna is someone who doesn't need introduction as he is a fame at Delhi. He have received many recognition and awards as young entrepreneur.

At Delhi Mehak followed Vicky to White chilies and she was busy with the day to day business. Then she realized Valentine's Day will be arriving soon and she asked Priya what they can plan at White chilies. They sat and discuss on the event carefully. Quickly Mehak drafted the Valentine's Day menu. Once she is done with that she discussed with the chef and they are into it. Priya said she will do the artwork for the poster and they will post in White Chilies Facebook and Instagram. While Mehak busy with them, Harish papa, Karuna maa and Dolly maasi came to White Chilies. She was surprised by their arrival. She bring them in and makes them all sit down. Harish papa said he never comes to White chilies before and I want to see how my beta's restaurant and service like that why today we all are here. Mehak give them menu book and ask them place their order. She recommended some dishes and gets their orders. She pass it to the chef and they quickly started to prepare them. Soon more customers started to come in. Mehak attended to the customers and gets orders in between attending her family. Later she took selfie with her family and send to Shaurya. He saw that and send her kisses emoji's as reply. Mehak replies with blushing emoji's.

Mehak waited for Shaurya calls the entire day but seems like it was very busy day for him. Mehak didn't want to disturb him. Evening after work over Mehak returns home, she sat and talked with Dolly maasi. Dolly maasi teased her what happen bahu missing lalla is it? Mehak said no maasi not like that, she teased her can see from your eyes when Shaurya is around is different type of shine when he is not there the shine is missing. Hearing them Karuna maa came to join them. She ask Dolly not to tease her daughter so much. Dolly maasi said I am not teasing didi look at her face, I think she is tired maybe she didn't sleep well last night that's why she is tired and her face quiet dull. Mehak went near to Karuna maa and rest her head on her lap. Maa see maasi I am just normal maybe tired because today quiet a lot work load at restaurant. Dolly maasi asked her to rest first and went to get some snack and tea for her. She had it and talking to them about the Valentine's Day packages offer at White chilies.

Harish Papa join their talks. He asked Mehak beta tomorrow are you free let's all go to mall , watch movie eat out and shopping how is it. Mehak gets excited and Dolly maasi said okay and Vicky came in as well and said I want to go too I will get Priya to handle tomorrow then later evening I will go and check.

After dinner Mehak went upstairs to her room she tie up her hair into a bun and she went to bathroom to freshen up and came sat on her bed with the IPad. She waited to Shaurya to face time with her. In the meantime she caressed his photo on her bed side table and looking at the clock she was self-talking where are you bearded tall baby, whole day didn't call me yesterday say will call everyday this and that one day he forgot about me. Mehak turn off the IPad and slept.

Shaurya returns to his hotel room, he sat on the bed taking off his tie and unbuckling his shirt. He took out his mobile and notice the time. He realized he haven't call Mehak and try to face time but it didn't went through. Maybe she waited for me and slept. He freshen up and gets into bed took out his laptop and started to type something and later slept as well.

Next day morning Mehak was preparing breakfast, Shaurya called Mehak, her face brighten up seeing his name on the screen. Before she say hello Shaurya started to give her nonstop kisses muaah muaah muaah muaah muaah. Mehak turned vermillion and started to giggle okay patidev now stop or else the mobile will burn can't take the heated kisses from you. He laughed. She asked in her baby tone why didn't call last night do you know how long I waited he replied her I came back to hotel quiet late and I realized its already late and you would have slept that's why I didn't call you. So how is everyone at home he asked and she said all are fine and asked him to eat breakfast and she wanted to tell him about the family outing today but before that Shaurya says baby I need to go someone is meeting me for breakfast talk to you later okay he said and end with I love you note and hangs up.

At Khanna's all had their breakfast and get ready for their outing. During the breakfast time Karuna maa received call from Kanta chachi. She invited them for Ghod bharai for Sonal on that weekend, Karuna maa told her that Shaurya is out of town to Mumbai and they said it's on Sunday as Shaurya will be back on Saturday evening. Karuna maa conveyed the message to all and Dolly maasi gets excited saying that they need to buy new clothes and gifts for Sonal's function. Mehak gets excited with the rest. Vicky drove the car and they headed to the city center. They reached the mall and Dolly maasi said they will start with shopping for new saree and later some gifts for godh bharai gifts. Harish papa and Vicky went other direction leaving the ladies alone. Dolly maasi make the sales person at the saree section literally bring down all the saree from the shelves. Mehak and Karuna maa looked in dismayed. They asked her just ask what you need why are you doing this Dolly. Dolly maasi oblivious to her surrounding said didi they are here to serve us and also it's their work to keep all these. Dolly maasi keep putting the saree on her one by one asking Mehak and Karuna maa which one is nice on her. Finally after few attempts she settle with one saree. Karuna maa chose one grand one for Mehak but Mehak complaints it looks so grand as if a wedding saree. Dolly maasi insist her to take that because she is Khanna family bahu and should wear grand saree like that. Karuna maa said because it's your family function too you should wear like this type saree beta. Mehak nodded yes. Finally they done with saree shopping and start to look for baby shower gifts for Sonal and got a few stuffs.

Once that shopping done they went to watch movie, they enjoyed the movie and went to have lunch. It was quiet a happy moment for Khanna's. Karuna maa said a silent prayer in her heart asking God so her family always remains happy and nothing lesser than this. Karuna maa asked Mehak it would be even happier if Shaurya is here Na beta, Mehak nodded yes maa only he is not here. They continue having lunch and Mehak said we must have dessert and Harish papa teased her beta my son health conscious and you like all desi food and dessert and all how things happen between you two. Mehak blushed and Karuna maa ask him to be quiet is this how you talk to daughter. Vicky said papa our bhaiya only in front us he acts so healthy and scaring us with his fierce glance but with bhabhi he is scared to hell and he will eat anything she cook, any dessert bhabhi makes he will take 2 servings. You should see him if at White chilies he will ask her to cook and openly romance at the restaurant don't care of anyone and anything. Mehak turns to beetroot and she throw the napkin on him asking him to quiet. She continue to laugh quietly as Dolly maasi tease them.

After their lunch over the walk to the mall entrance to leave and someone call Mrs Mehak Khanna with a stern voice, all turn and saw KD was there. Mehak walks toward him followed by the rest of the Khanna's. They asked him what he is doing here, he replied just like them he is here for shopping and taking a day off from hectic business schedule and he looked at them and asked where Shaurya Khanna is. Vicky quickly replied he didn't came as he is busy. He looked at Mehak and asked so how are you doing my dear, how life hopes everything is fine with you. I am sure everything will be fine as you are married to the famous celebrity Shaurya Khanna. She only able smile at him. Harish papa said we should get going and KD extended his hand for a hand shake to Mehak and she reluctantly handshake with him with a smile. She wished him to have a good day and enjoy shopping and walks together with others to the car. Someone from nowhere took a picture of Mehak with KD.

At home they all kept the shopping bags down and rested at the couch. Harish papa suggested that they should do like this more often. Vicky teased him papa if we go shopping like this all the time all the ladies will buy the entire mall. Dolly maasi throw a cushion on him, he catches that and hug it. Mehak gets up to make tea and some snacks. Karuna maa holds her and ask her to sit down quietly let Awara to prepare you also did so much walking and shopping today yet want to go to kitchen . She obeyed and sat next to her. Enjoying the rest of the day with the family checking all their shopping bags and exchanging comments and teasing one and after.

Shaurya still didn't call Mehak as he was tied up with back to back meetings and attending some business seminars as well. His mobile vibrated and he saw a whatSapp message from Mehak he smiled and said this week got Sonal's Ghod bharai so come soon we have so much things to do. He replied okay and put the mobile back into his pocket concentrating on his session. Mehak looked at his reply he just reply me okay, huh this man change once the go to different state now replying as if talking to 3rd party. Let him come home I will teach him a lesson.

 2 days gone just like that, Mehak was busy with the rest of the family and managing White chilies. Valentine's Day flyer was out and posted on Facebook and Instagram. Vicky said he will get live band to play at the restaurant. Mehak asked what the theme for this year celebration is and Priya suggested black and gold and she said okay let's fix this as the theme as well. Once all of them started to get busy with their task Mehak send a whatSapp to Shaurya patidev looks like you are too busy and ignoring your wife let it be so when you come you will sleep alone she ends it with angry emoji's. He saw that before he reply someone interrupts him and he didn't reply her. Mehak saw the blue tick on the message and say so now you don't even bother to reply me wait you come back see what I will do to you. Karuna maa suggested to make gift baskets like fruit baskets, sweets tray as gifts. She also gets a jewelry set as gift for Sonal.

At Mumbai while Shaurya busy with his meetings and etc. one of the visitor asked him whtr they have combined with KD group, Shaurya looked at him with surprise and replied quickly no we are not combined with KD group or never will. Then he asked why is he asking such enquiry did he heard from someone. The person replied yes and took out his mobile and show him that is this your wife she is shaking hand with KD and they added there as Khanna group and KD group will be merging in business. The other guy taunted him or is it your wife is doing the business dealings without your knowledge. That's why there is old saying wives should kept at kitchen not at the business partner you see you don't know what is happening at your home while you are away, anger raised in Shaurya's eyes and he wanted to punch him right there but someone interrupted him, he turned to greet him. Again that person also said something similar and congratulate him on the merging. Shaurya gets confused and angrier. He was talking to himself did Mehak does this so she can save the business or is there something I don't know. He calmed himself and continue to attend the rest of the meetings and seminars. During night Mehak sent messages to Shaurya ask him to call when he is free but Shaurya was angry and is not in the state to talk to her, she wants to tell him about Sonal's Ghod bharai, the family's shopping trip and White chilies Valentine 's Day party but he ignored her. Mehak felt sad and went to sleep.

Next day evening came home from White Chilies early as Shaurya is returning at evening. She prepared his favorite meals and waited anxiously. He came with a gloomy face and greeted all at home. He didn't make an eye contact with Mehak and she felt something amiss. Harish papa asked how the meetings and everything was. Karuna maa asked him to stop asking him question he just reached home and you started asking questions. Shaurya excused himself and went upstairs. Dolly maasi asked Mehak to go and see him looks like he is tired and mood off. She went upstairs and found the room door is locked and she decided to give him some space. She returned to downstairs and it was soon dinner time and Shaurya came downstairs to join the family he didn't talk much and said he is tired and left after eating little bit. Mehak try to look at him but he kept looking away from her and others. They sense that he is not in good mood so they kept it short. Mehak tidy up the table and kitchen with Dolly maasi and Awara. Dolly maasi ask her to boil some haldi milk for Shaurya and go see him instead hanging around the kitchen. Mehak smiled and prepared the milk for Shaurya she went upstairs and saw Shaurya was at balcony with his laptop on the other hand he was answering call to someone. She kept the milk on the table and went to bathroom to freshen up and change her clothes. She came out and saw Shaurya on his desk. She offered him the milk and ask him to drink it he will feel better, he ask her to leave it. Mehak notice he didn't even see her once, she moved closer to him and asked why Shaurya why you look very upset, things didn't go as desired is it? Don't worry everything will be fine if you be upset like this nothing will change now smile a bit saying that she try to hug him, he pushed her from him. Mehak was perplexed with his action, he gets up from his seat and hold her forearms tightly and asked her don't show your fake concern with me anymore Mehak. I make you a queen in my castle but you don't deserve that. What are you doing behind my back? I was so embarrassed cant face my business rivals or new partners after what you have done? Still in confusion and her eyes gets welled she asked him what did I do Shaurya, I don't know anything. He let go of his grip and gets his mobile and show her the photo of her with KD shaking hands and she was smiling at him. What do you have to say about this, he raised his voice and shakes her vigorously. Mehak was completely baffled and was shocked because her Shaurya didn't trust her. She tried to talk but Shaurya held his palm over her face and ask her to stop it and don't try to say anything and this time I won't change my mind. He ask her to leave him alone and don't come near him he turn his face from her, Mehak's tears was rolling out like rain she was facing his back and held her hand out to Shaurya. Shaurya asked her to leave. Without not much option Mehak just left the room and she don't know where to go , she went to the living room it was all dark as all has retired to their room. She sat on the sofa curling herself and holding her knees to her chest and crying in silent. She asked matarani what kind of test is this on me. You put such a blame on me and Shaurya didn't believe me and worst still he didn't let me explain what I am going to do how am I going to face him. She sat there quiet sometime wiping her tears away , she heard the staircase light was ON, someone was coming downstairs she quickly wiped her face away and notice it was Dolly maasi coming down to get some water, she saw Mehak and asked her what are you doing here at this hour bahu? Thought that you went to sleep earlier. Mehak quickly responded don't worry maasi Shaurya was busy with his laptop and the light was ON I can't sleep with the lights ON that's why I came down for a while later I will go back to room. Dolly maasi looked at her and said just now he said tired and need to sleep and now he is working , come back home after 1 week isn't it his duty to attend to his wife, come with me let me go and talk to him and put some sense to his brain , Mehak stopped her maasi he is quiet tensed you saw him just now right why we want to disturb him it's okay if I need to sleep I can sleep here too let him to do his work , she was gulping herself in order not to cry to maasi. Maasi said in that case come to my room sleep in my room tomorrow we need to attend function at your house we need to look fresh and rest well. Since lalla don't want to entertain his wife then you also don't go to him let him come after you on his own till then you can be in my room. Mehak followed maasi to her room and rested on the other corner of the bed and crying silently wiping her tears. Soon sleep take over.

Next morning she went to her room and saw the milk was still in the glass. Shaurya was sleeping on the other side. She didn't want to disturb him she entered the wash room and showered and dressed up and quickly get to kitchen to prepare breakfast for all. She put all her sorrow away the scene of last night still fresh in her eyes, she haven't see Shaurya who was so much in anger after their marriage or maybe after they reconcile. The tadka she made to add into the dhal got burnt and she didn't realize that too , Karuna maa who happen to be at dining area smells that and rush to kitchen to check. She quickly turn the hob knob off and called Mehak from her trance. She asked what happen beta why are you look pale and what happen beta, did Shaurya say anything she asked caringly. Mehak brushed off and said nothing maa I woke up late today and today we have to leave for function so was rushing with breakfast preparation and didn't pay attention that's why. Karuna maa insist that she will help her with the breakfast preparation and both mother and daughter prepared the breakfast with fun and humor. Once is all done, Awara assist them to set on the dining table while the family gather to eat. Shaurya didn't come down for breakfast and he intercom to Awara at kitchen to send his milkshake and toast to his room and Awara obeyed. Mehak quickly responded maybe he is busy since last night he was busy didn't talk much that's why he wants to eat at room. Karuna maa asked Awara to send his breakfast quickly.
