Lisa rushed over to Achilles.

'Achilles.'

He didn't do much besides exhale sharply.

'Achilles, we need to get out of here, please.'

'I don't think I can move.'

'Achilles, you need to. I just finished off Damian and soon there's going to be people looking for him. If we don't get out of here, we are going to die.'

'You killed Damian? Hell, I love you, Lisa Farrow. You just carried out my greatest revenge wish. I could kiss you.'

'Well the only thing I need you to do right now is to teleport us the hell out of here so I can drive us home.'

He was getting slightly delirious, no doubt from all the blood loss.

'Is there anything I can do to heal you?' Lisa asked.

'I would say get busy on the floor but I don't think we have the time. You can kiss me but you might feel a little light headed if I drain some energy from you. '

Lisa kissed him hard and he perked up a bit.

'I can teleport us. I won't be able to drive.'

'That's all I'm asking.' Lisa said.

'Hold onto me baby.'He said, laughing and then suddenly they were in the backseat of Achilles's car.

Lisa climbed into the front seat and started the car.

'Where to?' Achilles sighed.

'Anywhere but here.'

They were speeding through the streets and suddenly Lisa had a thought.

'There's something I need to do.'

The car swerved and Achilles gave a goofy laugh. 'Where are we going?'

After a series of short knocks, the door opened.

'Alison!' Lisa said, panicked.

'Jesus! Lisa, what are you doing here?'

'Alison, I need you to come with me or you're going to die. I did something real bad.'

'What did you do? Sleep with another bad boy?'

'Try kill an incubus who also happens to be the head of Hire an Incubus.'

'What the hell, Lisa?!'

'He tried to...I actually don't think I can talk about it...He also beat the living daylights out of Achilles, who is in the back of the car.'

'But I thought Achilles was in some supernatural jail?'

'No, we're back on. Big time.'

Alison raised an eyebrow. 'Okaaaaay. I don't think I can just up and leave though.'

Lisa grabbed her by the shoulders. 'Look, you have to. Your life was already in danger before I screwed over Hercules and Hire an Incubus, but now I've really done it, so the first place they're going to look is towards you. I can't let them hurt you too.'

'I....I...' Alison looked worried. 'Sure, I mean what else can I do? Give me a few minutes.'

'I'm not saying it's going to be forever, but we need to get out of here.'

When Alison was throwing her suitcase in the car, Lisa whispered to her before she got into the car;

'You're about to meet Achilles, alright? He's a bit loopy because he's lost a bit of blood, so just ignore that, okay?'

'Noted.'

When they got into the car, Achilles looked at Alison and grunted.

'Oh, I know you, you're the girl who's house I left the letter at.'

'You must be Achilles, I'm Alison.'

'Lisa, we never did talk about that letter. Did you like it?'

'Well, we kinda did talk about that letter, when you came back from Hercules and you were not happy with me.' Lisa gripped the steering wheel and puled out of the driveway.

'Ancient history baby.'

'It was only a few weeks ago.'

'So so long ago. Do you know what a few weeks feel like when you're as fucked up as me? It feels like months.'

He started making a strange kind of growling.

Alison looked around at Achilles once more.

'Uh Lisa, what's happening to his eyes?'

Lisa groaned loudly. 'Not this shit again!' She turned back and of course, of course, Achilles's eyes were going red.

'Did you miss me Lisa?'

Lisa looked over her shoulder. Achilles was still lying across the backseat of the car, looking up at the ceiling.

'Listen here.' She began, eyes turning her head back and fixing her eyes on the road. 'Which side of Achilles am I speaking to?'

'What?' Alison said, sounding totally confused.

'Let me explain that one.' Achilles said. 'So there's two sides to me, the more human side and then there's the better side.'

'Oh shut up.' Lisa said. She knew she was being a bit cruel, but she had just killed an incubus who nearly attacked her and then was speeding away with her injured boyfriend who had now just succumbed to his demon side. She didn't think she was being too unreasonable.

She turned to Alison. 'There's two sides to him. A more demon side and a more human side. He went through a lot of trauma and now there's a disconnect between the two. Basically.'

'Basically.' Alison echoed.

'Hey, Lisa, I'm just here to congratulate you on finally becoming more like me and killing that old idiot.'

'That old idiot nearly killed you.'

'I know.' He replied. 'I guess I underestimated him. But I also underestimated you. I didn't think you had it in you to-'

'Just stop please. Go back to the normal Achilles please.'

'I kind of like it when you're mean to me Lisa, say more awful things to me. Why don't you tell me I'm not fit to be a parent?'

'Wait what is he talking about Lisa?' Alison looked at her.

'She's pregnant Alison. We're going to be a lovely little family soon. Just me, her, the child and the other side of me.'

'Yeah. Now, give me back my boyfriend.'

'Ugh. You're no fun.'

Achilles jumped slightly and then groaned and put his face in his hands.

'Lisa, it happened again, didn't it?'

His eyes were back to the usual colour.

'Thank God. Yes, it did. I've never spoken to the other side like that before though. Achilles, you're getting more and more disconnected from that side. We need to figure out what's going.'

'I know we do Lisa. I've got a killer headache Lisa. I need to sleep now.'

As he drifted off, Lisa couldn't help but feel uneasy. She was trying to keep believing that everything was going to be alright, but it was getting harder.

'Christ.' Alison said quietly. 'That's quite a character you've got there.'

'I know. He's a mess. But it's a mess I got involved with and now it's our mess.'

'Okay Lisa, look, I've known you for quite a while now, so I'm going to say something that you might not like.'

'Go for it.'

'Lying in the backseat of your car is a time bomb. I barely know the guy but after the short amount of time I've been in the car with you guys, I can tell that he is completely unhinged. I'm going to play Devil's advocate here, but did you ever consider that maybe while Hercules and Hire an Incubus may have exaggerated and lied, this guy is a bit dangerous?'

'He won't hurt me Alison.'

'But do you know that?'

'Yes, I do. That bad side of him is low key terrifying, I don't even know completely what power he possesses. However, I do know that he wouldn't hurt me, no matter what because even when he's in that state and he does these terrible things, he does them for the people he loves Ali.'

'So you're excusing murder?'

Lisa sighed. She realised that she probably was.

'You know what Alison? Yes. I am. Hercules and Hire an Incubus have put us both in so much danger. They have taken so much from him and done so much to him, that yes, yes I am. The people he's killed have been a lot worse than him.'

'You love him. Don't you?'

'I do. More than anything.' Lisa could feel tears coming to her eyes and she gave a humorless laugh.

'You know once he told me that I would hate Hire an Incubus just as much as he does and he was right.'
