Haven in a Dangerous World (Old)
Devin McMullen. Female. 18. Single dad. Dead mom. Good in fights and little else. No friends. Or, at least, that's what she's always been. Now, she's not sure exactly what she is. She's never been one for reading fiction, or anything for that matter, but this feels like something straight out of a fantasy. Her newly acquired instincts, however, scream dungeon core. Whatever that is. Unlike most dungeon cores, though, she's missing something very important. A dungeon. Stuck out in the open, above ground where she's definitely not supposed to be, with not a cave in sight, or any other land form besides miles and miles of ice and snow, Devin's not sure if she can survive. Update: Big caveate, though, just so you know. Started with this one idea and ran with it as far as I could. Characters and plot suffer from it, but I'm proud that I wrote as much as I did. Gaston (Disney)
Gosh, its awesome to see him (Gaston). He’s never down in the dumps! Every guy here'd love to be him (Gaston) even when taking his lumps. There's no man in town as admired as him, he's everyone's favorite guy! Everyone's awed and inspired by him and it's not very hard to see why: No one's slick as Gaston. No one's quick as Gaston. No one's neck's as incredibly thick as Gaston For there's no man in town half as manly! (perfect, a pure paragon) Ask any Tom, Dick or Stanley, and they'll tell you whose team they prefer to be on! Who plays darts like Gaston? Who breaks hearts like Gaston? Who’s much more than the sum of his parts like Gaston? As a specimen, yes, he’s intimidating; my, what a guy, that Gaston! He doesn’t need encouragement, you boneheaded fools. The only ones who need encouragement is you! (Was that too much? I say no.) No one fights like Gaston, douses lights like Gaston. In a wrestling match nobody bites like Gaston! When he hunts, he sneaks up with his quiver – beasts of the field say a prayer! First he carefully aims for the liver… then he shoots from behind! Is that fair? He doesn’t care. No one hits like Gaston, matches wits like Gaston. In a spitting match nobody spits like Gaston. (He’s especially good at expectorating!) Ten points for Gaston! When he was a lad he ate four dozen eggs every morning to help him get large. And now that he’s grown he eats five dozen eggs, so he’s roughly the size of a barge! Who has brains? Entertains? Who can make up these endless refrains like Gaston? (He uses antlers in all of his decorating!) Say it again: Who’s a man amongst men? Who’s a super success? Don’t you know? Can’t you guess? Ask his fans and his end(less) hangers-on! There’s just one guy in town who’s got all of it down! And his name’s G-A-S-T-O-N GASTON!

The False Warlock
The universe consists of two known planes of existence. The Demon plane and the Mortal plane. The Demon plane is the home to seven races of demons, while the Mortal plane is home to the Human race and their bizarre mutations and magical skills.The Mortal plane is a plane where countless humans live in densely populated cities. The complete opposite to the sparse populations of the Demon plane. Just as much as the Demons have powers, there are some mortals who have powers too. Mutations that create powerful Humans called Vigors as well as magic users who can cast spells or traverse the two planes.The Demon plane is ruled over by seven Demon lords and a king, while the other, less powerful demons fall into line behind these Demon lords. These Demon lords grant powers to their subjects, creating the seven demon races. All Demons can move between the two planes, but most choose not to due to their hatred of the Human race, but some do for a single thing. To have children, for Demons can only be male. At least- they should.Elmira is the first female demon and due to her unique circumstance and the demon's hatred of Humans, they wish to make her their queen with which they can have 'pure' children with. Elmira and her brother, Lucifer have other ideas. As a plan hidden from her other brothers and Satan, her Father, Lucifer sends her off to the Mortal plane in an effort to hide her amongst the Humans. However, it takes time to get used to the Mortal plane and the people within who have their own ideas as to what she should do.Warning: Tagged 17+ for gore, strong language and violence.
