After a tiring battle of an Army of Nomu and Heros, the city was horribly destroyed with great losses on the hero side. Lemillion and Lucy gasped for air as they stood over all the defeated Nomu and Artificial human clones. Lucy looked up to see Deku smiling at her loved obsessed eyes as he laughed at the destruction around them.
"You're so much more powerful then I could ever imagine. If only you stayed by my side, then all of this destruction and carnage would have been prevented. All these civilians' lives could have been spared. What a selfish person you are," He smiled.
"It's not my fault, I saved so many people-"
"What about those you failed to save. Y/n, you were created to destroy just look of all the Nomu and Synthetic humans you destroyed," Deku pointed out as he opened his arms. "Come back to Me, Y/n?"
"I won't let you harm her anymore," Lemillion said as he stood in front of y/n.
Deku scowled as Kurogiri warped him away from the destruction. Lemillion Turned to his partner to see Tears run down her face. He picked her up bridal style as he secorted everyone to a nearby hospital.
As He sat and got patched up, his eyes never left Y/n who sat on the side by herself. She quickly got up and left the room, Mirio quickly got up and followed her to the roof.
"Y/n," He called out.
"I'm so sorry," Y/n sobbed into her hands.
"For what, this. I have gotten worse before," Mirio said gently.
"If I never meet you, all those lives could have been spared. Deku dosen't go full havic like this, he is smart and prasice," Y/n whimpered. "If I knew my freedom would come at a cost like this, I would have stayed,"

"Y/n look at me," Mirio said as he turned Y/n to face him.
"I'd rather suffer the consicuences, then live a hundred years knowing I didn't save you,"
He sang as he gently held her chin.
He continued as he pulled her close.
"In this world so full of fear
Full of rage and lies
I can see the truth so clear
In your eyes
So dry your eyes,"
He smiled as he wiped her tears away with his thumbs as he corresed her cheeks with his kind palms.
"I thought our love would be so beautiful
Somehow we made the whole world bright," Y/n smiled softly as she looked up at Mirio.
"I never knew that fear and hate could be so strong
All they'd leave us where these whispers in the night
But still my heart is singing
We were right," She continued as she hugged him.
(There's no moment I regret)
(Since the moment that we met)
I would have no inkling of (If our time has gone too fast)
How precious life can be (I've lived at last...)
"And I'm so grateful to you
I'd have lived my whole life through
Empty as the sky," Mirio sang as he stared into her Beautiful eyes.
"Never knowing why,"
They smiled as Mirio slowly pulled Y/n into a soft and passionate kiss.

AN ILLUSTRATED NOVEL • UPDATES TUESDAY AND FRIDAY In a time before living memory, the King Dragon of the Void watched the world and realized there was a crack. He realized that humanity was destroying the rock upon which they lived; they leaked life’s code into the churning chaos. At first the change was imperceptible: nanites overtook microorganisms, bacteria, viruses, amoebas. Insects became increasingly inorganic; birds and lizards followed soon after. Even humans were infected by their own advances, cell by cell, till there was not a person left on earth who wasn’t at least part synthetic, the product of a prior generation’s carelessness. The world’s population was ravaged by mechanical viruses with no vaccines; they were mercilessly overtaken by bacteria that knew no death. Soon, most of the planet was empty and only a handful remained who remembered the hedonist realm they came from; only a few were left who remembered what the world looked like when their buildings touched the sky. The King Dragon of the Void watched the rock turn. He watched humans cower as the Old World fell down around them; watched their great monuments crumble into dusty ruins; watched their codes become precious, ancient gem memories forged under the crushing pressure of so many fallen stones. The world has spun many times around the sun since chaos swallowed man whole. It is a simpler time than the one that died out, but the people now are not immune to the folly of the people before. There is old code everywhere: in the water, in the air, in the trees. The heart of man has been replaced by power cores, many of which are hard-coded with preternatural abilities—when they die, an esoteric mountain sect collects their cores and stores them in their hollow mountain home to preserve the sanctity and dignity of human death. They’ve learned to harness artifacts of the old world, gemstones full of codes their nanite infused bodies can parse as spells imbuing their users with great power; they inlay them into their bodies, into their skins, connected to their cores by copper conduit and gold tracers; they dress themselves in tattoos to advertise their prowess; they battle for relics in arenas, fight for them in the open world wherever they are found. The King Dragon of the Void watches the rock turn and wonders: when will this hunger finally make the rock stop spinning? WELCOME TO FANXING CITY … Twenty-five years ago, Fanxing City and the surrounding lands were commanded by the mad King Zao Beiguan. For many years, the King hoarded wealth, artifacts, food; he demanded tribute from a people already taxed to the edges of their existence and expected they be happy with their circumstances. Noncompliance was often punished harshly, bodies displayed proudly on Fanxing’s streets as a warning, from the city gates to the Zao palace’s golden doors. The youths of several prominent clans came together to overthrow the tyrant and made names for themselves as legendary heroes across the land: Tian, Ren, Feng, Gui, Ma, and Zhenxi. Even wanderers from the Luanshi sect descended from Yunji mountain to aid the rebellion. When the dust settled after three years, Tian Yunyong ascended the throne of Fanxing and swore to honour his slain father’s memory, and has maintained Fanxing’s peace with generosity and mercy where fear and cruelty once reigned.

Kalon was born into the world of Ira, a world of magic and monsters, unfortunately for him he had no talent, authority or money. A boy so unlucky he had to sell himself into slavery to the corrupt, bigoted and unjust mages in order to clear his fathers debt. One day when Kalon is being hunted by said mages, he uncovers something, something great. A system. Follow Kalon on his quest to topple the corrupt mages. This is my first novel. Any issues please let me know I'm always up for some creative criticism. I'm trying to avoid info dumping and will expose aspects of the world as the story progresses. MC will not be the stagnant type, he will be subjected to many trials throughout the story and continue to change. If that sounds good to you, keep reading and enjoy. I plan to update as frequently as I'm able to.

Synopsis Lilly Harper was always the type to keep to herself. She struggled to make friendships and so, she simply opted not to. That was why moving to the coastal town of Wilham didn’t bother her. She wasn’t leaving anybody behind and she certainly didn’t expect to be making any friends any time soon. However, when she starts hearing about the school’s “Magic Club”—a group of weirdos who claim that magic is real, she can’t deny that she’s slightly intrigued. Then without warning, she suddenly finds herself wrapped up with them. And what if they aren’t crazy? What if magic is actually real? And what if it’s because of that magic that something more powerful than they could ever conceive of is drawn to Wilham? I plan to follow a release schedule of Tuesday/Friday. Average chapter length will be 4,000 to 6,000 words and I will be using multiple POV's quite often. Also to note, while I am flagging the story with content warnings, I am only doing so because there are specific moments where it will be needed. Overall, the story will be relatively tame and I plan to put extra warnings at the beginning of chapters that it applies to. Thank you to everybody who decides to give my story a chance and I hope you enjoy it!
