《Elijah》13

It'd been thirty minutes so far and he had me punching his hands and would occasionally tell me how to fix my stance.

"That's wrong." he stated.

"What'd I do now?"

"Your hips should shift when you throw a punch. Yours are staying in place. Try again."

I threw another jab.

"No." he responded. I relaxed my body and looked at him.

"Look," he stripped the foam pads from his hands. "Watch me." He put his fists up and threw a quick jab. I watched his hips twist and his back foot turned.

"Got it?" he asked.

I just stared at him and he sighed.

"I feel like you think I'm stupid."

"If the shoe fits," He got behind me and put his hands on my hips. "Wear it." he said and pulled my hips back to him. "Throw a punch again."

'I would love to but my body is frozen.'

I tried thinking about something else. Like grass. And centipedes.

I threw another punch like he told me to and I felt him turn my hips with it.

"Your hips should turn in the direction of your swing. I don't know the math behind it but it provides more force. Do it with your left hand now."

I swung my left hand and he turned my hips again.

"Your foot placement is probably what's making this hard for you. Take this foot and move it back a bit." he said and pat my left inner thigh.

I brought my foot back like he told me to.

"Atta girl," he said and let my hips go. "Now swing." he instructed and I sent a left jab.

My hips turned like they were supposed to. "See? Isn't that better?" he asked.

He strapped the pads back to his hands.

"Now hit me again. Remember your foot placement and shift your hips." he instructed.

This time my left foot was forward and the right was back as I sent a right jab into his hand.

"A lot more forceful. Good work, kid." he stated.

'Kid.' Is it dramatic to say I didn't like that? I already know he's older than me and feel childish in comparison. That doesn't make it better. My face scrunched at the sound of it.

"What's wrong?" he asked and took the pads back off of his hands.

"Don't call me that." I said as I got out of the ring.

"What? Kid?" he followed me out.

"Yea."

He huffed a laugh. "Why not?"

"It makes me feel like a child. I'm not a child."

"You're right, you're not. So, that means I shouldn't call you baby like I have before, too, right?"

I didn't answer.

That's not the same.

"No, because you like that one," he figured and a smile slid on his face.

I still didn't answer.

"Come on, talk to me." he began to try and close the space between us and I started to back up out of shyness. "Tell me what you like and don't like. I can't fix it if I don't know what the problem is, baby."

"Don't do that!" I exclaimed.

"Don't do what?" he chuckled.

"You know what you did!"

"I'm just trying to make sure I understand."

I looked away from him and he made his face follow my eyes so I'd be forced to look at him. "We wouldn't want me to call you something you didn't like, would we?" he asked.

"I can do that, too." I mumbled.

"Sorry, what? You're gonna have to speak up." he laughed. He knows he makes me nervous.

"I said I can do that, too, baby." I said and looked him in his eyes. He looked fairly shocked. He continued to walk closer to me and I started backing up again.

"Are you challenging me, sweetheart?" he asked and licked his lips.

"Yes I am, my love." That was a very bold sentence to say I'm shaking nervously.

"And you think you're gonna win don't you, doll face?" he asked and my back hit the wall.

"Yes, daddy."

The smirk on his face from before had wiped off.

'Did I just win? I don't know the rules of this game.'

He slapped his hands on the wall and his arms blocked my exit on both sides.

"What'd you just say to me?" he asked as he leaned over me.

I was almost frozen in fear but I repeated what I said anyway as if I was confident.

"Yes. Daddy. You like that, don't you?" I smirked.

His right hand moved off the wall and held onto the side of my face while his thumb caressed my bottom lip. He started to chuckle and it worried me. At the speed of light he squeezed my cheeks in and pulled my face closer to him, aimed up at his.

"You don't wanna say that," he said with a smile.

"And I'll tell you why you don't." he began. My breathing was heavy and he looked at my lips as he still held onto my face. "Because if you do...nothing, not a single thing, will stop me from fucking abusing the hole between your thighs until you shake and cry."

My heartbeat sped up and my eyes widened.

"Tempt me. I want you to." he claimed.

He leaned to my ear and said quietly,

"I think you'd be a reeeall pretty crier for daddy...Wouldn't you, baby?"

I just stood there not knowing what to say.

"You sound excited to show me." he stated.

"I don't mean to scare you..." he began. "but I would get a kick out of breaking you in. I know you're untouched."

My heart froze.

'How?'

"Don't be surprised. It's obvious. You're too timid to be experienced," he stated. "I'd take good care of you." he promised and kissed me softly. I kissed him back, not knowing what else to do in this situation because my body felt paralyzed.

"Can I go, too?" I asked. We were on our way to the car and Eli had to go to the ring.

"No."

"Why not?!" I asked as we got in.

"Because."

"Because what?" I asked as he started the vehicle.

"Because I said no."

I sucked my teeth and stared out of the window as we left the parking lot.

"Are you pouting?" That's a stupid question.

"No." I lied.

"Yes, you are. Stop."

"Let me go and I'll think about it."

He sighed loudly.

"You're exhausting. Fine." he agreed.

"Great!"

"You're staying with Teddy, Jason, and Gio."

"Who the hell are Jason and Gio?"

He chuckled. "Jason is the one with the tattoos and Gio is 'Greasy'."

"I think I prefer the name Greasy. It fits him better."

He huffed a laugh. "Whatever you say, baby."

...

We got to the ring and went to the back room with the other boys.

"LOOK WHO'S BACK!!" Jason shouted.

"Hello, ma'am!" Teddy yelled.

"Teddy, I told you, you don't have to call me that." I laughed.

"Hey." said Gio and I flipped him off with both hands.

"What're you guys talking about?" I asked.

"Boss ordered new equipment but we don't know how to get it since no one is supposed to know we're here," Teddy explained.

"Hijack the truck." Gio offered.

"Are you a fucking idiot?" Eli asked.

"How is that a bad idea?" Gio asked.

"How the fuck is it a good one?" Eli argued.

"Okay, so why don't you just give them an incorrect address and pick it up from the truck from there. Drive it back over here, bring it in from the back." I explained and they all stared at me.

"Hear me out, you have a gym with a boxing ring and things kind of like the stuff outside that door." I pointed out while looking at Eli. "So give them the address to that gym. Let them drop it off there, take it in a moving van or pickup truck or whatever you have that can carry it. Bring it back here but on the other side where no one sees." They continued to stare at me.

"What? It was just an idea..." I stated.

"You're a goddamn genius." said Jason and Eli and Teddy laughed.

"Where the hell have you been this entire time?!" Teddy asked. I laughed a little, I didn't expect them to like the idea that much.

"Why didn't you think of that, boss?" Teddy asked.

"All brawn no brain." Jason chuckled.

"I'll kill both of you." Eli threatened and the two put their hands up in surrender.
