"Any soreness?"
"I wanna feel that again. The heat on my cheeks, the butterflies in my stomach, the height in my heart..."
3rd Person POV
George woke up after a well needed, 5 hour nap to the sound of muffled voices downstairs.
Groaning, he sat up and rubbed his tired eyes, thankful that the puffiness within them, left him in his sleep.
Rolling out of bed and walking downstairs, the noise only seemed to grow louder, and not just because he was getting closer.
"Punz, what the hell. This isn't your house, you can't just take whatever you want!" Dream said in the living room.
"They're fucking froot loops. Get the hell over it." Punz said in a more calm and monotone voice.
"It's not just the goddamn froot loops, you also-" He cut himself off after spotting a confused and groggy brunet leaving the hallway, "oh, hello, George." He said, changing his demeanor entirely to a more calm and friendly attitude.
"What's going on here?" He asked with sleepy voice, looking around the room. Punz was sitting criss-cross on the couch with what appears to be a bowl of froot loops in his lap with the television before him. Meanwhile Dream stood behind Punz with a formerly angry face and a now empty cereal box.
"Nothing, do you want anything? I can make you a sandwich, or some pasta maybe? I think we even have a frozen pizza somewhere if you want it." Dream offered with a small smile.
"Uhm- well a sandwich would be alright." George replied as he started looking around the room for a place to sit.
Well it would be weird to wait at the dining table all alone, it would also be weird to wait where I am at the hallway but there is no way in hell I'm going to sit by Punz on the couch... George internally debated.
"I-I'm gonna go check on Sapnap." George declared before turning on his heal, back down the hallway towards the med-room.
Dream stood, for some reason shocked at the brunets departure with some bread and cheese in hand.
After a good few seconds in silence, Dream snapped out of whatever trance he was in. "Wait, George!" He yelled and ran off after George down the hallway quickly after setting down the items.
"Hey..." Dream said as his speed abruptly slowed upon seeing George inside the med-room, taking Sapnaps blood pressure.
George looked up upon the others entry and gave him a small smile as he took the sphygmomanometer off from around Sapnaps arm.
"Is there something you needed?" George asked shakily.
Dream took a deep breath and walked towards George to make the distance between them a little smaller to the point where they were only a few feet apart.
"Look, George... I feel awful about what happened, and I completely understand if you blame me." Dream explained sincerely as he looked into the others eyes, hoping for forgiveness.
There were a few moments of tense silence before the blond continued. "But if there's anything you want me to do or anything at all that you want me to give you, you can have it. Just please stop blaming yourself."
Both of the boys were shocked. Part of Dream couldn't believe he was apologizing to a 'victim' and asking for forgiveness. And George was just surprised that Dream was offering so much just for him.

George looked into Dreams eyes for any trace of a lie. "Anything?..." He asked quietly.
"Anything." Dream said without hesitation.
George looked down at his feet.
He could ask for anything. He wasn't sure if Dream would actually go through with anything, so George decided he had to play this safe and ask for something he really, really wanted.
"I want another kiss..." He said softly, still hanging his head in shame.
"W-what?" Dream said in disbelief as he looked at the other boy before him.
George took a deep breath before continuing with all the strength he had left. "Like when you kissed me before... I wanna feel that again. The heat on my cheeks, the butterflies in my stomach the height in my heart..." He trailed off, suddenly regretting the whole statement as he began to fear the millions of ways Dream could reject him.
Before he could take anything back, however, Dream gently tilted up his chin to face him and just like that, their eyes were gazing into the others again.
Their breaths matched with their thoughts vanished as silence filled the seemingly warming air around them.
"You're sure?..." Dream asked, their faces now inches apart.
"Couldn't be more." George committed to it without the option of going back now.
With that, Dream pushed his lips against the others and both of their eyelids fluttered shut.
Their lips moved in sync gently and they fell into an effortless rhythm.
Dream began to push his lips more upon the others and George returned the action as he linked his arms around the tallers neck.
The kiss intensified and George had to stand on his toes in order to feel more of the other on himself.
The brunet let a soft, foreign sound leave his throat and Dream removed his hand from his chin and wrapped his arms around his waist.
George felt everything he had hoped for. The heat burning his cheeks, the butterflies erupting in his stomach managing to go unnoticed behind the euphoria he felt from Dreams lips alone, the height in his heart- it was everything he wanted but more, and still, he couldn't get enough of it.
Just as the kiss began to grow impossibly more intense, a gruff, tired voice interrupted them.
"Ohhh, so that's why you always lost at gay chicken." The forgotten man on the table beside them spoke, startling the both of them and causing them both to pull away with a jump.
"Sapnap!" Dream said as he stared at his friend in surprise.
"Me!" Sapnap shouted in a similar volume to Dream.
George stepped away from the situation, a pit of embarrassment growing within him.
"You didn't tell me you were dating your doctor, Dream." Sapnap said casually despite interrupting the moment.
"I- Sapnap what the hell- how long have you been awake?" The blond asked.
"Long enough to know that if I hadn't said anything, that kiss wouldn't have stopped there. And as much as I love my gay porn, I'm hungry as hell and my throat is absolutely parched, so would you be a doll and get me some water?" Sapnap asked in a semi-mocking manner.
"I- Sapnap!" Dream scolded just as Punz entered the room.
"Oh hey, Sapnap's awake. Can I go home now? You guys are not the greatest hosts and you're out of froot loops." Punz complained.
"He's angy that I woke him up from his beauty sleep." Sapnap said, earning a laugh from Dream and George and a scowl from Punz.

"Yeah, sorry about that mate." Sapnap continued, "Sleep deprivation is really not your look." Punz rolled his eyes and left the room while Dream and George continued to laugh at Sapnaps words and Punz's annoyed reactions.
"Hope I see you people never again, thanks for the froot loops!" They heard Punz holler from the hallway, causing the trio to laugh again while the front door could be heard slamming shut.
Time Skip
Now that the majority of the embarrassment was over and the room quieted down there was a comfortable silence in the air while the doctor gave Sapnap a checkup to make sure everything was in order.
"You know, you're lucky to be alive." George said while he shined a light in Sapnaps eyes.
"I guess so, Mr. Smolcock did quite the number on me." Sapnap said, drawing the blonds attention.
"Mr. Smolcock? Who the fuck is that?" Dream asked with a small chuckle.
"Well, I suppose I owe you an explanation. Basically, I came across around 6 guys while I was looking for a-" He took a glance at George. "friend. And apparently they had something against me because they started beating the shit out of me. That's about all I remember before I called Punz to pick me up and cashed in that favor," Sapnap explained casually.
"That still doesn't explain who 'Mr. Smolcock' is." Said Dream.
"Oh yeah, that's what I've decided to call the leader of the 6."
"... I'm proud of you, son." Dream said like a true father to his son, causing George to let out a small giggle.
"Oh don't be like that, I wouldn't want to steal you from George. We all know you're only George's daddy."
"Look, as much as I'm interested to see where..." George paused. "Whatever this is goes," He gestured to the two who he had now concluded must have been old friends. "Sapnap needs to eat and rest. So Dream, go make him a sandwich and get him a glass of water." George ordered and Dream rolled his eyes before walking off.
Once they were alone, George continued with his examination.
"Any soreness?" George asked.
"Everywhere." Sapnap replied tiredly.
George chuckled.
"Well that was to be expected. Lightheaded?"
"A little."
George wrote that down on a clipboard.
"Any pain aside from you injuries?"
"Nope."
"Numbness in any peculiar areas?"
"No. Why are you asking me all these questions?" Sapnap asks, getting impatient.
George looks hesitant.
The fact was, the brunet was seriously worried of the possible side effects of the drug that may be in his blood stream.
"W-well you see-" George was cut off when Dream entered the room with a very sloppy sandwich in his right hand and a glass of water in the left.
"Hey George, are you done here?" Dream asked as he handed Sapnap the glass and the sandwich.
"Well, I'd like to run a few more te-" Dream was quick to cut him off. "Great, George. Come with me would you?" He asked and exits the room without waiting for a reply.
George followed him, confused, out of the room.
"Dream what's this all about?" He asks once in the living room.
The blond sighed.
"I don't want Sapnap finding out. It would be better if he didn't know. I wouldn't want him paranoid is all." Dream said as he looked into the others eyes, hopefully.
After a few moments of hesitation, George agreed, "I... If that's what you think is best, I won't tell him. But if he starts experiencing side effects, I'm telling him." George declared.
"I wouldn't stop you from telling him if that were to happen." Dream agreed.
George nodded and was about turn around to go back to Sapnap when the blond grabbed his wrist and placed a small kiss on his lips.
It was a quick little peck, but nonetheless, it left George blushing and rushing back into the med-room.
"What was that all about?" Sapnap asked when he walked in.
"Nothing." George said, trying to hide the light pink dusting over his cheeks.
"Right..." Sapnap said skeptically, "Well can I sleep in the guest bedroom? As much as this metal bench or whatever is incredibly oh so comfortable, I don't think it's great for my back."
"Of course, Dream wouldn't mind." George said, a bit surprised that they had a guest bedroom that he didn't know about. "Do you need anything else?" He asked kindly.
Sapnap, a bit taken aback by the kindness, shook his head and continued finishing his meal.
George left the room and informed Dream that Sapnap wanted to sleep in the guest bedroom and according to Dream, that's where he stayed whenever he came over which was quite often.
A while later, the two of them both helped Sapnap limp up the stairs.
"Hey, I never got my sandwich." George complained after they had successfully gotten Sapnap in the guest bedroom where he now slept.
"Do you want me to make you one?" Dream offered.
"Nah, it's to late now. Let's just go to bed." George said after looking out the window to see the pitch black night of the woods with the occasional star or two peaking out.
"Sounds good to me." The blond says with a nod before scooping the other up in his arms.
George giggled.
"Put me down, I can walk now, you idiot." He said.
"I know, I just like carrying you." Dream said as he kicked open the door to his bedroom.
George scoffed as he was set down on the bed.
"Do you wanna change in my bathroom? I think I have some sweatpants and a shirt somewhere for you," Dream offered.
"Yeah, that would be nice."
The blond handed him some boxers, a purple shirt and some black sweatpants and George rushed into his bathroom to change into them.
Unfortunately, because Dream still had yet to get George any clothes of his own, so he could- you know, wear clothes that actually fit him, the outfit was still ridiculously oversized on him.
He exited the bathroom to see Dream already dressed in a similar outfit.
They got in bed together with the lights off.
After a short while, George couldn't seem to force himself to fall asleep with a question tickling the back of his mind.
"Dream?" He whispered and the blond turned to face him so their backs no longer faced each other.
George turned to face him too and saw the blond gazing down at him sleepily.
"Are you gonna put the shock collar back on?..." George asked quietly.
"Never." With that, Dream pulled the brunet into his chest and shortly after they both fell asleep.

The Choice is Not Yours
Author's Note: (As of November 20, 2021) I rewrote all the chapters perhaps more than a year ago, but haven't announced that I did so. Because that kind of announcement would include something along the lines of, "I'm working on the story so expect new chapters!" But the truth is, I lack motivation to do anything. And I would hate myself if I broke a promise. I'm extremely sorry if you have been patiently waiting for uploads. These days, I've been studying, not well, but studying somewhat. I will definitely bring more to show, with regular uploads. If not this story then there's another story I've been writing that's really exciting to me. It's not exactly similar to this story since it has a male lead and he is a baneful asshole with even less morals. I hope you'll like it when it comes to existence. And I'll leave my announcement off with the aforementioned promise. Meet Amber, a tomboyish, unstable, and cheeky lass who likes to keep to herself. According to her, she'll live the rest of her life on auto-pilot mode, awhile holding onto the few things that make her remotely happy. However, she forgot that people never really leave you alone, be it humans or even the Gods. And exactly that happens, ending her monotonous life on such the Gods' whim. But at what cost to her? Will she be able to hold onto the things she holds dear? Or will she fail miserably and lose herself in the process? That's what the Gods want to know. Disclaimer: I do not own the cover photo.Warning: If you are easily triggered, I am not writing this novel for you.
