《My Overprotective Brothers》Chapter 31

Ambers P.O.V
I stretched my tight muscles out and groaned with my croaky morning voice. As I stretched my arm out, the dusty soil thread through my fingers and caused my senses to awaken.
I opened my eyes fully to see the morning sun. Then it clicked...
We fell asleep outside in the forest.
And I lost my virginity....
The thought of what we did last night made a small shy smile appear on my face, knowing that I am all grown up now and I'm in a loving relationship with the guy I want to spend the rest of my life with.
I look down to see a muscular arm draped over my stomach and clutching into my waist in a vice grip. I could see my name tattooed on his wrist with dirt dusted on it, making me chuckle at it.
I heard another groan except it wasn't from my lips, I turn my head to see a dazed-looking Finnick flicking his eyes open and smiling at me.
"Good morning beautiful," Finnick said in a husky voice and wrapped a piece of my light brown hair around his finger.
I smiled back and placed my wrist next to his, connecting the two pieces of inked heart together, I smile at it every time we do it and I could feel Finnick's stare on me whilst I did this.
"I love it too baby." He said then rubbed my tattoo of his name, smiling at the work of art embedded in our wrists.
I looked around us and noticed I was only wearing Finnick's top and Finn was only wearing his jeans. He must have dressed me in his top last night because I can't remember doing it myself.
"Are you sore babe?" Finnick asked me whilst rubbing circles on my stomach, I nod my head shaky and he smiled sweetly down at me.
He then turned serious and grabbed a chunk of my dirty hair and pulled it to him, so my face was very close to his. It was like a light switched off in his head, the light was the sweet Finnick, the one I love and adore. But when the light switches off, he turns nasty and dominating, making me do things he wants regardless of what I feel.

"You're all mine. MINE! Nobody else can touch you the way I can. No one else can break us apart and destroy our life. NOBODY CAN BECAUSE YOU'RE MINE. UNDERSTAND??!?" Finnick yells at me and it was so loud that the birds fled from their homes in the trees, flying away from the danger that lives below.
I nod my head and he still looks just as pissed.
"I. Need. To. Hear. You. Say. It." Finn gritted out with clenched teeth and looking at me with fury in his eyes.
"Y-Yes I am you-r's." I stuttered out, slightly afraid of Finn's anger. He seemed to calm down and stroke the side of my face gently.
"I'm sorry baby but I'm just so paranoid that you will leave me for another guy. I want you all to myself and nobody else!" He says still slightly angry, but I seem to calm him down when I rub my hand up and down his arm, then cup both of his cheeks with my hands to soothe him.
"I'm not going anywhere, I love you Finn." I said and kissed his cheek. He seemed to glow from that and captured me in a tight hug and kissed every inch of my face.
"I love you too my angel!" He said and confirmed his statement with a long kiss.

Jason's P.O.V
Two days.
Two long painful days without my princess in my arms.
This whole family is going insane without Amber and it's really taking a toll on all of us. None of us can sleep anymore, none of us can bring ourselves to eat, talk, go out or look after ourselves.
Well, what is the point?
What is the point of living my life as normal without the one girl that makes it complete?
No reason.
We are all slouched on the couches in the living room whilst listening to the police officer, asking us questions and a plan of how we get our princess back.
"So...the day Amber went missing, was she acting strange or doing something she never normally does?" The officer says whilst getting ready to write on his pen and paper.
The whole room turns deadly silent as we all start thinking, thinking about the day that started our depression.

"Ooh Amber put on makeup!" Grey shouted at the officer, the officer looked at Grey like he was a complete idiot, but all the family turned to Grey like they had all seen a ghost.
"She wore makeup?!? This. Is. Big!" Dylan said completely shocked at the new information.
"Is it not normal for Amber to wear makeup?" The officer asked confused with a deep frown set on his face. Everyone nodded their heads quickly.
"Amber NEVER wears makeup! She only does when we force her too." Dylan says in pure and utter bewilderment. Everyone is looking at each other scared, knowing that 1. Amber put on makeup willingly and 2. Something big must've happened that day and I'm scared to find out what that may be...
"Was Amber acting differently that morning?" The officer asks whilst writing something down.
Everyone was sitting up straight, ready to pour out information to the poor officer that has stepped foot inside a madhouse.
"She didn't even say goodbye that morning for school!"
"She was wearing clothes that she would never normally wear!"
"No morning hugs and kisses!"
"When Amber was waiting outside by the car for me, she seemed to be in a hurry to leave."
"She never gave her big brother a hug before she left," Dylan said sadly at the end, with tears eyes and a heartbroken face. All the shouting stopped, and the officer was writing a mile a minute at all the new information that was thrown at him unexpectedly by us.
Mom side hugged Dylan and kissed his shoulder. "We will find her son." She said and hugged him tightly.
***
It's now later on and the officer left to go back to the station and work on this case. While the rest of us were all camped out in the living room and smothered with thick blankets and pillows.
It was like one big sleepover.
We all decided that we would sleep together as a family in the living room, as we cannot sleep in our own rooms and we thought it would be best if we were around each other so we can help each other get to sleep.
Getting 10 minutes of sleep was challenging enough!
We all got comfy and turned the lights out. Dylan, Grey and Isaac were talking amongst themselves and whispering about this new computer game that's apparently the 'Best game ever!' according to Grey, but I don't trust Grey's preference when it comes to games because he likes all the cooking ones that nobody in the house likes...apart from Amber.
Amber would play any game with us, it didn't matter if it was a fighting, cooking, shooting, guts eating robots game.... she would play any game at any time of the day with us.
That was one of the many things I admired about her, the fact that she would always spend time with us no matter what important piece of work there was, she would always be there for us.
And the fact that she lived with four overprotective brothers is an achievement in itself!
I smile at the memories then I feel my dad nudge my arm, I look over to see mom completely passed out and snoring slightly, making my brothers laugh at her quietly.
"What I don't understand is...if Amber ran away, why did she do it?" Dad whispered and rubbed his jaw, he looked so tired and drained out, the wrinkles were showing on his forehead and his stubble has grown out. He was losing himself because of this and it was killing me to see.
"Dad...if Amber did run away, she will come back when she's ready, I think she wants to be free and make mistakes like a normal teenager. I think we should let her see what life is really like and you will see her run back to us, faster than you can finish the word 'Chocolate'!" I said and dad chuckled, smiling for the first time in days.
He patted my back and we said our 'Goodnights' then pulled the covers over our heads and tried to get some sleep.
I closed my eyes and dreamt of Amber, her running back to the house and jumping into my arms, me swinging her around in circles and us laughing like idiots but doing the silly things that siblings do. It brought a smile on my face and sent me into a much-needed deep sleep.
I just hope that day comes very soon....

The Dungeon of Evolution
The greatest mage and researcher in the universe, Ian Irwin, known to only his closest friends died at far too young an age. For their own goals and to give the mage another chance at life, the Gods and Goddesses reincarnated him into a dungeon. Most would shudder at the thought, in fact Ian did, but not for the same reasons. The plants, animals, fungi, and monsters that inhabited dungeons fascinated Ian in a way nothing besides his wife had. Ian had studied everything he could about dungeons and now he could be one. Traumatising Content: Besides the purpose of dungeons, the presenting of evil morals as a positive is not present in this novel. Evil morals themselves, however, are present. Combined with the gore tag, there will be imagery present that could be considered traumatising. The absence of the sexual content tag means there will be no scenes of that nature. I, the author, apologize to any previous readers that, due to my previous clarification, read the story with the belief that scenes of disturbing imagery would not be present.

Right as Rage
Only 15 years have passed since the miscreant god, Villi, stole magic from the gods and gave it to mortals. In response the mortals seem to be doing their best to squander this gift. The Kingdom of Abrune regulates it, the church of the Sacred Hierarchies outright condemns it, but one 'wildman' from across the sea begins his journey after being cursed by it. Vakdragnar's curse manifests when he loses his temper. It has driven everyone he’s ever cared about away from him. Out of options and money, he travels to the city of Tirough and quickly finds himself on the wrong side of the law. He is persecuted despite his intentions to do good. How can you stand against evil if everyone you’re trying to protect thinks you’re the villain? And if this curse is truly a part of him now, what if they’re right? **************************************************************************************************** Right as Rage is a story I’ve been excited to write for some time now. I hope everyone is as excited to read it. This story is going to be told over several arcs, with each arc containing 7-12 chapters, and an interlude or two each. I plan on submitting new chapters once a week on Tuesday evenings.
