Next morning Shaurya and Mehak went to gynecology clinic. Driver drives the car, Mehak looks worried. She keep twisting her duppatta. Shaurya saw her being restless he hold her hands and ask her not to worry. Just think we are going to do a normal gynecology check after get married to ensure all is fine. She try to smile but she still can't hide the fact she is worried. Upon reach the clinic nurse ask Mehak to follow her to change for hospital robe, Shaurya hold her hand and ask her not to worry he is here waiting for her. She walked follow the nurse. She change to the hospital robe and went to do procedure room. The staff withdraw blood sample. They did pap smear test and scan to check internal birth system etc. Mehak after completing all the test she change to her suits and sat next to Shaurya. He asked her if she is okay, she nodded as yes. He asked was it painful, she replied no not pain.

Doctor calls them to explain on the test result. Shaurya holds Mehak's hand firmly and nodded not to worry about anything. Doctor asked how long both of you have been married. Shaurya replied almost 6months. Doctor said why they came to do the test. He explain yesterday's incident about Mehak fainted and doctor suggested them to do blood test etc. to ensure no other problem. Doctor explained Mehak is not pregnant but she is weak. She is anemic and hemoglobin low, need to eat more iron enriched food and vitamins.

Doctor continues you both just got married and she is still young to think about pregnancy, its better give themselves more time. She explain each and every women body works differently. Some will get pregnant immediately some will delay for few months. Some will have protected course as they don't want to become parents too soon. A child is a huge responsibility. Don't rush into any conclusion as this will also cause stress to them.

After all the explanations Shaurya and Mehak thanked the doctor and came out from the room, he hold her hand and walk along the corridor in the clinic, paid the bills and collected the prescriptions. He walked with her to car make her to sit and join her. She was a bit tensed. He ask her what is bothering now, we did the test and doctor said all okay, why are you worry. She looked at him and said maa will be disappointed with me right, now she will not talk to me how she use to talk to me right. Shaurya said no, maa will always be the same, she knows things better and don't think too much. Shaurya suggested to go eat gol gappas or ice cream. Mehak said I don't have mood let's go home. He didn't want to force her as she looks tired.

They reached Khanna mansion. Shaurya holds her hand and walk into the hall. Karuna maa and Dolly maasi came and asked what the test result was. Shaurya replied them, she is not pregnant, and she is weak and anemic. Doctor said we are just married for 6 months and ask us to enjoy our life before thinking about babies and all. Mehak needs rest and nobody should taunt her about this. We are still young and there are long way to go to talk about babies and bigger responsibilities. Karuna maa cupped Mehak's face and don't worry my beti, you are just married 6 months and we had so much in between. Like the doctor said you need rest from all the commotions. She ask her to go to room and rest, she will send some food for her.

Mehak climbed the stairs and went to the room, Shaurya wants to go but Dolly maasi stops him and Karuna maa. Did you check with the proper doctor etc.? Shaurya replied her maasi she is fine, is just some girls gets pregnant quite fast, some a little bit later. We just started our life after so much misunderstandings. I don't want any more problem. At the moment Mehak's health and peace is much more important than babies.

Karuna maa gets some food and went upstairs to see Mehak who was sitting on the daybed. She put the food tray aside and ask what happened? Mehak makes her to sit on the bed. To become mother your health must be in good condition as you need to bear the child for 9 months. Now come freshen up yourself and come and eat this food. Shaurya watched them quietly at the door way, he walked back doesn't want to disturb their moments. After a while Karuna maa came downstairs, Shaurya walk into the room, he wrapped Mehak with his arms from the back. He rested his chin on her shoulder. He caresses her neck with his stubble. She turn and hugged him tightly and said thank you. He asked thank you for what, she said I heard you talking downstairs to maasi and maa. You worried about me more than anything. I was so relieved hearing after how you felt for me. Shaurya lifted her chin and see her face. She lowered her gaze. He ask her to see him, she gently lift her eyes to see him. His hand snaked around her bare back. She was wearing a low back chudithar. His gaze was like fire she melts in his look. He asked her playfully now tell me how many kids can we plan, we never talked about this topic at all. Mehak's face turned vermillion, she asked him to let her go he started to talk rubbish again. He always have capacity to talk like this. Shaurya say her face you are even beautiful when blushing. He hugged her and say I love you Mehak. She replied I love you Shaurya. She felt immense peace in his arms.

In 2 days Mehak felt better. Shaurya ensure she eats on time and ask Karuna maa to look after her. Also she takes her vitamins on time. He studied in the internet on the foods to take more to increase iron intakes, as she is a vegetarian, he gets her variety of nuts and ask Karuna maa to cook more legumes and grains for her. He asked her if she refuse to eat or anything let me know. Karuna maa with Mehak and Dolly maasi at the lawn during evening. Shaurya goes to White Chilies. He still doesn't drive he ask Vicky to drive and follows him. Karuna maa asked Mehak do you remember we are supposed to conduct a puja at our home but we didn't do after Shaurya's accident and you were not well. Can we think of a good auspicious date and conduct the puja. Mehak agrees. She ask Dolly maasi to handle on the puja matters, Karuna maa will invite the guests including Sharma family. Mehak just need to be healthy and follow the puja and overlook on the arrangements. Mehak was not happy, she asked maa can I cook at least 2 dishes? Karuna maa asked her it will be large group and she can't let her tired cooking for all. They will call for catering. She looked at her pleading eyes. Karuna maa agreed but with Awara and someone must help her, she can't do alone. If she agree than its fine, Mehak gets excited and agrees.

The puja preparations started. Mehak busy with her prasad preparations. She was fasting too. Shaurya didn't know she is fasting. He was jogged around the lawn as Awara came to pass the newspaper and his healthy smoothie. He enquired where Mehak is. Awara replied bhabhi at kitchen preparing prasad and dessert for the puja.

Shaurya ask him to leave and he walked into the house. He heads to the kitchen. Mehak was busy doing halwa and constantly stirring so it won't get burned. He greeted her good morning baby. What are you doing? She replied doing prasad for the puja. Other menus maa didn't allow me to cook as I will be tired or else I will be so excited to cook. Shaurya admiring his beauty and sipping his smoothie. She asked him to shower and check what else to do for puja. Maasi might need some help. Today restaurant the manager will manage. He put his glass away and hugged her tightly. Mehak pushed him asked him to behave he can't hug her as she is fasting. Shaurya queried her you just recovered few days back. As all preparations done, Mehak went upstairs to freshen up and to dress. Shaurya was in balcony with his laptop. He wore a light peach pink color kurta and a dark pants. She was dressing up but her dori was not in her favor, she can't reach her back to tie up. She gave up mumbling aloud kiya siyappa he? Shaurya heard her and he came into the room. He saw his beauty standing in front of dresser her pink fluorescent green border saree pallu was not pinned and keep falling. Mehak senses something and turn back saw Shaurya standing with his arms on his waist. Her pallu fall exposing her skin beneath her lower neck so creamy. The florescent green blouse cover her bosom. Mehak turned from his sharp gaze and asked him why is he standing and staring like that Besharam. Now he was looking at her back. She can feel his gaze. She stuttered and ask are you going to stand and look like that or will help me. He walk closer to her and tie up the dory. His finger caressed her milky fresh skin. Mehak arched her back. Deep in her heart she knows what is going in his mind. If she didn't walk away now she will be late for puja. She was asking matarani please save me. Mehak turned and asked him are you done? She took out her jewelries and start to wear her earrings. Shaurya notice that she is not making eye contact with him, he took the necklace and wear it for her. He kiss on the crown of her hair. Put the other earring. Mehak just looking away. She gets up from the dresser she forgot to pin her pallu. Shaurya gets the safety pin and secure the pallu, he bring the pallu and cover her head. Her forehead was empty he took the kum kum and fill her maang. He cupped her face and mesmerized by her beauty. He said in this world nothing is precious than my beautiful wife. You are my treasure. Meri Mehak sabse khoobshurat and he gently plant a kiss in between her brows. Mehak blushed and lower her gaze. He dazzled in her he slowly rubbed her cheeks with thumb.

Just then Vicky calling for Shaurya. Both gets conscious and Mehak went to open the door. She quickly went downstairs. Guests started coming. Mehak checked kitchen and Awara informed all had been set up. Shaurya came down and welcomed the guest. Dolly maasi came to Awara asking for a large tray as pandit is asking for a tray, he replied it's in store. Vicky calling for Awara too asking him serve juice and snacks for guests. Mehak ask him to go and she ask Dolly maasi go check on guest, she will get the tray. Dolly ask her take the tray and come. Mehak went to store the light didn't work. She use her mobile's light to search for the tray.

She got the tray and a strong arm gripped her tight from back and covered her mouth. Mehak panicked and start to free from that tight hold she kicked hard on the knee of the person. That person ouches in pain. She turned and flashed the light on the intruder. It was Shaurya. He pulled her tightly to his chest, do you want to break your husband's leg. Mehak queried him we are married then why are you doing this school kids love antics. He smiled at her cuteness. He asked her I helped you with your blouse dory helped you dress up and all but you didn't say thank you. Bad manners Mrs. Khanna. She pouted at him and asked so you came sneakily to ask for thank you? Thank you very much. Now let me go. Shaurya pulled her waist and don't let her to go. Dolly maasi came calling bahu where are you, did you get the tray? Shaurya cover Mehak's mouth. Dolly maasi saw no lights at store room she assume she is not there.

Mehak was about to leave but Shaurya didn't want to let go, he asked her for a kiss, Mehak raised her brows and asked if he crazy she is fasting and it will be sinned. Everyone is waiting outside. He hugged her from back tightly. Nuzzling her neck and her back, Mehak struggle to free from his tight grip. As she turned, tappp. She accidently slapped Shaurya. Both shocked. Shaurya gets upset and hurriedly left from store room. Mehak runs after him to apologize. Just then Sharma family reached. Shaurya was still upset but he welcomed all. Gets blessings from Pd, Balwant Daduji, Kanta Chachi, Jeevan chachu, Mansi chachi and Ravi chachu. They hugged Mehak. Mehak joined and stand next to him to greet all. But Shaurya moves away from her. She was hell panic and ask herself. What you did Mehak? Now he will react in different way and her life is going to be hard.

Nehal asked Shaurya, SJ your health is okay right then why you look not good. He replied her halfheartedly. Walked away. Sonal came to Mehak and bring her aside and asked is everything okay between you two, Mehak didn't say a word. Tell the truth now because both your faces says different story. Shaurya is a very open person and usually very cheerful today he looked not good did you two fight on something. Mehak said I did something wrong and he is upset with me. Sonal ask her to remain calm and quickly patch up don't delay. He will avoid you but try to clear up before puja starts. Or else everyone will notice he is cold towards you. She agreed and walk towards Shaurya he saw her coming he walked away to other guest. She follows him and try to call him but he kept ignore her.

Vicky, Nehal and Sonal said these two if started fight it will be a biggest mess. The came up with a plan. Vicky called Shaurya and said bhaiya bua calling you. Shaurya went in to the house and gets to upstairs. Then Nehal came to Mehak said Karuna aunty looking for you. She went upstairs too. She checked the other rooms and couldn't find her and walked towards her room as her room door was wide open. She went in and saw, Shaurya checking his mobile. She ran to him but he wants to walk away, she quickly close the room door and stand at the door not letting him to go. She looked at him guiltily and pull her ears ask for forgiveness. She didn't do it on purpose just she was turning and accidently slapped him. She ask him for his forgiveness and look at him with pleading eyes. She continued if you want I will do anything and listen to you. She said you can slap me and do anything too, I just don't want you angry. She closed her eyes. Tears rolled down her cheeks. Shaurya came closer cupped her face and kiss on her nose. He gently caress her cheek, Mehak opens her eyes. Saw Shaurya smiling at her, she quickly jumped to hug him. She rested her head on his chest. I am sorry Shaurya I didn't do on purpose, I was fasting and rushing for puja preparations accidently slapped you. Don't get angry on me, I feel so bad. My heart almost stop when you walk away. Shaurya lifted her face and hold both her hands, these hands was the one slapped before , you had fed me food from the hands, you had taken care of me when I was sick. You showed love with this hands. These hands does wonderful meals. He kissed her hands. He apologized to her, she is fasting and he simply doing all antics which makes him deserve the slap. He says my life was incomplete before meeting you. He wiped her tears and ask her to freshen up and come let's go downstairs for the puja. Mehak kissed on his bearded cheek and run to the bathroom to freshen up. Later both went downstairs for puja. All looked at them as they descending the stairs. Karuna maa blessed Mehak and mark behind her ears in order to remove black eyes.

Shaurya and Mehak sat facing the hawan, Mehak held Shaurya's arm as he add oil in the hawan. Both share beautiful moment, Mehak with her eyes ask Shaurya to concentrate on the puja. He nodded and smiled at her. Once puja over, Mehak and Shaurya gets blessing from the elders at home. Karuna maa called Awara is the food ready, he replied all ready at table. Mehak goes to kitchen to serve the prasad. Nehal and Sonal joins her to help her. Shaurya came with a plate of food and went to look for her at kitchen. He dragged her out and make her sit at the couch. The puja is over you are fasting when will you eat. Be quiet and eat first. She said she is okay, not dizzy and all. He said listen to me now no more talking I will feed you by myself. Mehak refuse and said she will eat by herself she felt as shy as all guest watching them. Dolly maasi came, bahu lalla is right you better eat when he is feeding now. Our husbands all only does this on karwachauth. You are lucky because lalla is majnun now. Mehak blushed as all guest smiling. Kanta chachi came and ask her to eat, your husband is waiting. She shyly open her mouth as he feed the first morsel. She continue to eat Shaurya asked will you not feed me too, she took a small piece of food and feed him lovingly. Deep in her heart she prayed that, matarani please grant me this happiness till my lifetime. My Shaurya must be happy all the time.

Most of the guest left Khanna mansion. Karuna maa asked Sharma's to stay till evening as missed talking to them, all agree and stayed back. Vicky and Nehal suggested to play a game. Mansi chachi suggested anthakshari, Nehal said we always playing that at home. Mohit suggested guess the movie name. Balwant Daduji said nowadays movie title is as long as metro train. Then Vicky suggested we will dance the signature step of the song and guess the song title. All agreed. They divided into 2 teams. Man vs Woman. Shaurya winked at Mehak, she smiled and join the woman's team. First was Nehal's turn she took the chit and think. Then she get Vicky to stand with her. She did the song steps. Then men team guessing it and women team also trying hard. Mansi chachi answered Hum Aapke Hain Koun. Didi tera Dewar deewanaa... all laughed and Nehal said correct. Women 1 pt. Then Ravi chachu came he read the chit, he did the dance step. All guessing, Mohit replied Dilse Srk Chaiya Chaiya. Karuna maa turned came, she was shy and asked how to do this after a while she did the step , Vicky gets up and joined her together, Jeevan chachu answered Sridevi hawa hawai Mr India. Vicky went to Mehak and ask her to join Bua to dance together, the 3 dance like mad for that song. Shaurya bewitched with Mehak's happily glowing face and she is dancing happily with his maa and brother. After each and every one tried their turns, it was Mehak's turn. She saw the chit and it was quite difficult to perform. Shaurya snickered, what happen Mrs Khanna do you want to give up. Mehak rolled her lips, Shaurya said you are not sporting enough to do dance and all, so women team lose this point. Mehak pulled her pallu and tucked into her waist. She did her dance movements, Sonal immediately recognized it and answered. Saree ka fall se Sonakshi Sinha Raj Kumar. Nehal and Vicky join her and dance together. Mehak jumped and scream yeay. She stick her tongue out to Shaurya, he looked at her antics and blushed.
