The powerful god of war Kirishima. Many fear and respect this fearsome god, but what many do not know is how gentle this supposed god bloodthirsty god is. Of course, only a special few know.
Our story begins long ago, at the temple of the Gods. A place where many states of gods can be worshiped and prayed too. The temple was taken care of by the 8 temple maidens, all sisters. The youngest and most beautiful of the sisters was Y/n. Every day she would attend to the statues of the Gods, and day Kirishima the god of war was struck by Y/n's beauty.
"Uggh, weird hair you've been ogling that mortals for months know! Would you quite it!" Bakugou the sun god growled.
"Wha-I-I I just can't help it," Kirishima stuttered.
So one day he disguised himself as a simple hunter with straight black hair and visited the temple.
And there she was, Y/n. She was pulling away the weeds growing around his statue as the sun-kissed her skin, giving her an angelic glow. He sighed nervesly as he slowly made his way over to the young Maiden.
Y/n was peacefully humming when she felt a presence, turning she saw a black haired hunter making his way over to the statues. she smiled and simply moved to the side so that the visit can take care of his business.
"Umm.. beautiful day isn't it," Kirishima said.
"It sure is," Y/n smiled. " Are you praying for an upcoming war, sir?"
"Wha- um... No, just wanted to pay my respects," Kirishima said awkwardly, as he looked up at the statue of himself.
"That's nice, most only leave offerings to him for victory to wars," Y/n said with a slight frown. "So what's your name?"

"K-Kirishima," He said nervesly.
"Like the god Kirishima?" Y/n asked with a small giggle.
"Yeah, my parents were quite religious," Kiri said with a bashful smile.
Kirishima smiled softly as the two held a pretty simple and awkward conversation when it was interrupted by one of the sisters.
"Y/n we need to help take care of the garden," The eldest sister stated as she eyed Kirishima suspiciously.
"Coming Corina, have a good day sir Kirishima," Y/n bowed as she ran over to her sister.
--------
But that wasn't the last time Y/n would see Kirishima. He soon would come visite more and more. Sometimes he would just come by to talk and other times he would help her with her chores. They would spend more time with each other as the years went by, all while under the watchful eye of her sister. To make sure that no funny business was going on in such a sacred place. As the two grew close Kirishima knew he had to have y/n as his wife, But to do that he needed Corina's blessing.
At dawn, Kirishima stood at the bottom of the temple's steps, while Corina and Y/n stood at the top. Corina staring down at Kiri with a slight frown. Kiri slowly made his way up the steps, slowly and nervously looking up at the intimidating temple maiden.
Y/n smiled nervesly as she side-eyed her older sister with a pleading look. Kiri soon stood a step beneath them as he took a knee in respect and waited and hoped. Corina stood above the man as she studied and scanned the worthiness of this suiter. Time seemed to stand still as Kiri started to sweet beads of nervousness dripped from his forehead. Y/n could her hear heart pound in her chest in anticipation.

Corina slowly kneeled to Kiri's level and whispered.
"You better take good care of my darling little sister, Kirishima, the god of war," Corina whispered.
"Wha- how-"
"The hair was almost convincing, you almost fooled me," Corina chuckled.
Kiri and Y/n just stared in shock and awe as Corina happily granted Kiri her blessings. Y/n sighed in relief as she happily ran into Kiri's arms. With a smile Kirishima happily whisked Y/n away to his palace high in the mountains.
There the two lived their lives peacefully.
--------
One day in the gardens, full of crystal roses and flowers. The couple were relaxing in the garden, sitting in the shade of a great willow as they enjoyed a calm breeze. When suddenly Krirshima could hear the great amount of prayers coming from his temples. Quickly one of his angels came running with news, a war with a rival kingdom.
"Y/n... I-,"
"I know. just comeback to me in one piece," Y/n smiled as she kissed his cheek.
"I will, Mina tell the other angels to protect the castle and Y/n. Make sure you cater to her every needs," Kirishma ordered.
"Of course," She said with a salute.
So with a confident smile, Kirishima suited himself in his strongest armor and with a few angels made their way to the battle field. Sadly unaware of the looming figure in the darkest parts of the mountin.
---------
The war ended in a horrible draw as both armies temporarily retreat to repair themselves, but as Kirishima ran through the front gates expecting to see Y/n there to greet him, the whole castle was quiet. His angels didn't come to great him, and parts of the palace was horribly burned from the blue flames that remained.
Things only got worse when he started to find bodies of his angels. At first they were scattered, but the more he made his way to Y/n's chambers the more the bodies laid in larger groups. Kiri rushed to Y/n's room only to find it a horrible mess, like a fight happened. Tables and furniture were turned over and some burned by the same blue flames.
"Y/n! Y/n where are you!" Kirishima cried out as he ran out of the room.
Kirishima ran and searched the entire castle but couldn't find her. He suddenly heard a cry from the temple of the Gods. The temple were Y/n was from. Without a second thought Kirishima rushed over to the temple to find Corina and her other sister hunched over sobbing and crying in dispair. As he walked over he looked to his left to see blood smeared all over his statue, and at the foot of his statue was Y/n's bloddied body.
"Y/N!" Kiri cried as he ran over to her.
He held her close as tears ran down his cheek.
"hahahahaha!" laughed a mans voice.
Everyone looked up to the source of voice, to see the God of chaos, Dabi.
"Let darkness rein," Dabi chuckled as he pointed to the blood red moon.
Next to him stood a looming figure with a cresent moon brouch. Kirishima gasped at the figure next to Dabi, selene the goddess of the moon.

Delve
Summary – Level 1: Delve is an isekai litrpg that follows an average guy who just happened to wake up in a forest one day. He wasn’t summoned to defeat the demon lord or to save the world or anything like that, at least as far as he can tell. The only creature there to greet him was a regular old squirrel. Soon enough, he meets other people, only to discover that he can’t speak the language, and that not everybody immediately trusts random pajama-wearing strangers they met in the middle of the wilderness. Things generally go downhill from there, at least until the blue boxes start appearing. Delve is a story about finding your way in a new, strange, and dangerous world. It’s about avoiding death, figuring out what the heck is going on, and trying to make some friends along the way. It’s not about getting home, so much as finding a new one. Did I mention that there will be math? Summary – Level 2: Okay, but what are you in for, really? Well, this story is supposed to be realistic, or at least, as realistic as a fantasy litrpg can be. The main character doesn’t instantly become an all-powerful god and murder-hobo his way across the universe. Delve is, at its heart, a progression fantasy, but that progression is meant to feel earned. The numbers in this story actually mean something. Everything is calculated, and if you find a rounding error, I expect you to tell me about it. That said, if math isn’t your cup of tea, there is plenty more that the story has to offer. Characters are meant to feel real, and progression isn’t only about personal power; it’s also about allies, connections, and above all, knowledge. Figuring out how the system works is a significant theme. ... What, you want more details? Okay, fine, but this is going to get a bit spoiler-y. Are you sure? Yes! Really sure? I mean, this summary is practically half as long as the first chap– Now! Okay, okay! The main character becomes a magic user, but he takes a route that is not very popular in adventurer culture, namely that of a support. There is a full magic system with various spells, skills, and abilities, but our MC decides that aura magic is the way to go, and that the only stat worth investing in is mana regeneration. Most people at the Adventurer’s Guild think that this makes him a bit of a dumbass, but he’s playing the long game. We’ll see how that works out for him, won’t we? Because of his build, the MC levels up fast, at least compared to normal people. There are no cheats, though, and he is limited in other ways. There are some clear and pretty obvious downsides to his build. That’s what makes it fun, no? Morals? Our MC has them. Again, we’ll see how that works out for him. Realism, remember? Would you be okay with killing someone and looting their body? I sure hope not. POV? The focus is on the main character, but there will be occasional varying perspectives from people around him, or involved in the events related to the main plot. It isn’t going to jump all over the place. Tech is standard medieval stasis. No smartphones, but the MC does have a technical background. Computers and their programming might be involved. There might even be a bit of uplifting down the road, who knows? Anyway, it isn’t the focus. He isn’t going to invent the gun in chapter 1 and change the face of warfare. Romance is not a major focus. Friendships are more the name of the game, though there will be some characters in romantic relationships. There is exploration, though not as much of the geographical nature as you might expect. It is more about exploration of the system and the culture. The pace is slow and detailed, sometimes verging on slice-of-life. The action is meant to be realistic and grounded in the numbers, and it is intended to have meaning beyond simply punching things until they stop moving. The general tone of the story is grey, and some parts can get quite dark. People die. Sometimes, people with names, but not anywhere near GoT level. There is plenty of light, too, though, to balance the darkness. The world is dangerous, but overcoming that danger is why we’re all here, isn’t it? Anyway, if you’ve made it this far through the summary, you clearly like words. I hope you enjoy the story! Cover by Miha Brumec Summary Updated: 2020-06-14
