In the factory area...

We see Shoto is fighting the ninjas while blocking their attacks.

"Don't be cocky, we're prepared!" The Red Ninja yelled as he threw a metal nut at Shoto, just then the metal nut suddenly grew bigger as Shoto quickly blocked it with his ice.

'Looks like a quirk that makes things bigger.' Shoto analyzed.

"That's not all I brought with me!" The Red Ninja informed as he threw more giant Nuts with nails at him the ice finally broke, soon

A huge metal nut is falling towards Shoto as he tried to engulf it with his flames before dodging it.

'Even if I couldn't melt it, I should've at least made a mark!' Shoto thought

"Your fire won't work against any of my tools, tungsten has a super high melting point." The Red ninja informed as he used his weapons to free his classmates from the ice.

"I'm afraid I told you so Todoroki, even if you're a top UA student and you think you can pass this exam alone, Well then, your pride will be your downfall." The Red Ninja warned

"You fools!" Shoto said as he shot his flame a the ninjas.

"Do it!" The Red ninja ordered.

"Right!" The blue and black ninjas obeyed as they attacked Shoto's fire with water and mud, Shoto then stop attacking as he quickly jumped away and fired his ice at them.

"Keep attacking, don't let up!" The Red ninja ordered while shooting his metal nuts and nails.

"Got it!" One of the yellow ninjas obeyed as they used their super strengths to rip the pipes and throw them at Shoto who continues to defend himself.

'Water for my flames, and physical attacks for my ice, they've worked out a way to counter everything I have.' Shoto mentally realized as he then aimed his flames at the blue and black ninjas.

"It's useless to resist!" The blue ninja yelled while firing ger mud at Shoto's flames, just then while firing an eruption happened while firing and caused a huge amount of stream.

"Where'd he go!?" The Red ninja asked in shock as Shoto was seen running away from them.

'The heroes public safety commission must have constructed this factory to be as realistic as possible. No wonder they told us to choose a terrain that would suit our style.' Shoto thought before he activated his flame from his hand.

"There he is, surrounds him!'' The Red Ninja ordered as he spotted Shoto's flame and began chasing after him.

'In that case, I'm guessing that this tank is full of the real thing!' Shoto mentally assumed as he then used his ice to break a hole into the tank. When the Ninjas got close to the fire, they were shocked to discover it was actually just a sign on fire

"He got us!" The Red Ninja said in shock as Shoto attacked them from behind and fired his flames at the hole of the tank causing it to explode with a pink gas followed after.

"AHHHHH!!!!!" The ninjas scream in panic while flying through the air cause of that explosion.

"To pull such a move, he's crazy!?" The red Ninja said in pain before seeing himself and his classmates were once again caught in Shoto's ice.

"Well, it looks like the commission kept the force of the explosion from being too damaging." Shoto said while walking over to the ninjas.

"You bastard!" The Red ninja cursed looking at him in anger.

"Apologies, but I simply cannot afford to fail." Shoto apologized as he took out a ball from his hand

Shoto is seen walking away after gaining his passing points from the ninjas.

'If I can only use both sides at the same time, switching slows me down, I need to practice more.' Shoto thought while looking at both sides when suddenly his target disks starts to light up a blue light.

"Students who have passed the exam should congregate in the anteroom, chop-chop!" A speaker announced.

"These high tech targets keep track of who passes and fails, with so many examine it's the only way that makes sense, the targets can also determine who's responsible each time one of them is hit based on a student's locations, movements, and various other factors being recorded, oh and once mounted they can only be removed with a special magnetic key, it's all very fancy." Present Mic announced.

Meanwhile, in another building, Saiko Intelli is enjoying her tea waiting for her classmate to report in

"Miss Sai, I have confirmed that four UA students have entered the building." the pink-haired student said

"Can you show me the video?" Saiko asked

"Yes, ma'ma." the pink-haired student said then used her Quirk to show Saiko the video to show Momo, Kyoka, Tsuyu, and Shoji entering the building

"Arm Duplication, the sound wave user, frog... and a Quirk that makes things." Saiko said then close her eyes and use her IQ Quirk then smile "Our prey has been decided." she said, "Will you gather everyone?" she asked

"Yes, Miss Sai." the pink-haired girl said

'The formula for my success... is already complete.' Saiko thought

Meanwhile, Shoto arrive at the Anteroom to see other students who have passed the first stage

"There are a lot of people here." Shoto said

"Seriously?" Inasa asked, "I love Stampman, too." He said, "He's a super passionate hero!" he said

"Why's he talking to me out of the hero?" the Examine asked as Shoto sit down at a bench

'If he applied through recommendations, then I should've seen him at the entrance exam.' Shoto thought

"But I think--" Inasa said then notice Shoto and glared at him, then get back to the student "Wait, what were we talking about?" he asked

"How should I know?" the Examine asked, "You're the one who started talking to me." he said

"Currently, 56 people have passed. Don't panic, but please hurry and do your best." Mera said

Shoji is using his Quirk to look around the area, while Kyoka use her Quirk to check the building they're in

"Shoji, how's it look?" Tsuyu asked

"It's no use. I don't see anyone from our class." Shoji said

"Maybe they're in a different area." Tsuyu said

"Most likely." Shoji said, "Yaoyorozu, you heard the broadcast, right?" he asked, "The number who've passed is already past the halfway mark." he said

"We should probably give up on finding everyone else and start finding ourselves, don't you think?" Tsuyu asked

"Yes, you're right..." Momo said

"Shh!" Kyoka said, "I hear footsteps from four people on the stairs, about ten floors below." she said, "They're coming up!" she said

"Are they after us?" Shoji asked

"It bothers me that there are only four coming." Momo said, "All the schools should be moving in bigger terms than that." she said

"Maybe their companions were defeated, and they're running away to hide here." Tsuyu said

"No, that's not what it sounds like." Kyoka said, "They're still climbing up the stairs." he said

"There must be more of them..." Momo said, "A diversionary attack? Or..." she said then suddenly loud music is played through the wall Kyoka is next to, hurting her

"Jiro!" Momo and Tsuyu said then Shoji place his ear on the wall

"There's music playing." Shoji said, "I'm fine, but for Jiro to suddenly hear this must've been hard..." he said

"They're interfering with Kyokia's Quirk because they clearly know about it." Tsuyu said

"They must be after us then." Shoji said

"Not good..." Momo said, "Now we can't tell their location." she said

Meanwhile, Saiko and four others Seiai students enter the elevator

"Phase one, completed." Saiko said, "And next... Phase two, start!" she said as the elevator door close

Back with Momo's team, the window was hit, it didn't break but now no one can see through them

"What?" Shoji asked

"Hide!" Momo said

"An attack from outside?" Kyoka asked

"This is..." Tsuyu asked

"Are they trying to keep me from using m eyes too?" Shoji asked

'First, off they, sealed off Jiro and Shoji's Quirks, which are effective at scouting the enemy.' Momo thought, 'Seems like the enemy knows completely about our Quirks...' she thought

"Yaoyorozu, what is our opponent after?" Shoji asked

"They're probably trying to keep us rooted here." Momo said

"And then they'll surround us, huh?" Tsuyu asked

"Yes, we should probably assume that they're already close by." Momo said as Saiai student arrive in the room next door

"Then we need to fight!" Kyoka said then leave her cover

"We can't move carelessly!" Momo said

"Heartbeat Dist-!" Kyoka said but then her speaker was shot

"Phase two, complete." the brown hair Seiai girl said

"Jiro!" Shoji said

"Are you hurt?" Momo asked

"They got my amp! And my left ear..." Kyoka said

'They predicted her actions?' Momo thought, 'They were able to predict our action so accurately after only seeing that one attack...' she thought, 'And this careful plan... There must be someone extremely intelligent among our opponents.' she thought

"Does it feel a little colder to you?" Shoji asked snapping Momo out from her thought

"Now that you mention it, yes..." Momo said then notice "There's cold air coming from the vents!" she said

A girl with short pigtails is using her Quirk on the pipe

"Begin phase three." the short pigtails girl said

The window in Momo's group's room close with a steel door, which causes someone from outside to notice it and head toward the building

"They've shut us in?!" Shoji said

"The temperature's also decreasing steadily." Momo said

"I-It's too cold!" Kyoka said

"R... Ribbit, ribbit..." Tsuyu said as the cold caused her to enter hibernation

"Asui, what's wrong?" Shoji asked

"Could it be that since the temperature dropped all at once, she's started getting ready for hibernation?" Kyoka asked

"Ribbit..." Tsuyu said

"Fire! Make a lighter." Shoji said

"I can't. The sprinklers will turn on, making her body even colder." Momo said

"Then what about an electric heater?" Kyoka asked

"Our opponents have control over the air conditioner." Momo said, "They probably turned off the electricity, as well." she said as she create a blanket "Here's a blanket for now!" she said

"All right." Shoji said getting the blanket and wrap Tsuyu in it

Meanwhile, someone is welding the door shut

"What now?!" Kyoka asked

"They're welding the door shut!" Momo said

"So they're trying to keep us from escaping?" Shoji asked

"The door over there's the only one left." Kyoka said

"Should we force our way through?" Shoji asked

"Our opponents are definitely waiting for us there." Kyoka said, "It's dangerous." she said

"They keeping being one step ahead of us." Shoji said

"What should we do?" Kyoka asked

"If we holed up here, we'd have to do something about the temperature, or else we'd also be done in by the cold." Shoji said

"Yao-momo, what if you made a bomb and blew up the door to the emergency exit?" Kyoka asked

Meanwhile, Momo was about to create something but stop

"They're trying to make you use up your Quirk?" Shoji asked

"Yes." Momo said, "In their plan, the most uncertain factor is my Creation." she said, "At first, I thought their manipulation of the air conditioning was for Asui's Quirk." she said, "But their true goal was to make me use my Quirk." she said

"I see." Shoji said, "They were planning to march in calmly after making your Quirk useless, huh?" he asked

"Yes. That's why I cannot use my Quirk right now." Momo said, "I must save it for when the need truly arises." she said

"But if we stay holed up here, then we'll fail the provisional licensing exam!" Kyoka said, "We should force our way through!" she said

"It sounds like someone just break in through the window." the pink-hair girl said

"I don't know." the pink-hair girl said

"It's doesn't matter, reseal the window." Saiko said then the window is reseal

Back with the UA Student

"I saw the window being shut so I rush over here thinking you might be here." Izuku said then notice it was cold "Man it's cold in here." he said, "What is happening?" he asked

Momo explains the situation

"I see, whoever comes up with this plan must be smart." Izuku said, "But I pay they never expect, Class A Rep to come in to help." he said

"Do you have a plan?" Momo asked

"Yeah, first, Momo, I need you to create a very big speaker, big as possible, and headphones to cover our ears." Izuku said

"Okay, but I need a few minutes." Momo said reaching for her book and checking how to make the speaker then open her shirt causing Izuku and Shoji to turn away as Momo created five headphones, Izuku, Kyoka, and Shoji put on the headphones then Izuku put the headphone on for Tsuyu then Momo start creating the Speaker from her back

Meanwhile, Saiko place her teacup on the plate

'It's been ten minutes since they holed up in the observation room.' Saiko thought, 'It is probably about time.' she thought, "Ready yourselves to storm in." she said

"Yes, ma'am!" the Seiai girls said

'Now, I wonder what the situation is inside?' Saiko thought, 'I'm looking forward to it.' she thought then suddenly a loud sound emitted from the other room, 'Wh-What...?!' she thought as her all of her classmates become incapacitated "Th-This is..." she said, "...a high-frequency sound attack?" she asked

In the other room, the speaker Momo created is using sound from the DoReMiFa Beat Gashat

"Even with headphones on, I can feel it throughout my body." Kyoka said

"R... Ribbit..." Tsuyu said waking up by the sound even with the headphone on

"Are you all right, Asui?" Shoji asked

"Everyone, bear with it for seven more seconds..." Izuku said, "Six... five... four... three... two... one..." he said then they open the door to see that all the Seiai girls have passed out

"All right! It worked!" Kyoka said

"Put your balls in the targets." Izuku said

"Got it." Shoji said as he put Tsuyu down "Can you move?" he asked

"R-Ribbit..." Tsuyu said, "I'm fine..." she said

"I'm glad." Momo said, not knowing that Saiko is hiding behind the door, she grab Momo then pulled her back into the hallway and locks the doors behind her

"You used your Quirk for attacking rather than defending..." Saiko said, "I can't believe someone from the elite UA would choose a method with such high risk." she said, "But because of that, you can't move now." she said, "Even if I can only get you, I'll have you fail." she said

'You can't give up!' Momo thought, 'Show the results of the intensive training at the training camp, Momo!' she thought then creates a pair of handcuffs to restrain one of Saiko's arms,

"You're struggling in vain!" Saiko said attack with her other arm

Then Izuku and the other break through the door and Tsuyu restrains Saiko's other arm with her tongue

"What?!" Saiko asked

"E-Everyone!" Momo said

"Why did you come back...?" Saiko asked, "Didn't you think she failed already?" she asked, "Right now, we're in the middle of the licensing exam." she said, "You should be thinking of yourselves, not your friends." she said

"That might be true for you, but we're different." Kyoka said

"We won't leave our friend behind." Tsuyu said

"And we don't give up." Shoji said

"We all stick together." Izuku said

"That's how we, Class 1A, are!" Momo said with determination in her eyes

"As expected of UA..." Saiko said, "You've defeated me completely." she said

Meanwhile, Bakugo, Eijiro, and Denki climb up the ladder to the bridge

"Kaminari, why'd you follow us?" Eijiro asked
