《The Nerd who cried Bad Boy》twenty four

Tbh, Alyssa can be a bitch sometimes.
Marcus was right to stand up for Bree, Alyssa was turning into Bree for a moment there.
Can those two break up already?? Marcus deserves someone way better.
I've always hated her.
I liked it when it was the good ol' days where everyone didn't like her.
I hope Bree's okay, I wish it was Alyssa being pranked not Bree.
More and more hate comments, messages came in that made me cry harder. Although I was already hurt inside, I still wanted to read them. My head ached, my body was heated and eyes were pouring out tears.
I couldn't sleep and I couldn't eat. It was the afternoon and I was stuck in my room the whole day. My mother and Alyson weren't that worried because I used to stay in my bedroom the whole day.
I felt as if everyone was against me again.
Not one nice comment I saw while scrolling through all the social media. There were a few nice comments that made me feel warm inside but the hate comments overpowered it. I tapped on the last story on Instagram and saw it was a edited picture of me and Bree with Marcus standing between us.
or ?
picked .
picked .
I shut my eyes and switched off my phone. I placed it on my nightstand.
I didn't get it. Everyone was cheering for me pranking Bree, what had changed?
Of course, it was Marcus.
I was in control of everyone when I had pranked Bree. Everyone for their revenge, even that boy that poured punch over her head. But everything changed when Marcus came.
I hated him for choosing Bree's side. I'm his girlfriend for crying out loud, not really but he should've taken my side.
Does he still love Bree?
I chuckled, why the hell do I care? I wiped my tears away and stared up the ceiling. Bree was the reason between our recent arguments. Even when I'm popular, Bree manages to ruin my life.
Bree was popular, gorgeous, best tennis player in school and a cheerleader. Her marks were average and her father was close friends with the principal of the school. Part-time model, of course everyboy likes her.
Including Marcus. Honestly, those two have been together for two weeks, which was longer than any of Marcus' relationships.
I sighed.
I was scared, scared that things might go back to the way they used to be. Everyone sneering at me and insulting me. But that wasn't the only reason I was scared.
I was scared of losing Marcus.
He was important to me and I knew that. He was the whole reason that everyone liked me and treated me normally. Without him, I would've suffered weeks of bullying.
My phone buzzed and my heart stopped.
Marcus?
My hand reached out for my phone and held it. I checked the message and it turned out that it was from Trick.
I didn't have energy to answer him. Suddenly my phone vibrated and showed I sighed and answered it anyway.
"Alyssa? Are you okay? I heard rumours about you and Marcus," he said.

I bit my lip to stop myself from crying. I let out a breath and I started silently crying but it was audible.
"Alyssa? I'm sorry, love. What happened?" he asked.
I tried to explain but my sobs prevented me from saying anything.
"I... I... Marcus... is angry with me. Everyone... hates me. I don't know what to do--" I blurted.
"Alyssa, calm down. I can't hear you properly," he said.
"Trick..." I cried, trying to speak again.
"Okay, will you be able to meet me at the cafe near the school?" Trick asked.
"Mhm," I whispered.
"We can meet in twenty minutes, I'll pick you up," he said,"Bye love." I hung up.
At least there are some people that still care about me. I sighed and wiped the tears away from my face. I stood up and stretched. I was still in my pyjamas because I did nothing all day other than stay in bed and read hate comments. I went to the bathroom and took a shower. I got out and wrapped a white towel around my torso and hair. I dried my hair and tied it to a high ponytail.
I returned to my bedroom and chose a simple outfit. Hoodie and sneakers. I wore a navy, oversized hoodie that ended by my thighs -- shorts under-- and I wore the same colour sneakers. As usual. I took my phone and left the room. When I descended the stairs, I saw Alyson sitting on the couch watching a Barbie movie. The movie had something to do with Barbie being half-mermaid or something.
"Alyson," I said and she ignored me. I sat next to her and did nothing. After a long, uncomfortable silence, Alyson wrapped her arms around me.
Not crushing me, but hugging me. I smiled and hugged her back,"I'm sorry, Alyson, that I acted that way."
Alyson nodded and she pulled away.
"Can you make me something to eat?" she asked. "Mom is upstairs writing something."
I nodded,"Do you want me to order pizza?"
Alyson smiled and nodded,"Yes please."
"Sure," I said and took out my phone and ordered pizza over the pizza app I had. While I waited, I started watching the movie with Alyson and it wasn't that bad. It was nice.
The door bell rang and Alyson clapped her hand happily. I stood up and walked to the door, I opened it to see a smirking Trick, holding two pizza boxes with his hand.
"And no, I'm not a delivery boy," he chuckled. "I paid the pizza guy and gave him a hundred dollar tip." he winked at me.
How did he know where my mom's house was?
I didn't remember telling him, the person who knew was Aaliyah and Marcus.
Trick gave me the two boxes of pizza and I smiled,"Thank you, but how do you know where I live?" I asked.
Trick shrugged,"I have my ways."
I walked to Alyson and gave her the boxes of pizzas,"Give one box to mom," I said," And tell her that I'll be back."

"Okay Terminator," she answered and I rolled my eyes. I kissed her cheek and she left with the pizzas. "I love you, Alyson!" I shouted.
"I know!" Alyson shouted back and I chuckled. I turned to Trick and left the house, closing the door behind me. We walked to Trick's car and got in. He started the car and drove onto the road.
"It's been a while since we've hung out, been busy with Marcus?" Trick said with a slight smile and I frowned.
"Can you please not mention his name," I said.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry," he said and it was silence in the car. I was on the verge of crying again, I could feel my tears welling up.
Not here, not now.
Trick switched on the radio and Catch me outside by Bhad Bhabie started playing. Trick smiled and started singing along and dancing weirdly.
I felt a smile play on my lips. I smiled which quickly turned into laughter. "Oh my God, what are you doing?" I asked.
Trick smiled,"I don't know, what am I doing?"
"Uhm...embarrassing yourself?" I answered with a slight smirk.
"I don't think so, I can dance," he said.
"So you think you can dance?" I asked.
Trick rolled his eyes,"Very funny, that's a good one," he answered sarcastically. I laughed and sighed. Not long after, I found myself and Trick moving our bodies to the beat of the song and singing to other songs that played on the radio.
We arrived at a restaurant near the beach. The view was beautiful and so was so was the restaurant. It was an Italian restaurant and it wasn't that crowded, luckily.
Trick parked the car. The last song that was playing was Mine by Bazzi. Trick had sang the song to me and it was hard to stop blushing the whole time. He had a wonderful voice, as wonderful as him. We got out the car and shut the doors.
"Trick, a restaurant?" I asked.
"Yes," he answered.
"You should've told me," I whined. "I would've worn something better than this."
"No, you look beautiful even wearing a simple hoodie and... I wanted it to be a surprise." he smiled. I narrowed my eyes at Trick and he shrugged. He opened the door for me and I entered the restaurant with him. We went to our reserved seats which were on the balcony.
From these seats, we could see the beautiful view of the sea. The waiter came to our table. The waiter looked hot, light green eyes, lightly tanned skin and jet black hair. I gaped.
Trick sighed and looked at the waiter blankly,"Dude, which place don't you work at?"
The waiter chuckled and leaned on the table,"Nice to meet you too, Trick."
"Wait... you two know eachother?" I asked, looking at both of them.
"Trick, you didn't tell your girlfriend about me?" he said, with a fake sad face.
"Why would I?" Trick asked and rolled his eyes. The fact that he didn't correct the waiter that I wasn't his girlfriend made me blush.
"Trick, I think it would be relevant to introduce your friend," I said to Trick.
The waiter smirked at Trick,"The customer's always right."
Trick sighed,"Alyssa, this is Leo. Leo, this is Alyssa."
Leo's eyes widened,"Marcus' Alyssa?"
Trick nudged him. I cleared my throat,"I am not anyone's."
"I heard what happened, did you and Marcus break up?" he asked.
"We just got into a fight," I replied, my voice started to strain.
"The boss would love to hear about this," Leo said to Trick.
"What boss?" I asked in confusion.
"Will you shut your mouth and do your job," Trick said to Leo annoyed.
"I am doing my jobs." he winked at Trick and Trick gagged. "You're very beautiful, Alyssa," Leo whispered huskily and held my hand, gently pecking it.
"Thank you." I smiled.
"What would you like?" he asked.
"One of your best pizza's," I answered.
He smiled and turned to Trick,"What would you like?"
"A new waiter," Trick sneered at Leo.
"Mhm, anything else?" Leo asked after writing down the order.
"Spaghetti with meatballs," he answered.
"Okay, you're new waiter will be with you in a few minutes," Leo answered and left.
"Geez, finally," Trick said.
I chuckled,"How do you know Leo?"
"Met through our boss," he answered.
"Who is this boss? May I know his name?" I asked.
"It's kind of a secret, only his workers should know who he is," Trick said.
"Oh, I won't tell anybody. I promise," I said, crossing my fingers under the table.
"It's not important," he said.
Of course it was important. Why would the boss want to know about me and Marcus' argument?
A new waiter came to our table with our order, she placed my pizza in front of me and the spaghetti and meatballs in front of Trick. She was pretty, dirty blond hair and brown eyes. The waiter nodded and left.
"How do you like your new waiter?" Leo asked as he approached us. I looked up at Leo, instead of wearing his uniform, he was wearing a casual outfit.
"She's pretty," Trick answered, smirking at me.
I rolled my eyes.
"Anyway, I gotta go," Leo said. "Oh, and Trick, don't get too attached," Leo said and looked at me. "He wouldn't like that."
I felt a chill run down my spine when he had said that. I felt like somehow that what he said was directed at me.
Who was he?
Was he the boss?
I knew there was something going on, and I had to find out before it was too late.
