It's been a week since me and Benny started dating and Benny had snuck in through my window again last night. So I wake up with my face facing his and his arm wrapped around my waist. I can feel his warm breath along my face and it's somewhat relaxing. I try to move out of his grip when he groans and his eyes open.

Benny: we're do you think your going

You: to change

He throws the blanket off of me and looks me up and down before throwing is back on me.

Benny: you look fine

You: Bennyyyyyyy

Benny: no stay in here

You: it's 9:00 everyone's probably at the sandlot

Benny: I don't care

You: what! Benny Rodriguez not wanting to go to the sandlot.

Benny: ya well you do that to me

I giggle and kiss him before laying back down his grip tightens around my waist and he pulls me closer to him. So close that my head is in the crook of his neck and his is on my shoulder.

You: how is this comfortable for you

Benny: because

You: well I'm not comfortable

Benny: then get comfortable I'm not letting you leave for another half an hour

I groan and move myself so I'm laying on Benny with my head in the crook of his neck and my legs straddled around his waist.

You: now I'm comfortable

Benny: good

He puts his hand on the back of my neck and the other one is playing with my hair. After 20 minutes pass I hear my mom yell my name so Benny let's be out of his grasp and I throw on a hoodie. I walk downstairs and see all of the Sandlot boys at my door.

You: what are you doing here?

Ham: you and Benny aren't at sandlot and Bennys mom said he was here.

Then I hear my name called from the kitchen so I walk over there.

Mom: Bennys here?

You: ya he came this morning when you were sleeping

Mom: you could've told me I would've made breakfast

You: no it's ok

I walk back to the boys and tell them to all follow me before going to my room and letting them in. They all laugh at Benny cuddled up in my blankets.

You: ok well I'm changing

I walk out of my room and throw on a pair of Jean shorts and a basic white t-shirt. I walk back to my room and see the boys all in random spots of my room or looking through stuff. I open my closet and go to my shoe section.

Benny: See I told you she had like a thousand shoes

Kenny: shit you are a baseball player

I playfully roll my eyes and grab a pair of purple PF flyers and put them on.

Bertram: damn your smart too

You: how?

Bertram: this is your report card from this year huh?

You: ya so what

Bertram: you got all A pluses in everything.

Squints: and I though Smalls was the brainiac

You: sorry that I'm smart

Benny: can we just get to the sandlot

You: I thought you said that yo-

He picks me up and throws me on the bed as I squeal.

Benny: don't finish that sentence the boys will get pissed

He whispers in my ear and it sends shivers down my spine, I smile and blush before standing up and seeing all of the boys leaving my room so I grab my glove and walk out with them. I jump on Bennys back and wrap my legs around his waist as he stumbles a little in surprise but straightens his self and continues walking.

You: you are carrying me

Benny: why?

You: you made be stay in my bed I make you walk me there.

Benny: fine only for you babe

I smile and feel my cheeks heat up so I hide my face in his shoulder.

Benny: what

You: nothing

Benny: why are you hiding

You: no reason

He laughs and continues walking with me on his back once we get to the sandlot I hop down and walk to the dugout. I sit down while everyone goes in there bases.

Benny: your on deck Lils

I stand up and walk over by home plate and create a circle in the shale for practice swings so you know where to stand because I was bored. I watch as Benny misses the ball he looks down and shakes his head before getting in position and hitting it into outfield. I watch as he runs the bases and then as he's running to 3rd base the ball keeps going back in forth from Bertram and Yeah-yeah.

Ham: Pickle!

I watch as Benny keeps going between yeah yeah and Bertram when Yeah-Yeah gets the ball and Benny runs to home and makes it safely before jogging over to me.

You: my boyfriends so good at baseball

Benny: of course he is

He smirks and puts his hand under my chin before kissing me I kiss back before hearing all the boys groan so I pull away causing Benny to groan.

Squints: kiss on your own time

You: says the guy who decided to kiss a lifeguard after fake drowning.

All the boys oOo and Benny wraps his arm around my waist and kissing my neck making me shudder.

Yeah-Yeah: yeah yeah Squints is right we don't need to see it

Benny: your all just Jealous because you all had a crush on Lilly and I'm the one dating her.

They all roll there eyes and I giggle before hearing the sound of bikes.

Squints: oh no

I see Phillips and his team biking over to us and Benny takes his arm off me and grabs the bat all of the boys walk up to them as Phillips team gets off there bikes. Benny pushed me behind him and I hold onto his waist peeking over his shoulder like a little kid at a zoo.

Phillips: ahh it's easy when you play with a bunch of rejects and fat kid Rodriguez.

Benny: shut your mouth Phillips

Ham: what you say crap face

Phillips: I said you shouldn't be aloud to touch a baseball, except for Rodriguez your all an insult to the game.

Ham: cmon we'll take you right here right now cmon!

All of our team cheers and I stay hidden behind Benny.

Phillips: we play on a real diamond Porter and you ain't good enough to lick the dirt off our cleats.

Ham: watch it jerk

Phillips: shut up idiot

Ham: Moron

Phillips: scab eater

Ham: butt sniffer

Phillips: puss kicker

Ham: fart smeller

Bertram sniffs the air and makes a ahh noise and I giggle before putting my hand over my mouth. Benny turns around quick and grins at me before turning back around.

Phillips: you eat dog crap for breakfast geek

Ham: you make your weenies with your mommas toe jam

Phillips: you bob for apples in the toilet and you like it.

Ham: you play ball like a girl!

Everybody's mouth drop and I move away from behind Benny and step on Hams foot.

Ham: oww

Phillips: what are you doing here babe?

All: babe?

They all turn to Benny who's shakes his head with his fists clenched.

You: ya I am here babe

Phillips eyes widen at the name because usually I never flirt back to him. I look back at Benny and give him a reassuring smile and turn back to Phillips.

You: babe can you come over here for a second

Phillips: the boys are talking

You: well how do I kiss you if your on your bike

Phillips: k-kiss?

You: yes silly we have to make these Sandlot boys jealous one way or another.

I hear Benny mumble under his breath angrily before Phillips drops his bike and walks over to me. He gets to me and puts his hand on my cheek and we both lean in before the last second I swerve and knee him in the area and he falls to the ground.

You: now go home and cry to your mommy and you mine as well taking your dumb ass boyfriends with you and get off this field. Stop disrespecting my team and get your head out of your ass. We will see you at 2:00 this Saturday don't be late.

I walk away leaving all of the boys shocked before I turn around and walk over to Benny.

You: hey Phillips!

Phillips looks over to me who was being helped up by his friend. I grab Bennys face and kiss him before pulling away and looking back at Phillips who's jaw is dropped.

Phillips: Rodriguez really?

You: yes and he knows how to treat someone with god damn respect

I hear Benny chuckle and his arms wrap around my shoulders and Phillips team gets in there bikes.

Phillips: Saturday at 2:00 our diamond winner gets Lilly

Benny: no winner is the best team nobody gets my girlfriend but me

Phillips: we will see about that.

They ride off and I stand there with Bennys arms around me. I turn around and look at him as I place my hands on his cheeks as I look into his eyes.

You: I'm sorry Benny for kissing you like that it probably felt like I did that just to get back at him but I mean kind of but that's the only time ever

I keep rambling on when Benny cuts me off my kissing me then pulling away.

Benny: it's fine babe

I smile and kiss him again before pulling away and resting my head on his shoulder. He rests his hands above my butt and his head on my shoulder. I watch as all of the other boys leave the sandlot.

Benny: do you want to sleep over tonight?

You: of course I do

He smiles and grabs my hand and our stuff and we walk to our houses I kiss Benny quickly and run into my house.

You: mom!

She comes from the kitchen and I walk over to her.

You: can I sleep over at Bennys

Mom: just you and Benny

You: ya his mom will be there and we won't do anything gross.

Mom: ok ok

You: thank you

I hug her and run up to my room before changing into sweatpants and a knitted sweater. I run out of my house after saying goodbye to my mom and knock on Bennys door and Anne answers it.

Anne: oh hello Lilly come on in

I walk in and take off my shoes

You: I meant to ask you earlier is it ok if I sleepover I completely understand if it's not.

Anne: no no no I trust you both plus Benny is very exited

I laugh and Benny runs down the stairs and drags me in the stairs into his room then shuts the door.

You: why'd you want me up here in such a rush

Benny: because my moms embarrassing

You: I love your mom

He rolls his eyes and laughs before sitting down on his bed. I sit down on his chair at the table he had there with a bunch of baseball stuff scattered around it. I start looking through his baseball cards when I feel his arm slither around my waist and his soft lips against my neck. I turn my chair around and face him.

You: what's up?

Benny: the sky

You: nice one smarty pants

Benny: I am smart

You: I'll let you think that

Benny: what's that supposed to mean

You: you kinda just proved my point

And then he grabs me from off the chair and throws me on his bed before jumping on me and tickling me.

You: Benny get off!

I say between laughs and he starts laughing with me and continues tickling me.

You: Benny get off of meeeee

Benny: no

He continues tickling me once again when a idea pops into my head. I lean up and kiss him he stops tickling me and moves his hands to each side of my head before deepening the kiss. Our lips move in sync and I feel hip bite my lower lip asking for entrance. I let him and he explored my mouth with his tongue softly. I pull away and roll out from under him and moving back to the chair. I hear Benny groan as he stands up.

Benny: what was that for

You: what for

Benny: leaving like that

You: you tickled me that's your punishment

He groans again and picks me up over his shoulder and throwing me back on his bed. He lays his head on my chest and I play with his hair.

Benny: Lilly

You: ya

Benny: wanna know something

You: sure

Benny: I like you more then baseball

You: really?

He looks up at me and smiles

You: I like you more than baseball too.

He smiles even wider before kissing me and laying back on my chest. We spend hours talking before the both of us doze off.
