The past few days of vacation haven’t been that bad. I went to the mall a few times with Angela and Emma, but that’s about it. Our mall trip was pretty fun, and it felt like a nice get together, like we were bonding again.

Angela and I have obviously grown apart. There’s no explanation for it, it just kind of happened. Maybe high school changed her, or it has changed me. But it doesn’t matter. It felt good to be like we used to in middle school.

Mackenzie was in New York for April vacation, so we weren’t deliberately leaving her out. There was nothing we could do.

I know she’ll get jealous when she finds out. She’s the kind of girl who overreacts about almost everything, and she’s very dramatic. That’s one of Mackenzie’s many flaws. I could tell her, but that might just be a waste of time. She doesn’t have to find out…

Overall, my vacation wasn’t that productive. I just sat around, finished my science fair project, and watched American Idol. I actually hate that show, but it was the only thing on.

My older sister Hanna came to visit for only one day, which was the highlight of my week. She’s in college for nursing right now in North Carolina, so its not easy coming to Hadley all the time.

Since the week is almost over, I’m catching up on sleep for when school starts again. I’m dreading going back to school.

Sorry this is so short. I'm on pain killers right now, so I'm super tired all the time. I couldn't combine courtney and angela's chapter because i was too tired. Excuses, i know. But i'll be uploading as soon as i get time. I've just been sooo busy.
