《Make it Stop [PJO Mortal AU]》Chapter 5

The bulky black-haired boy reaches the county library, noting mentally that it'll be closed the next day. He picks out a book and settles down, flipping the book open and starting to scan through it. Soon, the librarian comes over to tell him that the library is closing soon, and if he'd like to check out the book he should do so soon.
However, the boy doesn't check out the book. Instead, he places it back on the shelf and treks back through the rain to get home. Rain, reflecting his mood.
Before he reaches his neighborhood, he stops by a cemetery and looks around. Seeing nobody, he darts inside and kneels by a fairly new-looking grave. Emily Zhang, the name reads. The boy lifts his face up to the sky and lets the raindrops pelt his face, mixing with his pouring tears. The sky is crying, just like me, he thinks. Lost in thought, he doesn't notice the girl until she speaks.
"Why are you here?" She asks softly, and the boy looks around, startled. Then he spots her, the girl from school in the old-fashioned clothing. This time, she has an umbrella and also a flower in her hair. In reply, he simply gestures to his mother's grave, the silent tears still pouring down his face. The boy hopes that they blend in as rain, because he doesn't want anyone to see him crying.
Then, the girl kneels down, not caring that her skirt is now muddy and wet. She plucks the flower from her hair and places it gently on the grave, and silently leaves after reading the plaque.
Meanwhile, the other black-haired boy has reached his home. He checks his watch, silently cursing. 3 minutes late... he thinks, I'm doomed. He wants to run, run away from the house and from the whole country. But he can't. He opens the door, silently creeping up the stairs, hoping that his abusive step-father Gabe is asleep.
He's lucky. Today Gabe seems to be out, and the boy takes his chances. He runs up the rest of the stairs as quickly as he can, sprints into his room, and locks the door. The boy waits for his mom to come home.

The Summoned - Complete
In a world of magic, ruled by many warring races, the human kingdoms are being pushed to the brink of collapse. In a desperate bid to gain the strength to stand on an equal footing with the other nations, they perform a forbidden ritual to summon combat slaves from another dimension. Unluckily for them, Mors Letus, recently named by their world's God of Death, was one of them. **** Warning **** This is a re-release (The Summoned) of the first book I wrote in partnership with my brother (who later forced the story to be pulled (It was released on his account here)). I have started writing my own version of the story (BOM: The Summoned) and will continue to primarily invest in that, though, now I have permission to re-release this one, I plan finish this as I have the drafts and it was close to the end of the first book. Many characters/scenes and events match/Will match BOM: The Summoned, especially in future arc's (Past Flatner forest). If you don't like spoilers, don't want to get confused between the two stories or hate first attempts at writing (god awful grammar/sentence structure and storytelling), I would advise against reading.

The call in the night, OneShots collection
It was a dark and long night, The stars and moon that once illuminate the way had darkened. So many were those that he thought of having enter their home, the next istant nothing, but darkness, silence and void loomed over him. Something was calling him from afar, and it drove him mad. It brought him here, into these forsaken lands. He didn't know what it was that compelled him. A longing? A hope? An illusion? A vision? Despite his misgivings, he advanced further into the darkness, guided only by it that called for him. Would this call ever be heard? Time And Thoughts
This a book is where I freely express and convey emotions and my thoughts about topics. It's a place where I spend my TIME putting my THOUGHTS into words in hopes of helping someone. I've written these poems in such a way, so that my viewers can derive their own meaning from them. For me as a person I tend to feel more comforted, when down, by listen to music or reading poems, in which the poem or song is hopeless and gives off the feeling of the protagonist being bluntly hurt. In my poems I write without words of encouragement, but instead comfort the reader through understanding and allowing them to feel.If you ever feel the need to talk to someone or want to know the meaning of one of my poems or just wanna say something feel free to comment or private message me.Please enjoy and be comforted by my book.Highest ranking:#1 poems#1 poembook#2 poemcollection#2 poem#3 poetry#3 poetrycollection#5 sadpoems#5 thoughts#8 emotions#13 freeverse#17 hopeless#20 feelings#24 sadness#36 depressing #44 updating#56 life#70 sad#87 poet
