《Are You Okay!?!? (Wrong number PJO and Avengers crossover)》Chapter 8

Tony sprinted down to the lobby of Stark tower and ran out the door he didn't bother getting one of his many cars because of how close Percy lived.
As he stepped outside the cold air hit his face. He knew he was most likely overreacting, but he cared for Percy and didn't want to take any chances of him getting hurt, well he was already getting hurt all the time, but he wanted it to stop.
He ran down the road question plagued his mind, "what if Percy was fighting someone right now?" "What if he lost?" "What if he was on the ground bleeding out?" "Who would do this to a kid?" "How long had this been happening" he stop thinking as soon as he saw the apartment building. He shoved the door open to get in as soon as possible. Then ran face first into it before realized it was a push door. (I told you he stopped thinking.)
"Ow!" Tony complained.
This time pulling the door open and almost off its hinges, Tony rushed in and up to Percy. Apartment once finally at the door Tony began knocking furiously.
"Hello how-woah!" A woman that looked to be Percy's mom, Sally, yelled almost getting hit in the face with Tony's fist.
"Is * Percy *here *"
"Uh no, may I ask who you are?" Sally wondered aloud.
"Tony...Stark..where...is...he?" Tony panted.
A look of remembrance showed on Sally's face, "Central Park," she revealed.
Tony jogged away from the apartment wondering if he freaked Sally out. He stuck to a jog because it's not like it's the first time Percy's refused to text him back. Though, he always response when Tony threatens to go to his house, maybe he thought it was an empty threat?
That thought was thrown out of Tony's head as soon as he saw a teen laying on the ground covered in gold glitter and blood. Which was a weird combination, but Tony didn't care he needed to know if Percy was alright. He sprinted over despite his legs protest.
"You okay?" He ask the teen.
Looking up startled, "Tony?" He questioned.
"The one and only," Tony explained, "what happened?"
"I got attacked by this crazy monster thing and we had an epic battle where I won and then laid down for no reason."

"No what really happened?"
"I fell"
"What's with the blood then?" Tony interrogated.
"I cut my leg when I fell."
"On what? Whatever never mind
They didn't have time for this. He spotted the deep gash on the side of Percy's left leg, "can you walk?"
"Yeah I'm fine."
"You're fine?"
"Yup," Percy replied cheerfully while getting up.
"Woah, woah, woah, slow down. Let me help you," Tony called, trying to help Percy up.
"I told you I'm fine. I just need to get back to the apartment and rest you can go home," Percy said with a fake smile.
"I'm not leaving," Tony made sure that you could hear how stubborn he was just from the simple statement.
"Of course you're not," Percy sighed.
Tony wrapped Percy's arm around Tony's shoulder as Percy began to limp home.
"How'd you know it was me you said you couldn't find any pictures," Percy asked the pain he must be feeling didn't seem to bother him.
"I saw someone covered in blood figured it was you."
Percy nodded .
"What's with the glitter?"
"Glitter?"
"Yeah you're covered in glitter."
"Oh yeah," Percy stop there and Tony decided that he could wait until Percy was patched up to find out what was up with the glitter.
The rest of they're journey was in silence Percy didn't mind since he had a lot to think about, but Tony definitely did. He attempted to make conversation by asking things like how Percy was feeling or if he was sure he didn't want to go to a hospital, but Percy always ended the conversation with a simple yes or no even when the question required more of an explanation. This of course made Tony worry more .
"Is he doing that on purpose or did he hit his head?" Tony thought frantically after giving up on conversation.
Once they finally reached Percy apartment door they walk straight in and Percy pulled Tony in to his bedroom before his mom could see.
"What?" Tony ask.
Percy sighed, "I told you I don't want my mom to worry."
Tony knew there was no point in arguing so instead, he simply laid Percy down on his bed with a bit of protest from Percy. It was only then Tony noticed his wet warm shirt sticking to his skin he looked at the blood with distaste, before focusing his gaze on Percy who had already started getting up.

"Hey! What are you doing?!" Tony whispers shouted, while gently pushing Percy back down.
"Getting up."
"No you need to rest. I have a friend I can call he'll patch you," Tony explained.
"I'm good."
Tony used his gift of selective hearing to ignored Percy and instead pull out his phone to text Bruce.
Tony:
Hey Bruce I need you to come to (Percy's address) there's a kid who needs medical attention
Bruce may not have responded, but Tony knew he'd be there in no time.
"I'm gonna take a shower," Percy called.
"You can't take a shower you need to rest," Tony said grabbing Percy arm.
"No thanks," Percy replied before pulling his arm back and limping to the bathroom.
"Can you even get your clothes off?" Tony snapped, he was getting tried of Percy stubbornness.
"What you want to undress me?" Percy said with a raised eyebrow.
"Just wait till my friend gets here he'll know what to do."
"You called your friend!" Percy yelled outraged, "I told you not to!"
"Yeah well I didn't listen."
Percy gave Tony a glare and at that moment Tony regretted ever underestimate Percy. He could be truly terrifying when he wanted. Tony felt his body relax as Percy slammed the door shut on his way to the bathroom.
Ding dong came from the door in the other room.
just as Tony went to answer he heard a sweet voice ask, "Hello how can I help?"
"I got a call saying someone is injured," Bruce's voice ask sounding unsure.
"Crap," Tony muttered. He was all for telling Percy's mom about what was going on, but this was really bed timing.
He heard a sigh from the other room and Sally voice, "Percy!"
"Yeah?" Percy's voice came from the bathroom.
"What'd you do?"
"Nothing."
"Get out here."
"One sec."
Another sigh and the footsteps of Percy walking down the hallway. Tony peaked his head out to see what was happening.
A bleeding Percy walked into the living room with a sheepish smile on his face.
"Nothing?" Sally asked with a raised eyebrow.
Percy chuckled nervously.
"Who's this?" Sally question.
"A friend of a friend."
"Okay call me if you need help," Sally offered before turning away.
Percy turned around and started limping over to his room, "Come on," Percy said to Bruce waving him over.
Bruce and Percy walked into the room once they entered Percy turn to leave again.
"Uh I need you to lay down so you can look at your leg," Bruce called.
"I'm good," insisted Percy.
Looking confused Bruce explain, "your leg looks like it needs stitches. I have all the supplies with me, but you need to lay down I have some pain killers to."
"If I let you stitch me up than you'll leave?" Percy double checked.
"Yes," Tony cut in before Bruce could say anything.
"Fine," Percy agreed, laying down on the bed. It was then Tony noticed how tired Percy looked. Tony felt bad for the kid he didn't deserve this no one did.
After a lot of arguing about whether Percy needed pain kills or not, question about the glitter and Bruce doing doctory things, Percy was patch up and asleep.
Bruce had to cut his pant leg to do the stitches which revealed many scars. Percy only rolled his eyes when Bruce and Tony ask him about them, so they dropped it. Bruce had cleaned the blood off his face and pulled the blanket up so Percy actually looked peaceful like any other kid. Bruce and Tony turned off the light on their way out.
"Good night Percy," Tony whispered.
But as soon as they got out.
"How is he?" Ask none other than Sally Jackson.
"He should be fine just make sure he gets plenty of rest and don't let the stitches get wet oh and call me if he seems like he's getting an infection," Bruce informed.
"Okay thanks for helping...what uh what happened?" Sally asked.
"I'm afraid that a question for Percy," Tony told her and went for the door which Sally held open for them.
