《The Cop Who Loves Me...A Teenager》chapter 46

Autumn's POV
Mason was about to leave. He spent Christmas with us, but you could feel the tension between him and Lucy especially since he was filing for divorce today. Mason and Lucy still had the reporters wondering why their marriage was ending. They both agreed not to say anything to the press until they came up with a story that wouldn't end their careers.
"Are you coming to the wedding?" I asked him as he was packing the rest of his clothes.
"Of course I am. I wouldn't miss it for the world." he assured me.
"Promise?"
"I pinky swear. Nothing's gonna change between us, Autumn. You'll still be like a little sister to me even though me and Lucy aren't together. And well...Let's just say I'll sit on the bride's side at the wedding. I still hate Brody. Sorry, I know you love him."
I laughed. "It's fine, Mason. As long as nothing changes between us, you can hate Brody all you want."
Mason chuckled and gave me a hug. "I think that's a perfect deal. I better get going though.". He said, letting me go. "I need to check into my hotel and get out of here before Lucy corners me and tries to make me change my mind. I'll see you on Saturday."
"ok. See you then. But text me!". I called to him right before he stepped out the door.
"I will. Oh! And Autumn, you're going to make a beautiful bride."
I smiled and slightly blushed. "thanks."
He returned the smile and walked out. Then a pair of arms grabbed me from behind and I felt little kisses on my neck. "Does he still hate me?". Brody mumbled, while still kissing me.
"Yes. But he's coming to the wedding on Saturday, so don't expect him to be nice to you.". I told him.
"I don't care about him. As long as I'm marrying you, I could care less about everything else.". He sweetly whispered in my ear, then continued kissing me.
"Brody stop."
"why?"
"Because you know how much you turn me on when you do that.". I said, enjoying the pleasure of his touch and his breath on my neck.
"And that's exactly what I'm trying to do.". I felt him smirk.
I gently pushed him away. "Not now. The wedding's less than a week away and there's far too much to do."

He pouted and gave me the puppy dog face. "But I need you." he whined.
I rolled my eyes and then walked up to him, pressing up against his chest. I gave him a romantic kiss and pulled away. "There'll be plenty of time for that AFTER the wedding." I said brushing my lips up against his.
He wrapped his arms around my waist before I could get away. "I don't think I can wait that long." he said in a husky voice.
Then someone cleared their throat, making both of us jump away from each other. We looked up, where the sound came from, and saw Lili standing above us, leaning over the railing.
"Sorry to interrupt....". She trailed off.
"Moooommmm". He whined.
"Sorry sweety. Autumn we need to go shopping for your wedding dress. The sooner the better."
"Ok Lily. Are we going now?". I asked her.
"Mhm." she nodded her head and started walking down the stairs. When she got close to us and looked at Brody, her eyes widened and her eyes darted away quickly. "I'll meet you in the car Autumn." She instructed, shielding her eyes from Brody until she was out the door. Brody gave me a confused look. I finally realized what made Lily act like that.
"Before you let anyone else see you, you might want to take care of THAT." I told him, pointing to his crotch.
He looked down and hthe look on his face was priceless. Hs face was red with embarassment and his eyes looked like they were about to pop out of his head. "I told you I needed you."
I couldn't help but laugh uncontrollably.
"Its not funny!". He complained. "My mom just saw me with a fricken b**er!"
"I'll see you later." I said as I grabbed my purse and walked out the door.
"You're fixing his when you come back.". He called before I walked out.
I turned to Facebook at him. "By the time I get back, you won't need me anymore." I said with a smug look on my face, which earned me a glare. I laughed as I walked out to the car. I got in next Lily.
"I can't get that image out of my head.". She stated, traumatized, which only made me laugh harder.
"let's talk about something else then.". I suggested.
"Fine by me. So, what kind of wedding dress do you picture yourself in?". She asked, thinking of the first thing that popped into her head.

" ummmm....well, I always pictured myself in a white ball gown dress....strapless, a little design on the bodice and a long Veil with a small tiara. But I don't want the dress to be that silky heavy fabric...like the light weight. Fabric that layers in top of each other?" I didn't know the exact terms for it, but described it the best I could.
"I can picture it now. It would look amazing on you, Autumn. In fact, I think I've seen it before in a store window downtown a few weeks ago...it may not be the exact dress you want, but we could always change a few things."
"Sounds great."
A few minutes later....
We arrived in front of a dress shop and indeed, there was my dream dress hanging in the window. "Lily. That's the exact dress I want."
Ly smiled widely. "Wonderful!". She cheered. "now we only have to alter the size a bit. That dress will be a little bit loose on you, but other than that the dress is perfect for you. Let's go in." she said excitedly.
We went in, bought the dress and they immediately put me in it to take my measurements and pint the dress to fit me like a glove. After about an hour, they let me get out of it and change back into my regular clothes. "Ok Mrs. Taylor, Ms.Reynolds." the tailor addressed both of us. "I'll can have the dress ready by Thursday. Come back in around 1 pm that day just to make sure it fits. Ok?"
We both nodded our heads and went back home. Thats when it hit me. "oh my god...I'm really getting married". I stated happily in realization.
"I know! Isn't it exciting?" she said cheerfully.
" yeah...I just wish my family was here to see it. I always wanted my father to walk me down the aisle."
Lily gave me a sympathetic look. "I know Autumn...it's what every girl dreams. But they'll be there in spirit."
I smiled at the thought of that. "thanks Lily. You always know what to say," I complimented.
She smiled at me. "I'm a mother. Imsupposed to know what to say. We should get you back to Brody...after all, we left him ..." she stopped talking trying to think of words appropriate for her to say.
"In that awkward state?"
"exactly."
Then I thought of something. "I think I should let Brody suffer a little longer....how about we go to the mall for a couple hours." I suggested.
She laughed. "Oh that's mean. Let's do it.". She turned the car around and drove towards the mall. " you are perfect for my son."
"I know.". We both laughed.
After a couple of hours at the mall, I got a text from Brody. 'where r u? It's been hours since you went out :,( '
'you're mom and I r shopping'
'come home. Plz?'
'I'll b back l8r' I replied.
'what did I do to deserve this? I'm dying for u'
'too bad'
'you're mean. But don't worry...I'll get my revenge l8r. Mwahahahaha'
I laughed out loud. 'whatever' I texted back.
After a few more hours, we found Lily a dress to wear to the wedding plus a few more outfits. I found some shoes and a dress just for whatever. We finally decided Brody suffered enough, and went home. It was getting dark. After a few minutes we got back home and went inside the house. The entire family was watching a movie in the living room. Brody wasn't in there, but I really liked the movie they were watching so a sat down next to Zac and watched it with them...except a pair of arms scooped me off the couch and away from the living room. Zac was too into the movie to notice. I looked up at my kidnapper and saw it was Brody. He started to carry me up the stairs.
"Brody" I whined. " I want to watch the movie. "
"too bad." he mocked me. "Time for revenge" he said seductively. He opened the door to our room and laid me down on the bed. He climbed on top of me and started kissing me passionately and undressing me. Tis doesn't seem like revenge to me...oh well ;)

A/N. yay! So I finally got my new iPad and decided to try it out by writing a new chapter!!!! Took a while since I'm not used to typing on a touch screen, but it got the job done. Also, I couldn't put the stuff I wanted in italics or in bold print since watt pad is a little different... Not a big deal. Anyways...hope you enjoyed this chapter and don't forget to comment and vote! Happy holidays!! -Bridget
