Izuku and Parad woke up in the morning then head to the bathroom and see Tenya who wave at them

"Morning." Izuku said

"Hey." Parad said then they brush their teeth

"After being attacked twice by the League of villains, UA High school thought to protect its students by switching to an all-dorm system." Izuku narrated

After brushing their teeth, they went to the common area for breakfast

"A five-minute walk from UA school grounds, on the third day after moving into the student dorm, Heights Alliance, our new lives begin as we devote our days to becoming heroes." Izuku narrated,

Then after that, they change into their uniform and head to the school

"I will definitely become one." Izuku narrated, "Since I am All Might's successor and I inherited from him... his will and One For All!" he narrated

"I believe I've mentioned this already, but your main focus this summer is obtaining Provisional Hero Licences." Aizawa announced.

"Yes Sir." The students obeyed

"Do not take this lightly, a hero license means that you're responsible for human lives, you can imagine the exam to receive one is very difficult." Aizawa warned them.

"Only 50% of students pass the test required for these permits each years." Aizawa added

"It's that hard to get a provisional license!?" Mineta asked being concerned.

"In order to prepare, today you'll concentrate on creating something new." Aizawa told them, just then the door suddenly opened revealing Cementoss, Midnight and Ectoplasm entered the class.

"Two Ultimate moves!" Aizawa announced

"Ultimate moves, an Exam is a normal school thing, but this was total hero work!" Mina and Denki cheered in unison.

"When we say Ultimate, we mean a move that will ensure you win against your opponent." Ectoplasm explained

"An Action so unique to your identity that no other person can hope to copy it, simply put you must lean into your strengths." Cementoss added.

"Your moves represent who you are, these days most pro heroes have an ultimate move, those who don't are fools" Midnight finished.

"This may sound abstract, but we'll explain more as the day goes on, for now, change into your costumes and meet in Gym Gamma." Aizawa ordered his class as everyone then change into their hero costumes and arrived at Gym Gamma.

"Gym Gamma, also known at the Academy as the Training Dining Land or TDL." Aizawa explained to the students.

'Wait what, first the USJ now this?' Parad thought confusingly as Cementoss then used his quirk on the gym floor.

"This facility was my idea, we can create prepare unique terrains and obstacles for each student here, here you will learn to serve up justice, hence the name." Cementoss explained

"That's pretty cool." Denki said being impressed.

"Please allow me a question, what is the advantage of having Ultimate Moves for our provisional exam, may we know your reasoning!?" Tenya asked demandingly

"That's two questions, calm down, the job of a hero is to save people from all sorts of dangers, Crime, Accidents, and natural or man made disasters, of course, the licensing exam analyzes how well you're able to deal with such things, it won't just be fighting, your ability to gather information and make quick decisions will be judged, in addition to how well you communicate, cooperate, and lead others, every year a new test is used to evaluate these qualities" Aizawa explained.

"One thing is especially important, if you want to be a pro hero, you must be able to prevail in battle, if you're prepared you won't have to worry, and those of you who have an ultimate move will have stronger results." Midnight explained.

"Your circumstances should not dictate the results of your future battles, learn to be consistent and you'll be a great asset on the front lines." Cementoss lectured

"Your ultimate move doesn't necessarily have to be an attack, take Iida's Recipro burst, for example, this sort of temporary boost in speed is valuable and it falls under the category of excellence we're looking for." Ectoplasm added

"You mean, I've been using an ultimate move all along!?" Tenya asked being touched.

"So it's basically our secret weapon, something that gives us the edge so we can win against who or what we're facing." Sato claimed.

"There's a smart boy, for example, how Kamui woods is able to use his Lacquered Chain Prison to capture opponents in an instant, that's exactly what we want to see." Midnight said.

"The training camp was interrupted, the practice you did get in to develop your quirks as part of the process needed to create these defining abilities, now that you're caught up, you'll be working hard to create powerful moves of your own for the next ten days or so, this is how you will spend the remainder of your summer vacation, prepare for intensive training." Aizawa announced before Cementoss created concrete mountains with an Ectoplasm clone on each of them

"In addition, you should think about how you can improve your costumes, especially now that you have a better understanding of your quirks. I expect each of you to go plus ultra, do you have it in you?" Aizawa asked the students

"Yes Sir!" The students obeyed.

"I'm so Charged up for this." Denki said excitedly

'Hmm, what's my move?' Izuku wondered looking at his hands.

Everyone starts working on their Ultimate move

Ojiro attack one of Ectoplasm's clones, he miss his attack then Ectoplasm kick him

"Your movements say 'I move like this because I have a tail'." Ectoplasm said, "Let's reexamine the fundamentals of how you move." he said

"Yes, sir!" Ojiro said, 'In other words, I'm too normal, huh?' he thought

"Ultimate move--" Mina said, "Shooting acid from my hands like this!" she said then try to shoot out acid but it just pours from her hands "How is it?" she asked

"If you're going to take that route, then make a nozzle with your fingers and squeeze it out." Ectoplasm said and Mina did as she was told "That's it." he said then Mina shot out acid

"Wow, I can shoot further now!" Mina said

"Shall we have you focus your acid to develop it further?" Ectoplasm asked

"Create two things at the same time." Ectoplasm said, "You can start with something simple." he said

"Yes, sir." Momo said then create two pole

Meanwhile, Izuku is watching everyone work

'Everyone's working hard.' Izuku thought then he dodged Ectoplasm's kick

"What are you staring off into space for?" Ectoplasm asked

"Just watching my classmate." Izuku said, "And besides, I already have a lot of Ultimate moves, then again can't hurt to add new one." he said

"Then let's get started." Ectoplasm said

"Yes, sir." Izuku said

Meanwhile, Aizawa was watching the students

"Everyone's working hard, huh?" All Might asked

"All Might..." Aizawa said

"I am..." All Might said then enter his Muscle form he said

"Well, please focus on your recuperation." Aizawa said, "To prepare for the next semester." he said then All Might return to his true form

"Hey, hey, don't act so cold." All Might said, "This is the class for ultimate moves, right?" he asked, "There's no way I want to miss this." he said, "I am a teacher, too, you know." he said as he watches Izuku 'Look like he's doing well.' he thought then an explosion was heard and he turns to see Bakugo

"Take that!" Bakugo said blasting Ectoplasm's clone causing it to disappear "It's been a while since I've been able to go wild! It feels good!" he said then turned to Ectoplasm "Ectoplasm! Mine died! Give me another!" he said

"So loud." Izuku said annoyed

"He's amazing." All Might said

"Yes. He'll definitely get even stronger." Aizawa said, "But he has a long way to go if he wants to be stronger than Midoriya." he said as Bakugo attacked the newly make clone

"Oooh! Bakugo's really into it!" Ochaco said as she float upside down

"That guy's already got a lot of different ideas for his ultimate move, huh?" Sato said

"He had a name from the entrance exam!" Toru said

"Whoops!" Ochcao said losing focus

"Focus!" Ectoplasm said

"Y-Yes sir!" Ochaco said

"I've got a move I've been working on since I was a kid called Grape Rush, you know." Mineta said

"I mean, everyone's thought about it before, right?" Denki asked, "I thought about doing a lightning sword or something." he said, "I'm getting excited just thinking about being able to do it for real in a place like this." he said

"If only you have more control over your quirk, then you can create a real ultimate move." Izuku said

"Hey." Denki said

"Hey." All Might said walking to Izuku

"Oh, All Might!" Izuku said

"Need some advise?" All Might asked

"Not really, you can go help the other." Izuku said

"If you say so." All Might said then walk to Eijiro "Hey, Young Kirishima!" he said

"All Might." Eijiro said

"I'm going over to give you some advice." All Might said, "With your Hardening, rather than trying for small tricks, you should try to bulldoze your way through." he said

"Yes, sir." Eijiro said

"Young Jiro! I have advice for you!" All Might said walking to Kyoka

'What are you doing, all of a sudden?' Aizawa thought then notice a book in All Might's back pocket title 'Even Dummies Can Be Teachers! Easy Education Theory' 'Huh?' he thought

"Hey, Izuku how about we go check it out?" Parad asked

"Sure why not." Izuku said then he and Parad head to the developnemts studio, they arrive to see a metal door

"This look like the place." Parad said

"I see! You're focusing on making your own body float?" Tenya said as he and Ochaco walk to the developnemts studio

"Yeah! If I add more mobility, then I can use the martial arts I learned at my internship even more!" Ochaco said, "What about you, Iida?" she asked

"I want to reduce the demerits of my Recipro." Tenya said, "I'm planning on asking the development studio to improve my radiator." he said then Ochaco notice Izuku and Parad

"Oh, it's Deku and Parad!" Ochaco said, "I was just wondering where you guys were!" she said running to them

"Don't run in the hallway!" Tenya said

"Deku, Parad, are you here for costume improvements, too?" Ochaco asked

"Oh, Uraraka--" Izuku said but when he open the door that was an explosion sending Izuku and Parad back shocking Tenya and Ochaco

"Oww..." Mei said

"You know, you really shouldn't just put everything you think of together!" Power Loader said

"Failure is the mother of invention, Mr. Power Loader, as Thomas Edison once said." Mei said, "Even if what I made doesn't work the way I planned, that doesn't mean it was a waste of time-." she said

"This isn't the time for that!" Power Loader said, "Will you listen to me for once, Hatsume?" he asked as the begin to clear revealing Mei on Izuku

"Oh? When did you get here?" Mei asked

Izuku open his eyes and see Mei's boobs press against him

'B-B-B...' Izuku thought looking away

'...oobs!' Ochaco thought

Meanwhile, Parad just laugh a bit

"Sorry about the sudden explosion!" Mei said, "It's been a while, huh?" she asked, "Hero course students, um... I've forgotten all of your names." she said

"I-I'm Izu-Izuku M-Midoriya..." Izuku said a little shaken

"I'm Tenya Iida!" Tenya said, "I'm the man you used as an advertising tower during the sports festival tournament!" he said

"I see!" Mei said then turn to the entrance of the development studio, "Well, I'm busy developing my babies, so...!" she said

"Actually, we were hoping that we have a look at the development studio have and my friend wants to improve their costume." Izuku said

"Well, really." Mei said then close into Izuku "Sounds interesting!" she said

"Hatsume." Power Loader said, "It's fine for you to come in and out of the studio now that the dorm system is in place, but if you go wild in here anymore, I'm going to banish you!" he said

"U-Um..." Izuku said

"I've already heard from Eraser Head." Power Loader said, "You're here about changing your costumes as you develop your ultimate moves, right?" he asked, "Come in." he said

They enter the development studio and was in awe of the place

"It's like a secret hideout!" Izuku said

"Now, show me the instructions for your costume." Power Loader said, "It's in the case with your costume, right?" he asked, "I have a license to make the costume so I'll tinker with what I can using that." he said, "For small changes and repairs, I can just report what I changed to the design company, and they'll do the paperwork for it, but for major changes, we'll have to fill out an application and ask the design company to do it." he said, "Then, the government will check the new costume, and once it's approved, it'll come back here." he said, "Anyway, the agencies we work with are the best, so we usually get them back in about three days." he said

"Wow, that's cool-" Izuku said then he feel someone touching him he turn to see Mei

"Yes, yes, I see." Mei said

"H-Hatsume, what are you...?" Ochaco asked

"I'm touching his body." Mei said then found something in Izuku's pocket, she pull it out and it was the Gashacon Bugvisor Zwei

"This is what you use to beat that multiple quirks guy." Mei said then took the Gashacon Bugvisor Zwei to her work table

"Hey, wait!" Izuku said but Mei started tinkering with the Gashacon Bugvisor Zwei

"Don't worry about it." Mei said then suddenly shines and showed a projector of a video that show something that give Izuku an idea

"Our training to create ultimate moves continued..." Izuku narrated

During training, Shoto was using both his ice and flame, Sero was continuously shooting out tapes, Shoji making mouth, eyes, and hand, Eijiro punching a wall as fast as he can, Tsuyu sitting down while focusing, Tokoyami training in the dark cave.

During that time Denki try to ask Mei out but Mei shake her head, while Kyoka try on speaker glove

Meanwhile, back at the Gym Gamma, Sato was eating sweets and Tenya was running

"How are things progressing, Aizawa?" All Might asked

"You're here again? We're getting there." Aizawa said

Meanwhile, Izuku was walking back to Gym Gamma

"Izuku!" Momo said, "What did you get something from the development studio?" she asked

"Yeah, just getting a few thing." Izuku said, "So how is your training?" he asked

"It's going well, I'm doing my best." Momo said

"That's good to hear." Izuku said

At Gym Gamma, Tokoyami is showing Midnight his Ultimate move

"Cover me, Dark Shadow." Tokoyami said

Dark Shadow said covering Tokyami

"By covering myself with Dark Shadow, I am able to make up for my weakness in physical and close combat." Tokoyami said, "I call it... Abyssal Black Body!" he said

"Isn't that hard to say?" Midnight asked, "It's important for your move names to be easy to say too." she said

"Got it!" Tokoyami said

"There are those who have finally solidified their styles and those who are already trying to create multiple moves." Aizawa said as he and All Might watched Bakugo as he place his left fist with a hole in front of his right palm

'Not from the whole palm of my hand, but an explosion from a single concentrated point...' Bakugo thought as he focus his attack in the hole of his left hand then blast out a beam from it he said as the beam left a hole in the wall he shot "I did it!" he said

"Young Bakugo's really doing well, as usual." All Might said

"Yes." Aizawa said then suddenly a piece of the wall Bakugo blasted broke off and fall toward All Might

"Hey, look out!" Bakugo said

Izuku said as he jump toward the broke off piece, then slash it into little pieces with the Gashacon Sparrow Kama Mode, so fast that no one can see him move

Then Izuku land as the smaller pieces fall on the ground

"He's growing even faster." All Might said

'Sengoku giri, one of my new ultimate move.' Izuku thought
