Chapter Nineteen
Harmony's POV
I take a deep breath, smoothing down my hair and fixing my bathing suit top, pulling it up higher. High enough to cover every thing and high enough without flashing anyone.
"Ready?" Drew asks, shaking his head sending water droplets flying into my face.
"Nope, you mind not wetting me?" I say, wiping of the water from my face, stepping of the boat.
Drew chuckles, hopping of the boat with our bags in his hand, "You'll be fine"
"Sure" I say, rolling my eyes.
Drew gives my shoulder a reassuring squeeze and leads me up a path. We walk up a road; trees surrounding us, the sun beating down on us, the sky cloudless and a slight breeze from the water cools us down.
We break out of the trees, a huge mansion coming into my sight. My flip flops slip from my hands as I freeze in my tracks, my mouth literally hanging open.
"Damn" I breathe, my mouth still hanging open.
In front of me, is the biggest house I've ever seen in my life. It's a long house with millions of windows and around 6 sliding doors. In front of the house, is a huge swimming pool in the shape of an eight, with a waterfall falling into the pool from the porch. On each side of the house theirs two large palm trees, reaching as high as the roof.
Drew looks at my face and laughs, "I knew you would react that way"
I shake my head, bringing myself out of my reverie, punching Drew in the shoulder lightly.
The front door swings open and a crowd of people come jogging down the path to greet us.
"Oh Shit, Oh Shit, Oh Shit, F-" I begin to freak out but I'm cut off when Drew lightly smacks my back to get me to shut up.
Swearing would not be a good first impression. Thankfully, Drew knew I was about to freak out.
A short woman with blonde hair, green eyes and freckles sprinkled across her face, jogs across the yard, her floral pink sun dress flying out behind her. She runs right into Drew's arms, happy tears pouring down her face, her smile stretching out half a mile. She pulls away from Drew when she feels his wet clothes.
"Drew hun, why are you wet?" She asks, looking him up and down.
"I-um- a-I" Drew looks at me, pleading for help with his eyes.
"Drew fell off the boat" I say with a giggle.
The woman laughs, "And you jumped in to save him?"
I glance down at my wet attire, "Yup, I was the hero"
The crowd laughs along with Drew and the woman.
"I'm glad your home Drew"
"I'm glad to be home to Mum" Drew laughs,
Drew's mum chuckles and pulls away, turning to me, wiping under her eyes.
"You must be Harmony" She tells me.
"It's nice to meet you too Mrs. Edwards"
Mrs. Edwards looks at me a disapproving look on her face. "Please dear, call me Julianne; Mrs. Edwards makes me feel old"
I smile and nod my head. Just as I take a step back, a tall girl with brown hair flies into my side. Her big brown eyes shinning with excitement.
"I'm so happy I could finally meet you" She cries, hugging me again.

"Nice to meet you too...." I trail off, looking at Drew pleadingly to tell me her name; I didn't want her to feel bad that I didn't know her name.
The girl notices and frowns, reaching over to smack Drew's head. "You meanie, you didn't even tell her our names" She huffs.
Drew shrugs, chuckling. "Is that anyway to greet your favourite brother" Drew sends another wink to me, a smile on his face.
The girl glares at him, "Oh hush up, you're my only brother"
The girl turns back to me, winding her arm around my waist. "I'm Sasha, Drew's little sister, but you can call me Sassy"
I smile at her, knowing who she is the moment she tells me her name. She's the famous Sassy. The one who called Drew to tell him about his older sisters wedding, the one who Drew has many pictures of him and her in his apartment.
"Nice to meet you Sassy, I'm...."
Sassy cuts me of with a giggle, "I know who you are silly, you're the famous Mony"
I wince, "Famous?"
Sassy laughs, "Will talk about it later, I just know will be great friends"
Sassy takes a step back, allowing other people to talk their turns to say hello.
A girl with brown hair like Sassy's and brown eyes like Sassy's, steps to the front of the line, her white sparkly short shorts flashing in the sun.
"Hey Mony, I'm Leigh- Anne" She waves, jerking her thumb to the girl with blonde hair and brown eyes beside her, "And that's my maid of honour Carolina"
"Congrats" I say to Leigh- Anne
Leigh- Anne smiles her thanks, as Carolina steps forward extending her hand. I take it and gently shake it, dropping my hand to my side.
"You can call me Lina" Lina says with a smile, stepping back to stand by Leigh- Anne's side, sending a curt wave to Drew.
Finally, a tall man with brown hair and blue eyes, holding a spatula in his hand, steps forward, introducing himself as Peter, Drew's dad.
"You two must be tired after your long trip, why don't you come in, have a drink before the party?" Julianne says, pulling us into the house.
Drew grins, dropping his arm over my shoulder, steering me towards the house.
"So, Leigh, where's the lucky man?" Drew asks Leigh- Anne as we walk up the drive.
"Not here yet. He was held up for work in Miami" Leigh- Anne says sadly, shaking her head.
Drew's face turns hard. I take his hand from my shoulder, squeezing it gently. His face returns to normal, but there's still a glint in his eye. Drew smiles at me, continuing to hold my hand. I'm not complaining though.
We arrive in the huge kitchen; Julianne pushes us into the living room. Drew leads me over to the couch, flopping down beside me, propping his feet on the coffee table in front of him, kicking of his Nikes.
"Its good to be home" He sighs, dropping his arm around my shoulders.
Julianne prances into the living room, a tray of drinks in her arms.
"Feet off the table" She snaps, flicking Drew's head, handing us each a glass.
Drew laughs, "Yes Mum" He takes a sip of his water.
Julianne rolls her eyes and starts to leave the room, "Oh yes, we have a welcome home party for you planned Drew, 9:30 on the beach, and no, Peter and I will not be here" Then, she leaves the room.
Drew springs from the couch, pulling me with him. "Well, I for one, would like to unpack and shower before I'm ready for partying, what about you?" He asks, pulling me down the hall and up the stairs.

I nod my head, a yawn escaping my lips. Drew chuckles and yanks me into a room. I open my eyes fully, my jaw dropping again.
Drew doesn't pay any attention; he strips off his shirt, grabs a towel from a closet and heads into the washroom calling a make yourself at home over his shoulder.
I stand in the doorway, admiring the room.
The room is huge, like four times the size of Drew's room at the apartment. The space is fully made of wood. The floor is wood, the walls and ceiling are wood also. There's a ceiling fan on the wall and that too is made of wood. In the middle of the right wall, is Drew's bed with two mini lamps above it, a night stand on the left and a reading lamp on the right. The left wall is fully a window with a beautiful view of the lake. There's a couch on the left side of the window with a glass table placed beside it. At the back of the room, is a sliding door that leads out onto a veranda where there is a table with two shares and plates, shaded with an umbrella. Hanging on the ceiling of the left side of the room, is a plasma screen T.V. The room is decorated with many things, but a few of Drew's belongings are scattered over the place. A baseball bat sits on the floor beside the dresser, and there's several packed boxes shoved into the furthest corner of the closet.
I glance down at our bags, then back to the bed, trying to decide what I'd rather do. Unpack, or get some sleep before the party. I glance back to the bed with its fluffy pillows and comfy looking comforter. Mind made up.
I strip off my wet clothes, hauling a clean and dry shirt from Drew's bag before doing a running jump and landing in the middle of the bed.
I snuggle under the covers, nuzzling my head into the pillows on the left side of the bed. I close my eyes and drift into a much needed sleep.
~
"Mony Peaches wake up sweetheart" Drew whispers in my ear, shaking me gently.
I moan lightly and open my eyes, stretching out my arms and legs. "Yes?" I ask my voice still crusty with sleep.
"Sorry to wake you, but the party starts soon, and Sassy wants you to get ready with her"
I sigh and slip from the bed, getting a good look of Drew as I do so.
His hair is fashioned into his normal faux hawk, the aroma of a nice smelling axe drifting off of him. A black, blue and gray plaid shirt is rolled up at the sleeves to his elbows, a pair of dark jeans and his silver pair of Nikes.
"No worries, looking good" I tell him with a wink, closing the bedroom door behind me.
I wander down the hall hunting for Sassy's room. I forgot to ask Drew where it was. A door opens and Leigh- Anne and Lina walk out of the room, each of them wearing a pretty casual sun dress.
"Harmony, where are you going?" Lina asks, looking me up and down.
I glance down at my outfit, horror flooding on my face. I'm still in Drew's shirt, and only Drew's shirt. Nothing underneath, except my undies.
I blush, "I'm looking for Sassy's room, can you point me too it?" I ask lowly, biting my lower lip.
"Last room down the hall" Leigh- Anne points.
"Thanks" I thank politely, hurrying off down the hall to spare myself from anymore run ins with family members dressed like this.
I arrive at the end of the hall, knocking on a pink door. Not a minute later, the door swings open revealing Sassy dressed in a silk pink robe. She grabs my wrist and pulls me into the room, closing the door behind me.
She sniffs me then pushes me into her washroom, handing me a towel, without saying a single word save, "Hurry in there Harmony, you smell like seaweed"
I laugh quietly and strip out off Drew's shirt, jumping into the shower. I shower quickly like Sassy requested, hearing music blasting from Sassy's room. Take me home tonight by: Hinder.
I hope out of the shower, pulling Drew's shirt back on. I fling open the door and belt out the lyrics to the chorus.
Sassy, in the process of jamming out to hinder while applying eyeliner, jumps three feet in the air as the door hits the wall, causing her arm to jerk a brown line appearing across her face.
I bite my lip, trying to hold in my laughter when Sassy turns to me, laughing, a brown line going from her eye to her chin.
I explode it to fits of giggles with Sassy, pointing at her face. "A little bumpier and you would look like Scarface" I choke through my laughter.
Sassy laughs harder, clutching her stomach, "You are a riot Har" Sassy giggles, recovering from our laughter spaz, washing off the eye liner from her face.
"Well I try" I smirk, going to sit on her bed.
"Har your dress is hanging on the chair" Sassy points over to a chair where a white dress with roses on it is laying beside a pair of gold gladiator sandals.
I flash her a smile, going over to grab it.
"Don't look" I warn her, pulling Drew's shirt over my head.
Sassy giggles, "I won't"
I slip into the summer dress, clipping up the sandals. I flick my hair over my shoulder, heading over to Sassy who is leaning into the mirror reapplying her eyeliner.
"Don't you dare do anything to ruin this" Sassy growls.
I laugh, snagging her blow dryer. "I won't"
I flick on the blow dryer and dry my hair, then straighten it. I apply some make up, dancing around the room to Hinder when I finish.
Sassy walks into her closet and quickly changes into her clothes, walking back out in a brown and white dress with brown gladiator heels.
"How do I look?" She asks, twirling.
"Lovely" I smile, twirling myself. "How do I look?"
Sassy grins, hooking her arm through mine. "Stunning"
We flick off the music, skipping down to the beach for the party.
We arrive at the beach, a Skillet song blasting from the speakers. Millions of people are clustered on the sand. People are dancing anywhere they can, some people are sitting on logs around a fire, drinking beer or some other beverage.
I scan the crowd for Drew, who is standing next to a group of people, consisting Leigh-Anne, Lina, and a couple other people I don't know. Although there is one girl with curly black hair and blue eyes that looks oddly familiar to me.
"I'm gonna hang with my friends, wanna come?" Sassy shouts over the music, pointing to a group of teens her age.
"Nah, I'm going to chill with Drew" I smile.
"Have fun then" Sassy winks and heads over to her friends.
I weave through the crowd over to Drew and the rest of the people, wondering what the wink Sassy sent me meant.
I'm about a foot from Drew when Lina turns around and spots me, "Hey Harmony, looking much better"
I chuckle and Drew turns around, his brown eyes widening.
"What Drew? See something you like?" I question, walking up to him and stealing his drink.
I take a sip of it, crossing my fingers hoping its beer. I haven't had a beer in a while. And surprisingly, it is in fact, a beer. I smile and take another swig.
"Easy there" Drew chuckles, snatching the cup from my hand and chugging the rest of it down.
"Hey" I pout.
Drew chuckles, and throws his arm over my shoulder. "You look pretty" He murmurs in my ear.
I beam, sneakily snuggling further into his side. "Thanks D, your not to bad yourself"
Drew smiles and turns to his friends, "Hey guys this is Harmony"
"Hey" I wave to the group.
Drew's friends chorus a hello and the girl with black curly hair turns, a stunned look on her face. I stop dead in my tracks, slumping against Drew's side with my eyes wide.
The girl was..........

Sorry for the cliffy :/ No I'm not, this story needed a cliffy.
So there it was, I'm hoping that was long because it was pretty long on Word but you never know with Wattpad.
Song on the side Take Me Home Tonight By: Hinder. I prefer the originally but the beat and guitar to their version is sick :)
