"It's a villain!', get off the street!" The people screamed and began running away.

"Ten Million dollars, just like that, I love this job." The Red Villain cheered.

"Up ahead." The Blue villain alerted as they were cut off by the police, soon after, Two Pro Hero's Arrived.

"Your crime spree ends here, Stand Down." Electoplant Demanded as he shot a lightning bolt at them.

"You're up Cow Lady." Electplant ordered and Cow lady transformed into her cow form and charged

"Y'all are finished." Cow lady said as the Villain jumped in the Air.

"Go ahead and try to stop us." Red Villain challenged as he shot one missile at the Pro's and another at the police The Villains bounced off a building, over the fire caused by the explosions, and were about to land on some vehicles in front of the casino sign

"Don't stop, just crush them." The Red villain ordered as they were about to land on a minivan, the family inside braced themselves for the impact before even hitting the ground, somebody jumped in and punched the blue Villain so hard, and flew back a couple of streets the family then looked up at their savior, he wore a leather jacket and a cape that read plus ultra

"Fear not Citizens, everything is fine, Your safe because I am Here." Young All Might reassured with a smile as the little Girl's in the van smiled back with hope.

"Really, and just who the hell do you think you are!?" The Red Villain demanded

"A Hero from Japan, who just so happen to be passing by." All Might answered.

"I'll send you back home in a coffin if they can find your remains!" The Red Villain said as he shot two missiles at All Might but, he might do a cross chop which the shockwave caused the missile the go around him and into each other, they exploded in midair.

"I'm sorry, what was that threat... Again ?" All Might asked before noticing the Villains fleeing on top of the building "Running away already?" Suddenly a red car jumped into the air and the driver was none other than a young scientist himself 'David Shield'.

"You got ahead of yourself, Toshi." David said and landed.

"Their fast, follow them, Dave." All Might said and jumped into the car.

"You're impossible, your body always moved before you think." Dave joked as they drove after the villains, the duo of villains was being tracked by a sky monitor

"Hey, some weird car following us."The Blue villain noticed

"Damn, these Heroes." the Red villain cursed as he fired a few missiles at the car but at the same time Dave released a missile from his car, which soon released bubbles, the Missiles then got trapped in the bubbles and when they exploded, the explosion stayed in the bubble before popping.

"You're kidding me. (grunt)"the Red Villain screamed frustrated and they jumped up.

"Toshi, we're gonna be late for the lecture, hurry up and finish this!" David told him.

"That's the Plan obviously." Young All Might claimed as he jumped into the air, where the villains were climbing up a building

"You just don't give up do you." the Red Villain yelled as he fired at All Might.

"Ha, Detroit Smash!!!!" Young All Might yelled and punched forward, destroying the missiles, he then jumped off the building and flew through the sky, and noticed some missiles aiming at him, but he punched at them causing them to explode as All Might disappeared in the fire when All Might emerged, he is wearing his young age costume.

'Now for an Ultimate Move, Dave, I named this after your home state.' Young All Might thought.

"Do it!" David said with a thumbs up.

All Might shouted as he did a cartwheel before punching the blue villain right in the face, causing a shockwave to follow and the stolen money flew through the city the red and Deflated blue villain laid in defeated as many people watched.

After the Police arrested the Villains Electoplant, Cow-lady, and others watched All Might on top of a building, laughing.

"Who's that Hero, I've never seen him, That was incredible." The people complimented

"He's an exchange student visiting the states from Japan, you can call him by his Hero name: All Might." David explained

"His name is All Might." everyone said in awe

"Take it, man, someday that name will be known by everyone in the world, someday he will become our Symbol of Peace." Dave Predicted.

"Thanks for the help Dave, because of the suit you made, that was a cinch, and we'll make it back to class in time." Young All Might assumed

"Well we better, if we're late again, I don't think we'll be able to pass the course." David claimed

"Alert, Hijacking, I repeat hijacking." the speaker on the radio announced

"Did you hear that?" Young All Might asked

"It's too risky man." David refused But All Might gave him a stern look

"You know for a good guy, you are way too reckless." David claimed with a smile as All Might grinned on his face

"That means you'll help me?" Young All Might asked

"Guess so." David replied as the car began to fly.

"Who knew being a Hero would be so much work." David complained

"Hahaha don't worry, I'll buy you lunch." Young All Might promised as the car soared through the sky

"All Might. All Might, All Might!" Izuku said waking All Might up

"What's the matter, young Midoriya?" All Might asked

"We can see it. Look!" Izuku said as he and Parad look out the window of the plane they are on "The artificial moving city inhabited by over 10,000 scientists, I-Island." he said "It's like a dream come true to be able to go to I-Island right at the beginning of summer vacation!" he said

"I didn't think you'd be that excited." All Might said

"Well, that is how Izuku always has been." Parad said

"I'm glad I invited you." All Might said

"But is it really okay for us to come with you?" Parad asked

"There's no need to hold back. The invitation said I could bring some companion." All Might said

"Isn't that unusually meant for family--" Izuku said but All Might stop him

"We are connected by something thicker than blood, aren't we?" All Might said "The bond of ." he said

"Yes." Izuku said

Then the PA system is heard

"This plane will soon begin its descent to I-Island." the pilot said

"Now, it's about to get pretty exhausting." All Might said as he begins to enter his Muscle form "Because once I arrive, he said as he removes his causal clothe to reveal his Hero Costume he said

"Yes!" Izuku said

"We will now begin the immigration inspection." the announcer said

All Might, Izuku, and Parad is standing on an escalator

All Might asked they are being scanned he asked

"To create a place where the world's talents could gather to research Quirks and support items! The island was made mobile to protect the scientists and their research from villains. That security system is the equivalent of Tartarus, and no villain has committed a crime here before." Izuku said

All Might said

"That's because Izuku does his research." Parad said

"The immigration inspection is complete." the announcer said as they exit the checkpoint "Currently, on I-Island, we are having the preopening of I-Expo, an exposition showcasing the results of various research and developments. If you received an invitation, please come and take a look." the announcer said

"Wow!" Izuku said as He, Parad, and All Might exit the airport

All Might said

"Seeing it in person, you can really tell how amazing it is!" Izuku said

All Might said

"Okay!" Izuku and Parad said

All Might said then an employee walk up to them

"Welcome to I-Expo!" the Employee said "Wait, All Might?! And you are Muteki the Rising Hero." she said

"Wait, All Might and Muteki?!" Another Employee said

"The number one Hero and the New rising Hero?!" Another Employee said

"It's really them!" a New Reporter said

"Wow!" everyone starts running toward them

"Oh no." Izuku said

"Well good luck." Parad said and enter Izuku

All Might said as the people surround him and Izuku

"Why does this always happen?" Izuku asked

All Might said

After getting away from the people they arrive at the park with the two of them cover in kiss mark

All Might said he said

"What do you think would happen?" Izuku said as he and All Might wipe the kiss mark off their faces

"Hahaha! Man, that was crazy." Parad said coming out of Izuku

"So what are we late for?" Izuku asked

All Might said he asked

"All Might's friend... Of course, I'll go!" Izuku said

"Sure why not." Parad said

All Might said

"It's even a secret from your friend?" Izuku asked

All Might said

"I see. That's true..." Izuku said

Then Melissa Shield hop to them on a pogo stick

"Uncle!" Melissa said then jump toward All MIght "Uncle All Might!" she said as they hug

All Might said

"Long time no see! I'm so happy you came!" Melissa said

All Might said

"I'm seventeen now." Melissa said, "I'm heavier than I used to be, aren't I?" She asked

All Might said as he lifts Melissa

"I'm glad you seem well, as usual, uncle All Might." Melissa said

"She's must be related to All Might friend." Izuku said

"Daughter maybe?" Parad said

All Might asked

"He's in his lab." Melissa said "It looked like he finished the first stage of some research he'd been working on for many years, so I invited you to this Island as a surprise to celebrate that." she said

All Might said he asked

"He said it's confidential and won't tell even me." Melissa said

All Might said

"Ahem." Izuku get All Might and Parad attention "Who is this All Might?" he asked

All Might said

"I'm Melissa Shield. Nice to meet you!" Melissa said reaching her hand out to shake

"I was right." Parad said

"What?" Melissa and All Might said

"Oh, nothing!" Izuku said and shake Melissa hand "Nice to meet you! I'm Izuku Midoriya, a first-year in the Hero course at UA High School." he said

"And I'm Parad, his Partner." Parad said

"UA High School? Then you're Uncle Might's..." Melissa asked

"Yes, We're his student." Izuku said

All Might said

"Wow, I can't believe you're uncle Might's student!" Melissa said

"He's All Might's student, I'm just his partner." Parad said

"You've got a promising future, huh?" Melissa asked

"No, I'm still in training." Izuku said

"What kind of Quirk do you have?" Melissa asked as she walks around Izuku looking at his costume

"A power type!" Izuku said blushing

"It's cool, but why don't you have a Hero costume?" Melissa asked

"It's because I can transform." Izuku said

"Really that's cool." Melissa said moving her face close to Izuku

'S-So close.' Izuku thought while Parad is trying not to laugh

All Might said

"Oh, I'm sorry! I got distracted..." Melissa said backing away from Izuku and run to grab her pogo stick "We've gotta hurry and make Papa happy!" she said as her Pogo stick change into a small capsule "This way, Uncle Might!" she said as she runs to a building and Izuku, Parad and All Might follow

"We were able to get into the expo with no problem." The man said to his phone with a group of guy "So when will the good arrive?" he asked

"Please come get it at 3 pm at gate 66." the man on the other side of the phone said

"I understand." the man said

David Shield is looking at a picture of All Might in his prime.

"Excuse me, Professor, I finished putting the equipment away just so you know." Sam Informed.

"Already, thanks so much, Sam." David said as they walked out.

"Why don't you get out of the lab Today and go have some lunch with Melissa?" Sam asked

"She's been busy today at the academy." David replied

"I thought they were on break for I-Expo?" Sam asked confusingly.

"Yes, but she's doing independent research." David explained until Melissa entered the doorway

"You know me, I am my father's daughter, for better and for worse." Melissa teased

"Melissa, hey." David greeted his daughter

"Hello Miss, it's so good to see you." Sam greeted

"Right back at you Sam, thank you for always taking care of Papa since he does nothing but work here constantly." Melissa joked

"Oh come on, I'm not that bad to what do we owe the pleasure?'' David asked

''Oh you'll see, since you completed the first stage of your research, I invited someone here to celebrate with us." Melissa explained

"Who might that be." David asked.

"A Person you dearly love." Melissa explained as her father looked shocked

All Might announced in the doorway with Izuku and Parad.

"Toshi... All Might." David said in shocked

"Is the real thing?" Sam said in shock too

All Might said and. rushed over and spun David around.

"Well, Papa are you totally surprised?" Melissa asked smiling

"Um, yeah, completely astounded." David claimed

All Might joked

"Come on, don't make me say it, I already feel old enough, you jerk." David teased as they both laughed

All Might told the two as Izuku shaking with excitement

"I know him, Professor David Shield, a top scientist in the research world who received a Nobel Quirk prize, he was All Might's Partner, when he lived in America, and he's a genius when it comes to costumes." Izuku fanboyed as he listed all of All Might's Costumes.

'Here we go again.' Parad thought.

"All Might's Young Age, Bronze Age, Silver Age, and of course The Golden Age! He's the inventor who created each of those Iconic looks, I never thought I got to meet him in real life, I'm just so moved." Izuku finished as Melissa and Parad laughed.

"Looks like I don't need to introduce myself." David said.

"Oh Woah, I'm sorry." Izuku apologized

'Way to ruin the introduction dude.' Graphite told him with a smirk on his face

"Woah, don't apologize." David reassured All Might then coughed as David knew what's going to happen.

"Listen, it's been a long time, can the three of you give All Might and me a little time to catch up." David requested

"Of course." Izuku allowed

"Sure why not." Parad allowed too.

"Melissa why don't you take our new friends on a tour around the Expo." David asked Melissa

"Sure thing Papa, sounds like fun." Melissa replied to her father

"Your not busy?" Izuku asked.

"No, I'm honored to show our hard work to a future hero, Right this way." Melissa said

"Thanks, this is so nice of you." Izuku said as they left.

"Sam, you should take a break too." David told his assistant.

"What do you want me to call you two, by your real name, or do you have a Hero one, already?" Melissa asked the two.

"You can call me Parad." Parad replied to Melissa.

"Ok and what about you?" Melissa asked before turning to Izuku.

"Well actually, why don't you call me Muteki?" Izuku suggested.

"Muteki, that's an interesting name, You can stick with Melissa for me." Melissa said.

"Well, I'll leave you two for a while." Sam said as he leaves the room.

"Hey you, Ok Toshi?" David asked All Might as he began coughing and transformed back into his skinny form

''Thanks for catching it, the amount of time I can keep my muscle form has gotten even shorter." All Might explained

"You said it was bad in your Email, but I didn't know it was this serious." David said in concerned

"Wow, this is amazing. Looking at it like this, it's hard to believe that this is a man-made island." Izuku said as they walk around

"We have all the facilities of a large city. Just about all we can't do is travel." Melissa said

"Really?" Izuku and Parad said

"It's because all the scientists and their families here have a duty to confidentiality to keep information from leaking out." Melissa said

"Wow!" Izuku said as Monster Hero: Godzillo walking by "It's the Monster Hero: Godzillo!" he said

"It's my first time seeing the real thing!" Old Man 1 said

"His Quirk's amazing!" Old Man 2 said

"He must've been invited by a sponsor." Melissa said "To show off their newest items and sign autographs and stuff. It looks like there are a lot of different events." she said

"I-Expo's amazing!" Izuku said

"There's a party with all the industry guests tonight, too." Melissa said "But you two will be at that, too, right?" she asked "Since you came with Uncle Might." she said

'Was that why All Might told us to bring formal clothe?' Izuku though

"Oh, Muteki! Parad! You guys should definitely check out that pavilion!" Melissa said pointing at a building

"So many of the newest Hero items in one place!" Izuku said
