Well, I found a woman, stronger than anyone I know

She shares my dreams, I hope that someday I'll share her home

I found a love, to carry more than just my secrets

To carry love, to carry children of our own

We are still kids, but we're so in love

Fightin' against all odds

I know we'll be alright this time

Darling, just hold my hand

Be my girl, I'll be your man

I see my future in your eyes

Saying Eddy was happy was the most under estimating comment on this planet. He was basically so happy that he couldn't walk straight. He would have waltzed into the ceremony if he could.

His suit was the most perfect fit in his entire life. He looked tall and he felt absolutely handsome. His hair set neatly, the most neat it has ever been in his life. He had a little pink rose on his left breast pocket.

He hadn't seen Mary the whole day and he knew absolutely nothing of how she looked, what she wore or what any of the bridesmaid wore. (But Soo-Lin had done the best, most fashionable, pretty and all the good adjectives out there, job. She worked almost as if it was her own wedding.) Rob did the same for Eddy. He chose every outfit for Eddy. He even bought some presents for Little Mary.

Eddy felt like crying he was so happy. His eyes never stopped crinkling.

"Man, you have to be there in 15 minutes, ready?" Rob asked with the heaviest pat on Eddy's back. I mean, what type of friend is he if he doesn't add a crinkle to your clothes before an important day? Eddy almost threw up his lungs at the pat. "So ready for this. How does Mary look have you seen her?" Rob just laughed, "I'll get punched down there if I leak confidential information. Soo-Lin's orders." Eddy laughed too. "Come on, it's the most important day of your life." Eddy coughed, "Second most, first is when Little Mary arrives. Till then, this is first." Rob nodded, "Absolutely!"

Eddy was there, beside the priest. Holding the hugest smile. The wind was blowing, not too heavily. Just enough to not make the music-sheets fly away. They would not be playing Canon in D though, Eddy chose Claire de Lune instead.

Then a little cheer was heard, and oh boy did Eddy want to faint. His eyes glimmered with little drops of tears as his soon to be wife walked alongside her father. The most beautiful white gown, with a very light rose pink frill around the left shoulder down to the waist. Her eye shadow was a shade of light grey with pink borders. Her lipstick made her lips look plump, and if there hadn't been an audience, it would surely have been smeared all over her face now.

Her slow but long steps were enough to send Eddy spinning. Soon Mary and her father were in front of him. "I know you will take care of her, and she will do the same. I wish the absolute best for you and the little one. Welcome to the family," Mary's father spoke, confident yet softly. Love in his eyes were showing. Mary's arms were now in Eddy's huge hands as they walked back to the priest.

Eddy was in tears when Mary spoke her vows. Eddy had a short speech ready, but Mary definitely had a better one. That too without any preparation or chit.

"Eddy you are the best man I've met. And falling in love with you was the best thing that has happened to me.

Funnily when we first met, it wasn't the most convenient. I still haven't forgiven you for that. But your wink was enough to leave me flustered. Something which you don't know was that I saw an apology behind those eyes. Even though I refused any help from you, I'm glad you asked me out.

Every day spent together is a bliss and blessing. We may argue but the best thing is we talk things out. I vow to always make you happy and fight seldom for shares of dumplings. I promise you back scratches and massages whenever you are tired. I promise to find your phone, and help you not break anything from our house in search of that thing. Even though it's mostly underneath your pillow. I promise to cook good food for you and kiss you a goodnight everyday till I can't anymore. I promise to give our daughter the best life along with you. And I vow to fill in for every single empty spot in your heart which may be broken. I'm a doctor, I have special healing medicines."

And with a wink, her speech was over. Eddy was in absolute shambles. When the dark came and when it went away, Eddy never knew. Very much like his life. One moment he was saddened and the next time he opened his eyes, an angel had arrived. The sun had been hid, during their vow exchange and it reappeared when it ended. The people wowed at the timing. Making Mary and Eddy blush.

Mouthing a little 'thank you', when the priest allowed, their lips met. Interlocking them in a story, with a happily ever after.

But it may also contains some sad parts, since the letter on the table of gifts for the newly weds wasn't opened yet.
