i have such a great idea for him omg. but first, i think he fits an it fic best, maybe a relative of richie's, with eddie as his love interest. in stranger things i see him with dustin or max. i think he'd have a name with some sort of heroism to it, like a biblical name or one related to mythology. like gideon, joshua, noah, percy, aaron, samuel, arthur or jason. i also see him playing a dorky character who has a heroic streak at the end of the fic. my fic idea is that he's richie's cousin on his mom's side and for the summer they go to derry so his mom and richie's mom can catch up. richie's mom, upon his cousin's arrival, makes them go out and play together and it's pretty awkward. similar to how conversation went between ben and richie in the drugstore scene. richie introduces the oc to his friends and him and eddie immediately click, as the oc somewhat struggles with having a weak immune system and really bad allergies or something like that. eddie starts to crush on the oc and richie catches on. if you want you could make it a love triangle between the three. if not, richie would give hints to the oc about eddie's feelings, but being the awakes boy the is, the oc doesn't catch on until one of the last scenes. probably in the last fight against pennywise, like eddie's being threatened and the oc gets really scared and protective feeling so he goes and saves eddie and is all like woah i like him. same goes as my other plots, please message me if you'd like to use it.
