《From An Omega To A Hunter》chapter 9

The next day I got up and took a shower then got dressed, preparing myself to start training the pack, I went downstairs to eat breakfast when I also saw chris and Chelsey already up and about
"Hey guys , we'll start with the training today right"
"Yea sure" chris said , when breakfast was over we all headed to the training ground and gathered all able body person between 18 to 40
Today I wasn't wearing any mask so everyone could see my face but I doubt they'd be able to recognize me from how much I've changed. With that in mind I proceeded with the training through out the day only stopping when it's time for lunch or to have a small break
I haven't seen blake for the day, but I surely wasn't complaining, I didn't want to see him anyways or his new found lover
"Hey Eli wanna call it a day, they've already done most of the warm ups for today "
"Sure Chris let's call it a day, tomorrow though we'll have to double the pace of training we have only a month and I want everyone to be in shape by then "
"Sure what ever you say boss" Chris winked at me causing me to roll my eyes
With nothing left to do for the remaining of the evening, I decided to take a stroll down to lake which was my favorite spot back when I still lived here
When I arrived there, it looked the same as before, but somehow it looked even more breathtaking, with a duck and her little ones crossing over to the other side of the lake it also had pink flowers floating around them that gave the place a unique look. Sighing to myself I took seat on the grass and looked on as a peaceful and calm feeling overwhelmed me , lost in thoughts I wasn't aware of anyone approaching me

"It looks beautiful doesn't it" I heard that deep familiar voice behind me that still manages to send shivers down my body 'really!' I mentally slap myself , I should be over him by now
"Hmm" I just nod still not in the mood for him
"I see you don't really talk much why is that "
"Because there's nothing to talk about" I replied still looking at the lake without turning to face him
"How come you ended up finding this place out siders don't really know about it"
"I just happened to stumble upon it" I lied, jeez can't I be left alone ,he wasn't this persistent to speak to me back then so why is he so interested now 'oh yea that's right he doesn't know it's me , well that unless we touch of course '
"Oh I see, anyways Cassandra wanted to know if you'll join her for lunch tomorrow
"Sorry but I think I'll pass, I have to train your pack, or did you forget, that was the job I was sent here for"
"No I didn't, all I'm saying is that there's nothing wrong with a little free time " feeling irritated by what he said I turned around to face him
"Well alpha Blake, no disrespect but if you were more focused on training and helping your pack to grow instead of planning parties and having free time then you wouldn't be in your current situation asking for our help" , I tore off on him then stood up , instead of answering me though he just stood there speechless
Without even waiting for his reply I left , I can't believe him asking me to have lunch with her , now I hate the bitch even more like who is she anyways I've never seen her here when I was around. With how pissed I was, I wasn't aware that someone was in front of me until I had bumped into them .

"I'm so sorry I wasn't looking where I was going " as I looked up at the person I had bumped into I was left speechless to find no other than my mother right in front of me
It's ok dear, I wasn't looking either "
She said without looking at me, but when she did I saw the suprise that was written all over her face before it suddenly changed to sadness, I might able to out smart everyone else but I couldn't out smart my mother
"Lizzy is that really you my dear" I just looked at her without saying anything then lowered my head in shame of what I did
"Oh my dear" she exclaimed then pulled me in for the most crushing hug ever " how.. why ... when" I just cut her off by grabbing her hands and dragged her to somewhere quiet that no one will hear us
"Lizzy when did you return and why did you leave in the first, I almost didn't recognize you. If it weren't because you are my child I wouldn't have"
" Good to see you too mom" I answered letting out a shaky breath " and to answer your question I came here yesterday on a mission to help out the pack
"So your telling me that your the other assassin hunter aside from that man"
"Yes mom I am "
"Oh my heavens, how did you even survived I heard that they found your blood in an area in no man's land, but there were rouge's lying there instead of you what happened?"
"I was saved by a hunter, I was then taken in by them and also trained with them to become one "
"That is wonderful my dear, your father will be glad to see that your alive and well "
"Mom wait, I want that too but I don't want anyone to know that it's me, no one must know that it's me "
"Why hun" she looked confused
"Because I don't want the alpha finding out and things going down hill, I just came here to help the pack and that's it, I don't want a reunion "
"Ok dear I understand, I won't tell anyone not even your father, but on one condition though"
"What is it" I asked
"I want for us to meet up two days from now , by the waterfalls in the forest around 5 in the afternoon, I wanna catch up with you "
"Ok mom sounds like a plan", I hugged her again before we finally departed .
I went back to the pack house and went straight to my room feeling tired from everything that happened today.
