"Ok, can anyone hear me in the studio I'm reporting to you live in Hosu city we have no idea what's happening below but take a look large fire rising from different locations in the area is this due to an accident or villains caused all of this currently we haven't received any information of this situations here but we are going to continue reporting as this breaking stories unfold?" A News Reporter said

"Right there." The News Reporter said and points to the water tower the cameraman then zooms his camera and saw two people on the water tower.

"There are 2 people there." The cameraman said.

"Are they bystanders how did they get up there? The Reporter asked

Tomura then looked at the dead Nomu and stain while scratching his neck with anger he decays his binocular and turned to Kurogiri.

"We're leaving." Tomura said with an angry tone

"Are you satisfied with the results? Tomura Shigaraki." Kurogiri asked.

"Depends on tomorrow's headlines morons." Tomura replied

Izuku is at the hospital with his friends and Gran Torino told Parad to visit Izuku and his injured friends Parad then opened the door and greet them.

"Hey, guys." Parad said and waved at them.

"Hello, Parad-Kun." Tenya said

"Hi, Parad." Shoto said and waved at him

"What are you doing here?" Izuku asked his partner.

"Gran Torino told me to visit you to see if you're ok and he said he will come soon." Parad said

"I see thanks for the info." Izuku said

"Anyway, you okay Izuku?" Parad asked Izuku

"Yes I'm fine, I only have minor injuries." Izuku asked

"That's good." Parad replied.

"Did you sleep well Midoriya?" Shoto asked Izuku.

"No, not really." Izuku replied.

"I figured me neither." Shoto said with a low tone.

"Thinking about that fight back there we did something pretty amazing." Izuku said.

"Yeah, I agree.-" Shoto said.

"Tell me about it." Parad said

"After everything happened back there it kinda feels like a miracle that we're still alive." Izuku said

"Yeah seems to me he let us live for a purpose." Shoto said

The three students and Parad then got interrupted by someone who entered the door it was two people Gran Torino and manual

"Oh, so you kids are awake." Gran Torino said.

"You did well defeating that Hero Killer." Gran Torino said

"This is Chief of Police Kenji Tsurugami." Gran Torino introduced him.

Tenya and Todoroki stand up from the bed Izuku was about to stand but got interrupted.

'I know right who would have thought the chief of police is man-dog.' Parad said in his mind

"So you're the U.A student who took down Stain huh." Kenji asked.

'The Police Chief came all this way why?' Shoto thought.

"Stain has several injuries like broken bones right now he's in a hospital under strict guard Woof." Kenji said

"Here's a lesson you should have learned when Quirks became the norm the police force fought to maintain this status quo they decided we wouldn't cause it Woof* would be impossible for the police to condone the use of deadly Quirks after all we're here to stop such harm from being done the only reason Pro Hero can use their powers now is because of the strict code of ethics that the early heroes to chose to abide by that's why is against the law for uncertified people to use their quirks to cause injury whether you are up against the Hero Killer or not none of you have the authority to harm the villain that means you and Manual would've received harsh punishments for this gross abuse of your power except for this boy." Kenji then looked at Izuku. "He got permissions from his supervisors to used his Power for a reason." he said

"Wait a minute if Iida wouldn't step in Native would have died no one didn't realize that Stain is in Hosu are you saying that we should have just stood there and watched people die." Shoto said and raised his voice a bit.

"Todoroki calm down." Izuku said.

"So it's okay to break the law as long as it goes your way?" Kenji asked

"But isn't that a Hero's job to save people." Shoto said angrily.

"This is why you're not a full-fledged Pro Hero yet is obvious U.A and Endeavour haven't been teaching you merely enough what a shame.'' Kenji said.

Kenji said

"Either way I'll need to take responsibility for being negligent as supervisors." Manual said then Tenya feels bad for him he then walks to Manual and gives him a bow.

"I'm sorry I should have listened." Tenya said and apologized to him Manual then hit his head.

"Yeah, you caused us a lot of trouble remember that, and don't do it again." Manual

"I apologized as well we'll leave it to you." Shoto said

"Before I go Izuku Midoriya you will be on the news since you are the one who beat Stain." Kenji said

"Okay." Izuku said

"Ok/Sure/Alright." They said Izuku then left the room and answer the call.

"Hello." Izuku said

"Izuku what happened last night you just send a location to us are you ok?" Momo asked

"Well..." Izuku said

"And that's what happened." Izuku finished explaining.

"You idiot you almost got yourself killed." Momo yelled to him on the phone.

"I'm sorry I don't have choice okay Iida was about to die so I have no choice but to save him." Izuku replied to momo.

"Well don't you dare do that again I was worried you know." Momo said

"Hehehe I can't promise that I mean saving a person is the right thing to do right?" Izuku said and grin at her.

"(Sigh) Well I guess you're right anyway I'm glad you're okay also I got to go Kendo and I are going to head out soon I'll see you guys at UA and tell Iida and Todoroki to get well soon.'' Momo said to Izuku.

"W-What did he just said." Momo said then blushed and Kendo saw everything and laugh including Uwabami "Hey stop laughing." She yelled at them

"Okay." Izuku said and walk back to the room "I'm back." he said

"Midoriya. Iida got his test results back." Todoroki said

"Yeah, I know Parad told me why is it bad?" Izuku asked

"My left hand might have damaged permanently." Tenya said "Both my arms were pretty torn up but the injury of my left arm was severed the damage to my brachial plexus which means-." he said but he then got interrupted by Izuku.

"Stop right there for a minute Parad did you bring it along with you?" Izuku asked

"Yup catch." Parad said and lightly throw Izuku the Energy Item Holder who caught it.

"Um, Midoriya what are you doing?" Tenya asked.

"Just watch." Izuku said then take out his Recover Energy Item

And throw at Tenya it enter Tenya

It heals Tenya arm

"What did you just do and my left arm is not broken anymore." Tenya said moving his arm

"I used the Recover Energy Item to heal your arm not only that your entire body." Izuku said

"Thank you so much Midoriya as expected from the Class President and a hero." Tenya said and bowed at him.

"You're welcome." Izuku said with a smile then Tenya looked down and remember what the hero killer said to him.

"When I came across Stain I stopped thinking rationally the first thing I should have done was to call manual but I got lost in my own anger I hate him so much but I can't deny he just spoke the trust." Tenya said with a sad tone.

"It's alright Iida everyone made a lot of mistakes also don't let your anger consume you next time so let's get stronger together okay." Izuku said with a smile then extend his arm out for a fist-bump

"Yeah." Tenya said and fist-bumped.

"I feel kind of bad." Shoto said

"About what Todoroki." Parad asked

"The seriously wounded Hero Killer is currently receiving treatment at the hospital under heavy police guard official are awaiting the recovery of several of his victims before further investigating the villains motive." The Reporter said

Himiko Toga is skipping while listening to the News.

'He can't possibly be serious with that ringtone.' Aizawa thought with an anime sweatdrop Mic as well.

"H-Hi Sir!" All Might said and stand up while puking blood.

"You could have warned me about Izuku Midoriya honestly he just likes you Toshinori." Gran Torino said

"I humbly apologized sir I can't believe my protege caused you so much trouble." All Might said.

"What are you talking about and no need to apologized and besides he's doing this for saving his friend back there and I gave him permission to used his quirks." Gran Torino said

"I-I see." All Might said.

"The only reason I'm doing this is to keep my promise to your predecessor Nana Shimura." Gran Torino said

"And I truly appreciate all you did for me is because of your wisdom and guidance that I'm the number one hero today." All Might said

"If that's true why don't you ever visit me?" Gran Torino asked

"Well, it's just that my new life of becoming a teacher keeps me so super busy." All Might said with an anime sweatdrop.

"Oh, really then why your successor's partner Parad said you didn't visit me because you're scared of me hm." Gran Torino said with a smirk.

"Well it doesn't matter anyway I only called you about the Hero Killer I saw him only briefly in person but in that short amount of time he shook me to my very core there is such hatred inside of that man but is a good thing your successor took him down." Gran Torino said

"I know and I'm proud of him but I can't believe Stain was able to frighten someone like you, Gran Torino, you must have already tied up but what scared you ?.'' All Might questioned him.

"It probably stemmed from his fanatic ideology there was something very intimidating about his obsession I'm not trying to praised him or anything but he got the same determination as you when it comes to your symbol of peace thing their similarities." Gran Torino replied.

"What do you mean?" All Might asked him again.
