Finally it was time for Klaus to reveal the food to Ariana and she was giddy with ridiculous excitement, she just wanted to know it Klaus could cook. The hybrid guided her through to a room she assumed was a dining room as she soon sat behind a table, on a comfortably expensive seat.
"So...what is it?" She questioned as she heard a clatter of porcelain before her, she was aware of Klaus sat opposite and she hoped the meal was nothing messy for she couldn't actually see.
"Try it and find out" he responded with a chuckle in his tone and she placed her palms flat on the oak table, sliding them closer together until she met the cutlery, her small fists tightened around the metal as she lifted them, placing them down into the food though she missed and a clank was heard.
Klaus watched as she attempted to stab the food which he'd made, missing each time and pushing it around the plate, she soon gave up and placed the cutlery down.
"Finished?" He asked though he knew she'd eaten nothing.
"Yes, I wasn't very hungry anyway" she replied and sat back in her chair, she'd came to the dreadful conclusion that Niklaus had given her an empty plate and she was saddened, could he be so cruel? Surely not.
"Ariana love" he spoke, now closer, to her left, she turned and felt his hand press against her waist, the sound of cutlery was heard and she felt the metal pressed against her lips. "Eat" he whispered and she parted her lips to allow him to feed her, the food was divine and eventually she finished. "I take it you were hungry?"
"Just a tad" he chuckled and quickly ate his portion as she hummed softly, seemingly unaffected by the silence, her fingers drummed the oak in piano tunes and he smiled softly though she couldn't see. The girl was mesmerizing and had a large affect upon him.

"So what do you want to do love?" The hybrid asked as he placed down his cutlery, he didn't need to eat human food but it made him feel normal and around her, that's exactly what he needed to be.
"I don't mind"
"Movie day?"
"I can't see" she prompted and he frowned, having only just recalled such a thing.
"We can still listen?"
"Or we could listen to music?" She asked, it had the same purpose anyway.
"Sure" Klaus chuckled and lifted her up, why did everyone feel the need to do that? She didn't care , she actually kinda enjoyed it. Wrapping her legs around his waist, she buried her head in his neck.
Klaus sat down on his bed when they were finally upstairs once more though she refused to move, instead choosing to straddle his waist. Klaus laughed loudly as he was forced backwards on the embroidered sheets by a gently warmth.
Leaning forward, Ariana's hands trailed up his arms, along his forearms until he reached his hands, pressing them above his head she smiled gently with slight pride at herself.
"You're happy about this aren't you love?" Klaus chuckled and Ariana giggled out a nod, the hybrid laughed again before removing his hands from her grip, one trailing down to sit around her waist, the other taking her cheek gently. "God, you are so beautiful" he hushed out and she frowned.
Klaus trailed his fingers along the lines of her frown until her face was completely flat. And she seemed to be thinking though he couldn't work out what. He Sat once more so she was on his lap and she held him tightly. How long would he last pretending to like her? She was curious as know when his pity would run out and he'd push her aside like many others. Was she making a fool out of herself all along?

Klaus Sat patiently as he waited for her to say something but he was becoming nervous. Especially when she moved to sit beside him rather than on top of him like before. She didn't touch him but stared at the wall opposite for a long time. She seemed to be contemplating and her features saddened as she seemed to decide upon something as his nervousness only rose.
"Nik?"
"Ariana?"
"This whole time... You being like this, being my friend ... If it was all just pity then it's okay for you to stop... It's better if you stop pretending to like me before I do something stupid" she stuttered out as if it was a spur of the moment revelation and she hadn't analysed her words.
It suddenly hit Klaus that the beautiful girl he was beginning to feel that he was only treating her nicely out of pity of her condition. She thought he did not care for her in any way and that couldn't be further from the truth... How could she think such a thing?
"No Ariana... Don't say that, don't think any of those things. I like you for you and that's not going to change. I don't do pity love, I never have" he attempted as he grabbed her hands and pulled her to face him. She looked up at him with wide unseeing eyes and a newfound hope and happiness seemed to sprout within her.
"you.. Actually like me?" she queried and he smiled softly down at her. Of course he did, how could he not? He merely pulled her into a hug as confirmation. She was probably one of the only people who's touch he enjoyed. And no matter how much he disagreed with it, she rose feelings inside of him that he had long ago suppressed.

My Life is Not a Manga, or maybe...
Xavier had a happy, humdrum life: normal friendships, a normal girlfriend, a somewhat oddball family. Until, that is, he literally stumbled through the fourth wall and discovered he was the protagonist of a manga. Now he's scrambling to maintain any semblance of control over his own life in the face of something he never imagined he would need to contend with: the power of the Genre. Hello, E.O. Tenkey here; thank you for your interest in "Not A Manga"! This was my first serial novel, and I hope you enjoy Xavier's predicament! Familiarity with manga not required (though it can't hurt)! I look forward to exploring the bounds of the Genre with you. (First volume is rated PG-13 for comic mayhem and light profanity—these are high school students, after all. Second volume is rated PG-13 to R for some violence and similar levels of profanity. Tags may or may not contain spoilers.)

Here, they live in a world with experience and Levels, Classes and Skills, and they fight against monsters, training for years just to achieve a Level that can allow them to make a small difference. Legends tell of a prophecy that describes a team led by the legendary child of the prophecy, a child whose destiny is not to end the Shadow of Life, but to act as a harbinger, one whose very existence will turn the tides of war, one who must meet three seemingly impossible or currently unheard of criteria before the tides truly change. This is the tale of Team Noruva, which consists of a quiet, yet wise healer, a silent, but thoughtful rogue, a knight with an iron will, a wolf beastborn who gained access to the System, and their leader, who ignores the impossible and does whatever he wants, because why the hell not? This is the tale of their adventures and daily lives, their ups and downs, their struggles, successes, and losses. **REGARDING PoV'S*** There will be 5 total PoV's in this story. However, four of them will take several dozen chapters (beginning Chapter 73) to start happening, with the first two "Books" focusing just on Zack, which is why there's the Multiple PoV's tag on here, even though only one's around at first.
