It's been about two and half months since I've moved into my house and I love it. It's a little weird because I'm alone and the house is big, but I make it work. My sisters still come every other weekend and business is booming. Being that I now live in my house, my jewelry room is bigger along with bigger equipment.
Cameron and I have been doing good. It's only been two months and he has me spoiled. I like him and that's rare. I've never talked to someone this long cause I usually get bored but I hope this expands to something else. Cameron's a good guy and I think he's good for me.
I'm currently getting ready to go meet a potential tenant. Once I moved completely out of my condo, I cleaned it from top to bottom and listed it online for rent. Since it's a Saturday and fall weather is slowly making its appearance. I slipped on some black distressed jeans, a school crewneck and I slipped my feet in some all black vapormax.
I slipped my pandora charm bracelet and Apple Watch onto my wrist. Spraying myself with some Gucci Guilty, I grabbed my book bag and phone walking to my garage. My daddy took his jaguar back, which I expected. Shaking my head I grabbed the keys to my hellcat and opened the garage.
Starting the car remotely, I slid in and threw my bookbag into the passenger seat and pulled out. Driving towards the end of my driveway, I pulled the mailbox open and grabbed what I saw. Closing it, I pulled off and started driving in the direction of my condo building.
I was pulling through the parking structure about thirty minutes later. I parked in my old parking spot and grabbed my bookbag stepping out. Walking towards the elevator, I pressed the up button and stepped on. Once I stepped off the elevator, I walked down the hall to my door and pulled the key—unlocking it the. As I walked in, I was hit with the fresh sent of lavender. I placed my book bag on the counter and pulled out my MacBook. Pulling up the application, briefly reading it.
Grabbing my vibrating phone. "Hello?"
"Ms. Jones, there's a Ms. Mitchell down here asking for."
I nodded head looking at the time. She's early. "You can send her up Mr. Lee, thank you."
I hung up and a couple minutes later there was knocking at the door. "It's open!"
I pulled a manila folder out of my bookbag and opened it grabbing the lease. "Hi." I lifted my head up and turned around.
Sticking my hand out and she shook it. "Hi, Ms. Mitchell."
She waved her hand and shook her head. "No need for the formality you can call me K'Mya."
I nodded my head. "Okay, are you ready for the tour?"
She nodded her head and I placed everything in my bookbag but the folder and threw it on my back. "Since we're already right here, we'll start here first. This is the kitchen, you have a long marble counter top with stainless appliances. Instead of that being a double oven, it's a microwave and oven."

She looked around the kitchen in a impresses manner so I kept talking and led her to the living room. It wasn't much to show so we didn't stay there long. I did the two back rooms first and saved the master bedroom for last.
"What brings you to Dallas if you don't mind me asking? And If you want to sign today, I will need the deposit and first month's rent. So that's seventeen hundred." I placed the papers on the counter and spread them out placing a pen beside them.
"I went to school here, but after I graduated I moved back to my home state. I'll sign right now but how does the deposit plus the first two months of rent sound?"
I nodded my head. "I'll take that but I would like my money first and then you can sign."
Nodding her head, she opened her purse and pulled out a stack. "Does cash work for you?"
She peeled off twenty-nine hundred and placed it in my hand. Of course I counted it again and placed it in my bookbag.
She signed the lease and slid the paper over back to me. I wrote her a receipt and grabbed the keys and parking pass out of my bag dropping them into her hand. "She's all yours. If you need help with anything, don't hesitate to ask. I will be emailing you a copy of the lease. Thank you K'Mya."
"No, thank you." I nodded my head and made sure I had every thing that belonged to me before walking out of the door.
"Time to go shopping!" I spoke in a singing-tone and skipped down the hall. I stepped onto the elevator and pulled out my phone calling Cameron.
I stepped off and placed the phone up to my ear. "Talk to me don't lie to me."
I smacked my lips and pulled my key out. "Boy if you don't stop."
"Oh shit! Wassup mama? What you doing?" I shook my head and opened my door sliding in. I pushed the start button and connected my phone.
"I just got in the car. What you doing?" I pulled my seatbelt across me and pulled out.
"Playing call of duty." I shook my head and switched lanes going in the direction of the outlet mall.
"Meet me at the mall." Speeding through traffic, I weaved in and out of lanes.
"Which one?"
I looked in my rearview mirror looking for a opening. I increased my speed and passed the car in front of me. "The outlet off forty-fifth."
I heard shuffling and yelling in the background. "Alright, I'll be there in twenty."
I pressed the red phone on my steering wheel and laughed. I hung up without saying anything, I just know I'm about to get a ear full. I hit a left and turned into the parking lot of the mall. Finding a park not too far from the front, I backed in and parked waiting on Cam. I picked up my phone from the cup holder and tapped through it going to my groupchat with my sisters.

y'all don't know me.
bye!
I shook my head laughing. I looked up from my phone and seen Cameron speeding through the lot. Parking directly beside me, he got out and walked around towards my door pulling on it. Only to find out that it's locked. I laughed at his facial expression and unlocked it.
He opened it and pulled me out into a hug. "Stop playing with me girl. Why you hang up on me?"
Titling my head to the side smirking. "I don't know what you're talking about."
I laughed and reached inside my car grabbing my phone along with my wallet. I grabbed the small stack of money and shut the door.
"Girl why you got all that on you?" Cameron was looking at the stack of money in my hand.
"You know how I had to meet with a potential tenat for my condo?" I looked up in his face as we walked towards the front entrance of the mall. He nodded his head and grabbed my hand.
"Well she signed the lease and put up the first two months of rent. In cash."
Cameron shook his head and swung our hands back and forth. "Well lets go shopping shall we?"
I laughed looking up in his face. "We shall."
For the first twenty minutes we talked and walked around the mall until ending up in Foot Locker. "Boy if you don't let me buy you these shoes. Get both pair and get the sweat shorts you were looking at.
He smacked his lips and I turned around giving him a look. "Girl you don't run nobody, but I'm about to run to polo. Where you want me to meet you if I take longer than expected?"
"The fragrance shop upstairs." I said causing him to nod his head. He placed a kiss on my forehead. I shook my head smilling watching him walk away. I grabbed everything that we both wanted and walked towards the register.
"Did you find everything okay today?"
I nodded my head and held up the Nike's in my hand. "Yes, can I get these in a ten and eleven?"
"I'll be right back." I nodded my head and looked around the store. For it to be the weekend it's kind of slow. The cashier returned with four shoe boxes and placed them on the counter. She scanned them along with the clothing I placed up there.
"Ok, your total is four hundred and fifty dollars." I peeled five hundred dollar bills from the stack and placed them in her hand.
I grabbed my bags along with my change and walked out of the store. Taking a left I walked towards the escalators and stepped on. After a short ride, I stepped off and made a be-line for the fragrance store. I'm running a little low on my favorites. Gucci Guilty and Chanel number nine forever got my heart.
Pushing the door open I inhaled and smiled. My favorite store because it always smell good. Since I already knew what I wanted, I walked towards the women's wall and grabbed the two. Looking around I noticed that it was a sale on select men's cologne. Walking towards the wall, I picked up YSL and Dolce for Cameron.
"Did you find everything okay today?" I nodded my head placing the four boxes on the counter.
"Do you guys have the Only Me Passion?" I asked looking around trying to see if I could see it.
"Is that the orange-pinkish ball?"
I nodded my head. "Yes that's the one."
She walked away into the back. Feeling somebody wrap their arms around me, I became stiff getting ready to go in defense mode but once I smelled that signature cologne I relaxed into his chest.
"You can't be sneaking up on me like that Amari." I turned around his chest and looked in his face.
He chuckled. "My fault love."
I shook my head and turned around seeing the cashier returning from the back. "You're in luck, this was the last one."
She scanned all five boxes and placed them into a bag. "Your total is three hundred and seventy five dollars."
Instead of spending the cash, I pulled my credit card out of my wallet and swiped it. I signed my name and grabbed my bag. Which resulted into Cameron grabbing every last bag I had in my hand. I shook my head and walked in front of him.
"I can carry my own bags Cameron."
He smacked his lips and waved me off. "Where to next?"
"Food court. I've been in here long enough."
He grabbed my hand and we walked towards the escalator. He let me step on first and then stood behind me. We descend down and stepped off.
Cameron looked down in my face and licked his lips. "You know what you getting?"
I nodded my head. "Tacos."
He laughed and shook his head. "I should've know. Take the bags and find us a table. I got the food." I grabbed the bags and walked towards the sitting area and found a table not too far from the front. I sat down and looked around. If you can't tell, I'm a very observant person. Can never be too sure.
Cameron returned a few minutes later our food. "Street styled tacos for you and pizza for me."
He sat our food down along with two core waters. I cleaned my hand with sanitizer and squirted some into Cam's hand. I opened my tray and squeezed the lime across before picking one up. I bit into it.
"Brielle, spend the night with me tonight."
My eyes got big and I started choking on my food.
