《Living With A Police Officer *Completed*》Living With A Police Officer Epilogue

Hello lovelies!
I'm sad to say that this is the last thing you'll read in this story. Harmony and Drew's story has ended. There will be one more thing added to this before I add the little green check just credits and such. On to the final bit.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Epilogue
My fingers tremble against the swell of my grown stomach in time to the beating of my nervous heart. I twist in the mirror examining myself in the white gown.
The white wedding dress is silk and long. It’s a trumpet style, saying that I mean it’s fitted until it reaches my knees then it fans out in rushing. There’s small lace shoulders that cover just my shoulder and tuck in at the back. I love it, but there’s one problem.
Not a problem because Drew and I have been trying ever since I was allowed to retry for another baby. It was hard like the doctor said but no later then a year advanced, I fell pregnant.
Drew and I are ecstatic as we’ve been dreaming of a baby ever since we found out we lost Braelee: as we’ve came to call her.
The situation is my stomach is on full display. Not that I care, it’s just that I’m ready to give birth anytime now and I feel bloated.
“Sassy he’ll think I’m a fat cow” I whine, pressing my fingers against the fabric of my stomach in a failed attempt to flatten it.
“Harmony you dumbass” Sassy growls fixes her lip gloss, “Drew thinks you’re the sexiest thing alive and seeing you pregnant is making everything better. That’s his baby in there too, he loves both of you to death”
I smile weakly and nod. Drew has been going crazy as we’ve gone through the baby process. The minute I showed him the little plus sign he started firing off name ideas. Not even joking. That being said we haven’t decided on a name yet. It’s just so hard! There are so many names out there that we both love!
Before I get the chance to answer Sassy a knock on the door sounds holily through the room.
“Who is it?” Sassy asks, fixing her dress as she clicks over to open the door.
“Photographer” A female’s voice says from the other side of the door.
Sassy pulls open the door, ushering the small blonde woman inside and closing the door quickly behind her.
Sassy comes to stand beside me, snatching up her bouquet of white daisies on her way past the desk table.
I only have Sassy as a bridesmaid. I don’t have any other people I’d even consider to be my bridesmaid. I guess that makes her the maid of honour of all time.
Sassy and I chose a short green dress with an A neckline. It tucks it just below the bust and flows out around the knees. Her brown locks are pulled up into an elegant twist at the top of her head, decorated with a single daisy weaved into her hair to match the bouquet.
“Smile” The photographer mutters beginning to snap pictures from every angle possible.
A few minutes later another knock at the door disrupts the peace again.
“What now?” Sassy hollers just as she slips her feet into the black pumps.
“It’s time” Ian’s voice mumbles from the other side of the door.
“Shit” I breathe, clamping a shaking hand around my stomach to calm me down.
Sassy snatches my arm and yanks me from the couch. She looks sternly into my eyes with her sweet brown ones and grins ear to ear.

“Ready to become my real sister Har?” She beams.
Unable to help it a huge million dollar smiles spreads across my face and I nod frantically the butterflies disappearing from my stomach so quickly it’s as if they were never there to begin with. I gather up my dress and hurry to the door flinging it open to come face to face with Ian. My dad for the day.
Ever since the incident last year, Ian and I have been closer then we were before the first time with Blaine. He was one of my best friends, or is. Instead of having him as best man since I needed someone to walk me down the aisle, he was my go to dad man.
Ian smiles warmly at me, crossing the room to hug me awkwardly without crushing my stomach. Ian looks handsome in his black tux with his curly brown hair gelled neatly into a faux hawk. His aqua blue tie matches the colour of his gleaming eyes.
Sassy grins as she sees him and scans him up and down undressing him with her eyes. Ian glances over in her direction and smiles letting her know he caught her. Sassy blushes and winks shamelessly at him strutting over to the mirror in attempts to put on a show for him.
Sassy and Ian hit it off after meeting while rescuing me and they’ve been together ever since. Well I wouldn’t say since, they were fuck buddies for a short time before coming out of the closet as a couple.
“Ready Chickadee?” Ian smiles at me stepping up with his hand extended.
I nod unable to say anything because of the butterflies in my stomach that are now racking my body. Ian smiles reassuringly at me and takes my hand squeezing it gently.
“You don’t have to worry about anything Harmony, Drew’s not gonna leave you at the altar” Ian jokes leading me from the room with Sassy prancing along behind me, my long train clamped tightly in her hands.
“I know that, but I can’t help but feel nervous” I tell him gulping.
Ian nods and pulls us to a stop, “I understand. You’re a girl, it’s your wedding day and you’re pregnant, I ain’t arguing”
I smile and poke my tongue out at him, laughing slightly. Sassy gently drapes the train around the back of my heels and steps in front of Ian and I getting in position.
We wait patiently in front of the closed doors for them to open and for the music to start. Sassy shifts her weight from foot to foot waving her ass slyly in Ian’s face. Ian looks away to the doors trying to cover his excitement. I start laughing trying to muffle it understanding what Sassy is trying to do. Embarrass her beau in front of a whole group of people. Such a Sassy move.
Just as Ian gets his little friend under control the pianist strikes the first key of the wedding march and the large white wooden doors fly open. My hands start to quiver against the skin of Ian’s arm. Sassy proceeds ahead stepping to the beat, the dress swishing around her tanned knees. I keep my head down waiting anxiously for my turn.
The song changes as Sassy is half way down the aisle to one of my favourite songs, Drew and I’s song, Hero. Ian nods to me as a huge nervous grin spreads across my face and then we begin to walk in time to the beat down the aisle.

I raise my head and my eyes zoom straight to Drew. My mouth starts to water as my throat closes off due to emotions. Drew is standing at the altar beaming at me wringing his hands together at his sides fretfully. His tux is black making him look super handsome and his tie is also aqua blue like Ian’s. His honey brown hair is styled in its always present faux hawk and his green eyes glimmer with happiness and a slight tinge of nervousness.
I come to the center of the aisle and stand at a stop. Ian stops beside me and kisses my cheek, pulling the veil over my head. The ground gasps and wipes their tears in awe. Ian pulls a hand held microphone from his tux pocket and raises the microphone to rest just a thumb nails length away from my lips.
I smile nervously and circle my hands around my stomach an action that I’ve come to rely on that calms my nerves. Drew eyes pierce into mine not even moving to see my dress. I clear my throat gently and just as the final lines Drew once sang to me on his balcony deck, I sing them for him looking into his eyes.
I can be your hero baby, I can kiss away the pain
(I can be your hero)
Drew stares at me as if I’m the only person in the room, the only person in the world. Even as the crowd of very few friends and family burst into applause neither of us look in their direction. I slip my arm free from the link I made with Ian and head down the aisle faster then before. I arrive at the altar and squat down beside our ring boy, Wesley Johansen. Finn and Leigh-Anne’s two year old son.
Wesley stares at me with wide eyes clutching the cushion holding each of our rings in his hand.
“Can I have those?” I say to him patting down his hair.
Wesley nods and shoves the cushion into my outstretched arms, “Yes Aunt Harry”
I grin at him gathering both of the rings in my palm and peck him on the cheek. The crowd watches with wondering looks on their faces. I turn to a beaming Drew and snatch his hand. I jam the ring onto his finger and shove my ring on my ring finger and turn to the priest.
“Say it” I order wanting to get this over with quicker and become Mrs. Edwards before the sunsets.
“Excuse me?” The priest asks curiously.
The audience giggles and chortles in knowledge of what I mean. I guess the priest is just too slow to figure it out. Drew squeezes my hands and chuckles.
“Say it, please” I beg widening my eyes in a puppy dog look.
The priest raises his eyebrows, “No vows?”
I shake my head bouncing up and down, “No! I just said my vows! Please!”
Drew grins and nods his ok to the Priest obviously wanting the same thing as I do.
The Priest nods and looks at us oddly, “I now pronounce you man and wife, you may kiss you bride”
I whoop and fist pump the air before lunging forward and locking my arms around Drew’s neck, my lips attacking his in a huge happy smile. Drew pulls me closer to him and traces my lip before pulling away.
Small happy tears gather in my eyes and I leave them alone, laughing out as Drew swoops me into his arms in bridal carry. Drew bends down and presses his lips to the ring glinting on my finger before raising it in the air as a hockey player would do with the Stanley Cup.
The crowd, still laughing, spring from their seats applauding. Drew walks down the aisle grinning from ear to ear.
“I love you Mrs. Edwards” Drew says looking down lovingly at me.
“I love you also, Mr. Edwards” I grin pecking his lips and pulling away quickly, “Now let’s get this party done and over with so you can bring me to your bed”
With a wink and a laugh from Drew we disappear into the white stretch Limo where we pour ourselves some apple juice because at 9 months pregnant drinking wouldn’t be good and lock our lips in a kiss.
Drew pulls away and places his hand on my stomach raising his glass.
“Here’s to the Edwards Family” He begins, “To a future with children, to a future together, to a happy future”
I raise my glass, “To the Future” Clinking it with Drew’s I down the liquid and toss the glass behind me, pushing myself against Drew again and crash my lips to his.
How wonderful being married is. Especially to the man of my dreams, my knight in shinning armour, my hero: Andrew “Drew” Edwards.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There it is my dears. The epilogue. I know this isn't a traditional wedding but that is such a Harmony thing to do. And before someone points out anything about how it happened, I've actually seen a wedding where they skipped over most of it and only did this part same as Harmony and Drew. They are legally marrried I promise you.
Now the second book in the Living With A series will be coming out in the fall. As soon as I'm settled in with school and such I'll start uploading. You can look forward to it; Living With A Hockey Player. And yes to any of you who want to know, Harmony and Drew will be in this one. Not often as it's not their story this time around.
I was wondering from all the messages I've gotten from you guys concerning Raina. Would you guys like for her to have her own story? It would explain everything about Harmony's childhood and why Raina left to how she came to find Harmony. Would you guys like that? Tell me down there in the comments and I'll see what I can do.
Yes this is the end of Living With A Police Officer but I will NOT be putting a little green check mark as even though the story is over I have one more extra thing to upload before I do so. I won't tell you what it is, you'll just have to wait and see.
Song on the side is Hero. Also the song on the side for chapter twenty where it was sung by Drew. Now Harmony I guess lol.
Picture on the side is off Harmony's Wedding dress. I think it's incredibly lovely. [Actually located in the External Link]
Comment, Vote and Fan for Harmony and Drew's story!!
Until next upload, thank you for reading my very first story uploaded onto Wattpad!,
