《The Lunacy of Tyler Lockhart ✔️》Chapter Twenty Eight - Present

I stepped inside the suite without being ready to be overwhelmed by the opulence of the suite. The room was huge with a monstrous king-sized bed and floor to ceiling glass walls with half-drawn curtains. A table at the corner displayed fruits and what seemed like a bottle of champagne in a bucket filled with ice cubes. There were some papers sprawled on the coffee table with a few books. Clearly, he'd been working.
There were two more doors to the room that I assumed were a sitting room and a bathroom.
Tyler studied me with an amused expression on his face before he said, "My fantasies are probably getting the better of me. But, if fantasies looked like you, I'd want to stay asleep."
My heart fluttered because unlike me, my heart was a traitor. His compliments usually had that effect on me, but I'd rather die than show that on my face, instead, I took off my coat and handed it to him before settling down in a chair beside the bed. I would have loved to sit on the bed since it was tempting but I just couldn't bring myself to bait him yet, "Didn't think I could come either."
"Oh, you haven't." he retorted. "Not yet."
I couldn't help but roll my eyes at the innuendo and threw a pillow at him which he successfully dodged.
He was still grinning when he asked me, "Would you like something to drink? Perhaps some wine?"
"Yes, please."
I watched as he walked towards the suite mini-bar and poured a glass of wine for me and whiskey for himself.
"You should put on a shirt," I commented.
"Why bother putting it on when it's going to come off anyway?"
"Why does everything have to be sexual for you?" I folded my arms over my chest.
"I can't help myself when I'm with you, Vicky," he said like it was my fault. "You bring out the worst in me."
When he turned around, I noticed how his ass looked snug sexily in those jeans, perfectly round and amazing.
Great! Now I was acting like a perv and checking out Tyler's ass.
But really, you would have to be blind not to notice the broad taunt shoulders with muscular biceps and those mouth-watering abs too. God knew how many women he'd already ruined with it. When he turned around to face me, I saw the light dusting of dark hair on his chest and abdomen, a trail disappearing down into his jeans.
He chuckled and my attention diverted to his face. He gave me that same knowing smile but did not comment as he placed the glass of wine on the table in front of me and stood by the mini-bar, his butt casually parked against it.
I took a sip of the drink and it tasted great so I took another sip.
"I was having pizza." He said indicating towards the large box of pizza on the bed.
"Pepperoni?"
"Vegan."
We said it in unison and I laughed, "You're a vegan now?"
"For the last five years." He declared proudly.
Why, god? Why was he vegan? Especially since it was hard to hate him that way. Then again, just because he was vegan didn't mean he wasn't crazy.
"You used to be a hardcore meat-eater. What happened between then and now?"
"I challenged myself to it. Gotta admit it was tough and I cheated a lot of times but eventually, it got easier and now I don't miss it anymore."

"Due to boredom?"
"Yeah," He confirmed giving me his signature mischievous smile. "And it just gave me something to focus on rather than..."
He let the sentence hang and he didn't need to say it out loud. I already knew what he meant by that. Just then his phone rang, and 'Sexy Back by Justin Timberlake' blared from it. He looked at the screen, frowned and then hit silent.
"Don't mind me. You can answer your call." I said.
"It wasn't anyone important besides I'd rather talk to you than anyone else."
"Stop flirting with me." I downed the drink and raised the glass to him. "I'd like another fill."
He shook his head, saying. "If you're drunk, I can't do with you what I have in mind."
We remained silent, an entire minute of saying absolutely nothing as we stared into the embers of burning desire in each other's eyes.
"I came here to throw my weapons," I admitted. "I don't know long you'll be staying in Cold-Bay but I realized that I can't keep ignoring you nor can I act hostile every time that you're around. I think it's not right. We never spoke about what happened after you left ten years back."
"You don't have to go there, Vicky." He warned me.
"But I need to." My hands were bunched up in fists. "After you went to London, I wished that you would come back. I was left alone to deal with everything and it made me so mad at you and at everyone else."
"I wouldn't have left...if you hadn't told me to leave." He said it in the same calm voice that made it difficult to understand what he was actually thinking.
"Because I was so angry about what you had done, it changed everything," I told him. "I just wanted you to know that I'm sorry for driving you away, for driving us apart."
Tyler wouldn't say 'It's okay, it's not your fault.' because he didn't feel sorry for anything. He wasn't sorry about what he'd done. He would never be, and I had come to terms with those facts.
"Are you here because of Archer?"
I froze and looked up at him.
He gave out a laugh which is when it gave me glimpses of how truly insane he was. That sneaky calculative smile, "I just knew something was fishy the minute you stepped into the room."
In an instant, he was on his haunches right in front of me. "They say I'm like my father and I've spent the better part of my life fighting that very thought, but when I see myself in the mirror sometimes, Vicky, it scares me because whether I like it or not, I'm still my father's son. I look like him, and I have his charms, but then there's also the side of me that I hate."
"What side?" I asked and I didn't know if I should just run or hide under his very bed.
"The side that manipulates people into giving me what I want regardless of their wishes." He touched my face, caressing my cheekbones and pressing his thumb on my lips, his eyes following his movements. "I'm bad but I can't stop myself from wanting you."
I squeaked when he picked me up in one swift motion and threw me onto his fluffy bed. Then he climbed on top, brought me into his arms and kissed me with maddening passion. His lips moved with a rehearsed slowness like he had all the time in the world to kiss me like he'd been waiting all his life. I could taste the whiskey in his mouth and the intoxicating scent of something so addicting, like the beach or heaven. I couldn't tell the difference.

Tyler smelled so gooood...
I was sitting in his lap, sideways. He pulled my hair away from my face to look at me. "You came to me tonight because you wanted to be fucked by me, didn't you, Vicky?" His voice was gravely thick.
I nodded as he kissed me hard, his teeth grazed my bottom lip and I was soon getting drunk on his drugging slow kisses.
"You're no good for me and I'm so so bad for you." He said sexily between nibbling and biting my neck and earlobe. "I want to do bad things to you, Vicky."
Just then I saw the almost empty bottle of whiskey sitting on the mini-bar. "Tyler, are you drunk?"
He grinned, pulling me in for another long irresistible kiss.
When Tyler was drunk, he was extra sweet, extra horny, and an extra bit of everything, not to mention he was an over the top lover. More like an alpha.
Before I could comprehend what was going on, he caught the fabric of my dress from the front with his strong hands and tore it.
"Tyler!" I warned him. "That was an expensive dress!"
"I'll buy you the same dress in twelve different colors." He slurred. "Sapphire blue? Do you like that color? Might look great on you since it's kinda the color of my eyes."
How had I not noticed him slurring before? I'd mistaken it as his usual sexy drawl. It was quite difficult to find out when he was drunk because he was good at concealing it.
"That's not the issue here! You shouldn't have torn it. You're such a caveman." I complained.
He threw the torn fabric aside and dipped his head into the valley between my breasts, his tongue circled around my nipple, suckling, and nibbling until I was moaning in pleasure. His other hand mauled me. I had a feeling that I had walked into the lion's den. Literally.
"I've missed you, Victoria." He said. "Every single fiber in my body did." He unbuttoned his jeans, sliding it off and tossing it aside.
I stared at his bulging briefs and took him into my hands. He let out a low grunt. I settled down, stranding his lap as I touched his pecs and kissed it, my fingers tracing his abs while my nose was buried in the crook of his neck. I couldn't stop myself, even if I admitted that I didn't want him, it wasn't true. I'd always wanted him since day one, and the attraction had been quite mutual.
He reached down to cup my sex and said, "Goddamn Vicky. Your cunt is so wet, I could eat it."
One other thing about Tyler I liked, he was a dirty-talker. You couldn't stop him from spewing the dirtiest shit he could come up with. I'd always felt guilty because I enjoyed it.
"I could eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Twenty-one times a week, eighty-four times in a month, one thousand and eight times a fucking year."
"You're completely insane. How many other pussies did you eat?" I asked, mostly out of morbid curiosity and jealousy
"Some, but none of them were like yours."
I laughed, "Don't flatter me."
He was poking at a birthmark on my abdomen, "This mark got bigger than the last time I saw it," He mumbled.
"It's the same. You're so drunk and out of your mind right now." I began clambering out of the bed when he caught me and pinned me down. His large form was hovering above me.
"Tyler...I'm warning you..."
He brought his face dangerously close to mine. "You enjoy these games, don't you? Especially when I push your limits."
"I'm not in a joking mood right now, Ty." I warned him.
He let go but only to reach across from me and pick my phone from where it lay on the coffee table. I hadn't even noticed the phone was vibrating.
"Don't you dare go through it," I said urgently.
I didn't even want to know how ridiculous I looked, with the remains of my dress strewn on the floor, my hair disarrayed.
He kept the phone far out of my reach and I watched horrified as he looked at the name of the caller and when the phone went back to sleep mode, he punched in my passcode without so much as batting an eye.
"How do you know the code to unlock my phone?" I demanded.
"I know everything." Is all he said.
He scrolled and scrolled down, something caught his attention but he didn't show it to me. "Tell me, Vicky, would you have gone to meet Noah if he invited you to his hotel room?"
The message had been from Noah, undoubtedly.
"What kind of question is that?"
He threw my phone away and cupped my face in his hands with bruising force. "You wanted to hurt me, didn't you? Are you having fun now? Cuz, I sure can feel you turning that knife inside me in a full circle."
Another thing about him, when he was drunk, his possessiveness did not just heighten, it skyrocketed.
"Yeah, I'm having an amusement ride with it. I find immense pleasure hurting you, Tyler."
This was humiliating. He turned his hot glare towards me, "I'm better than him."
I successfully climbed out of bed and picked up my coat. "Why didn't you think of that when you left me? I didn't really want to remind you, Ty but Noah was here for me that time."
"You told me to leave." He whispered. "you told me to leave. You told me to leave. You told me to leave. You told me to leave..."
He kept saying it continuously like a mantra until I couldn't understand what he was even saying. "I told you to leave because I was angry! I didn't actually mean it!" I blurted out.
He stared at me like I'd just given him a shock of two thousand volts, but he didn't say another word just reached for the bottle on the dresser and took a long swig.
"Where the fuck are you going?" He growled. "It's past midnight."
Just to make him madder, I said, "Going to sleep at Noah's."
That did it, he stumbled out of bed and seized me before I could reach the doorknob. He touched my lips and wiped my lipstick off, trailing it down to my cheek, and then dug his fingers in my hair savagely and made a mess off it. He was smirking by the time he was done with me, "You look better. Noah would be happy to receive you because now you look like you've been thoroughly fucked by me. I could sign on your butt or something so he'd know whose dick you'd been riding."
Completely and utterly filthy.
Tears formed in my eyes but I didn't cry, not until I ran out of his room.
I'd planned to hurt him, never imagining that he'd hurt me in return a hundred times more.
The scoreboard had changed again.
