Techno ran towards Y/n's red dot.
Oh my god oh my god oh my god.
A small house came into view. He could see a lime green hoodie through a window. Techno pulled out his sword.
Wait I should probably think this through. Yeah never mind.
He burst through the door.
"Thought I'd see you here soon. After I took your little specimen. Quite gorgeous isn't she."
"Don't you dare talk to me like that."
"Or what? You'll murder me? I'd like to see you try."
He let the voices take over.
•
Techno gained back control and realized he was holding a bloody and bruised Dream in his hands. Dream's house had been destroyed as well. He dropped Dream carelessly and began to look around for Y/n.
"Y/n? Are you here?" There were muffled grunts and shuffling from a closet. Techno opened the door to see a tied up and gagged Ranboo. "Ranboo!" He quickly untied him, carefully taking the gag out as well.
"Oh my god thank you Techno."
"Have you seen Y/n?" He nodded.
"I know exactly where she is." Ranboo led him to a door that Techno had not seen and pushed it open. Techno took notice that Ranboo was limping slightly. "Now I don't know if she's okay. The only time I heard her was...screams." That made Techno worry even more. They reached the bottom of the stairs. A winged person was curled up in a ball.
"What? I swear she was in here." Ranboo said looking around. Techno walked over to the winged person and took a look at their face.
It was Y/n.
And she was bleeding a lot.
"It's Y/n, she's injured and bleeding badly we have to get her to Phil." He scooped her up and ran up the stairs. Footsteps told him that Ranboo was following. He shot off towards their house We're he knew Phil would be. Indeed when he burst through the door Phil was sitting on the couch reading. "Phil please help."

"Oh my god, is that Y/n?!? Why does she have wings?!"
"I dunno but she's hurt. Please help." He laid her on the couch. Phil grabbed bandages and a med kit. He lifted up her shirt just above the stomach and wrapped bandages around her. Techno realized that Y/n had abs.
"Techno why don't you fix up Ranboo." Phil said noticing his nervousness.
"Are you hurt Ranboo?"
"My legs a little torn up but nothing I can't fix." Techno dug through a chest and handed him a spare roll of bandages.
Please tell me how to not be worried. Enlighten me.
"Phil is she gonna be okay?" Phil nodded and stood up.
"She'll be fine, just sleep and time that's all." Techno let out a sigh of relief. "How about I make us some food, you were out for a while weren't you." As of right on cue both Ranboo and Techno's stomachs rumbled. "I'll take that as an yes."
~~~a couple days later~~~
Techno was reading quietly when a groan came from the couch. He looked over and saw Y/n sitting up rubbing her head.
"Y/n!" He ran over and hugged her gently.
"Ugh What happened?" The feathers of her wings ruffled a little. Phil's wings would do This when he was confused, tired, or hurt.
"Well Dream captured you, somehow gave you wings, and then me and Ranboo helped you get back."
"Where's Ranboo? Is everyone okay?"
"Everyone's okay. But I thought you were going to die, you scared me." She kissed him softly.
"I'm not dead, I'd always try to stay alive for you guys." Techno smiled.
"Wanna try and stand up?" Y/n nodded and Techno helped her off the couch. He could tell it was hurting her because she winced. "I can just carry you."
"No it's fine, I'll walk." He helped her walk outside. Phil, Tubbo, and Ranboo were chatting.
"Y/n your up!" Phil said happily.
"Yup! Hey Tubbo, Hey Ranboo!" Ranboo was looking sad.
"I'm glad you feel better Y/n!" Tubbo half Said half shouted. "Also There's Someone who wants to say hi!" Micheal peeked our from behind Ranboo.
"Auntie Y/n!" He ran over and hugged her. Y/n smiled.
"Auntie Y/n, where'd that come from?" Tubbo shrugged. "Why hello Micheal! How're you doing?"
"I brought you a card!" He handed her a card with a couple drawings on it. Techno sat down next to Y/n so he could read it too.
"Aw Thank you Micheal, this is very nice." She put it in her inventory carefully. "I'll never keep it out of my sight."
An Average American in A High-school Academy Anime
An American versed in narrative tropes and more than mildly acquainted with anime wakes up in a completely different bed than the one he went to bed in. Now he has to scramble to understand where he is, what's going on, and hope to God he isn't in a relationship drama. I don't expect this to be good or well-received, but I have plenty of time this quarantine, so I'll try to get a chapter of 4000-10000 words out every one or two weeks. (haha) Please let me know how it can be improved. I'm an avid reader of fiction, but I've never really fallen down a rabbit hole so hard that I can name all tropes and settings and such by heart. I'm not sure if this will be effective satire, so I preemptively apologize. Inspired by: "My Life is Not a Manga, or maybe..." by EO Tenkey and "The Simulacrum" by Eganthale. Check them out if you want probably better stories than this one.
