《Demigods Meet Mortals》Elizabeth Cher (Percy Jackson)

So sorry about these short stories guys, promise the next one will be longer. I just have many ideas and not enough time. Like I said in the last chapter: Deadlines aren't real to me until I'm staring one in the face.
__________
I walked onto the Safari tour truck, my friends, Percy Jackson, Alanya Chen, and Charlie Winter behind me. We were on a school trip, each group going on a separate tour to study about the animals. I was studying the Giraffes, Alanya the Cheetahs, Charlie the Lions, and Percy the Zebras.
But of course, while I was ready to take pictures and take quick notes, I hadn't expected to see what I saw.
♡
There were rangers going around on horses, making sure the animals were fine. The group were going great with their researching, even Percy was paying attention, muttering something about being trapped?
The tour guide glanced back at us, 'Hey guys, we're going on a little detour, the Zebra and Lion fences were broke, so unfortunately, the animals are now in the same area.' While everyone were muttering things to each other, Percy sat up straighter, raising an eyebrow as he saw something in the distance.
Everyone turned to see all the rangers struggling to bring their horses to the Lion exhibit areas, the beautiful animals all stood in a single file facing the truck, even the driver was confused, but Percy wasn't.
The usually quiet green eyed boy chuckled in amusement at the sight, running a hand through his hair as the horses all seemed to bow down as the truck passed.
What the heck?
The truck had stopped, and everyone on board got off, snapping pictures of the perfectly formatted horses, that is, everyone but Percy Jackson. He had nodded at the horses, before kneeling down in front of a horse that seemed to be pregnant, the two seemed to be having a conversation some how before the group got back on board the truck. And it seemed that nobody but me noticed Percy's strange behavior.

Soon after, we had arrived at the Lions exhibit area, we were still allowed to check it out as the situation was more under control. 'Now kids, you're in for a treat. See, there's a lion and zebra in the exhibits that are inseparable, they were just found running around town together, and so the company brought them in. Percy tilted his head, as if he suspected something.
At first I had thought the driver was kidding, but she wasn't. Because off in a distance, a lion and zebra were leaning against each other in comfortable silence. Percy stood up in shock, eyes wide. He stupidly gave the animals a little, and the two stood up, walking up to us before both bowing their heads slightly as if you say thank you to Percy Jackson.
The boy grinned, 'It feels like I'm back in that little Kindness International illegal train. . .' Percy mused, 'So long since I was accused of being a thief.' The two animals seemed to laugh and snort.
The two snuggled up against Percy, who just laughed.
'Percy, what the hell-I mean what in Hades?' Alanya asked, changing her curse into a Greek one. See, the Greek and Roman gods are apparently real. . .
At that Percy tensed, and the two animals returned to their original spots.
'Well. . .I'm their teacher?' Percy said, before realising what he said.
'Okay. . .You guys know about the Greek gods revealing themselves? Well, I'm one of those demigods.' Percy explained, and my mouth fell agape. 'Who are you the child of?' Charlie asked, eager to know his friend's identity.
Percy raised his hand, arm tensed. The water from the small river surrounding the exhibits flew up, flying around us. 'I'm Perseus Jackson, demigod son of Poseidon, god of the Seas.'

Alanya straight up fainted, and Charlie was touching the water, I frowned as the water returned to the river.
'Wait. . .There's only one child of Poseidon, the one that was part of two Great Prophecies.' I wondered aloud, and Percy smiled. 'You stand correct, Elizabeth, I was indeed the son of Poseidon who was in the Titan and Giant War. And I'm afraid, my time with you is up.' Percy said, as his and my friend, Nico di Angelo, walked out of the shadows.
Nico nodded at me and Charlie, seeing he never smiled. 'Son of Hades.' Nico simply said before grabbing onto Percy as they walked into the shadows. And before the duo left, I could Nico's signature goodbye.
'Always a pleasure, Rachel Raine Cher.'

Meg The Heavenly Merchant
Updates once a week.(This is a rough draft) Author's Note: This story has grown in ways I did not predict and while it still features a merchant those aspects have gotten less page time than the fighting and romance elements. I have updated the description to represent the story better) For the past fourteen years Meg has dedicated herself to walking the path of a Heavenly Dragon Knight in her favorite videogame, Tattered Realms:Chaos Age. But now the game is shutting down and everyone wants to know what she plans to do for the sequel. Meg isn't sure at first. She knows only that she yearns for the days when she could lose herself in a game without worrying about boss strategies and crushing her rivals. And when her friend suggests playing a merchant her heart is filled with the same wanderlust and inspiration that launched her gaming career in the first place. But if she isn't dominating dungeons and setting records will people still watch her play? And can she really walk away from all the fighting for a quiet life of buying and selling?
