Hey you guys, today I decided to try the whole perspective switching thing every Fanfiction author does, so let me know if you like my POV changing, or if it's better just sticking in 3rd POV/1st POV. Thanks and enjoy this chapter.

'Well you know Leo, he'll always find a way to get what he can't have.' Hazel said, and Frank just shrugged, she was right. Even if they give the Stolls all the chocolate and coffee at camp, Leo will get his hands on them somehow. Hazel grinned at Frank, a mischievous grin appearing on her face.
'You know, Leo won't get his hands on sugar or caffeine if we gave all of it to Nico. . .' Frank was about to reply and play along with Hazel's joke, when he saw Nico heading their way, or most specifically, the Hades Cabin behind them. Frank just let out a nervous laugh, and put Hazel off, earning him a confused look from his girlfriend.
See, the reason Frank was like that around his girlfriend's brother was because he wanted Nico's approval of Hazel and his relationship. And considering Nico never warmed up to Frank or really talked to him about anything, which led Frank to believe Nico didn't approve of their relationship.
Hazel always tried to assure Frank that Nico was fine with their relationship, but he wasn't convinced, after all, the son of Mars was, after all, one of the people that were on quests with him and hung out with Nico. To be honest, Nico conveniently became more distant from Frank once the quest for Gaea ended.
Hazel narrowed her eyes at Frank, before spotting her brother walking past them. The daughter of Pluto sighed, he was still seeking Nico's approval for their relationship. She definitely appreciated the old fashioned gesture, but Hazel knew that Nico was okay with it, he just didn't want to seem like the father or grandfather in Frank's eyes who he has to seek approval from, besides, Nico was uncomfortable around people. Which was still a problem Hazel was working with Will to help Nico overcome.

Hazel had never understood what made Nico so antisocial in the first place, Annabeth had said that Hazel's brother was trying to hide 'something', and so didn't make many connections and moved between the two camps so much, but then claimed to have say too much before leaving.
At least Hazel knew that Nico was trying to hide something, but yes, the daughter of Pluto wanted to tell Frank that to assure him Nico did like him. But if di Angelo didn't even want to tell Hazel, how could Hazel tell Frank?
But then, an idea popped in Hazel's mind. 'Hey Frank, I'm going to talk to Nico for a bit, see you at the bonfire.' Frank just nodded as Hazel walked off to the Hades cabin.
'Okay, what do you think about this?' Percy asked, scanning the faces of Frank Zhang, Jason and Thalia Grace, and Nico di Angelo for their opinions. Frank just shrugged, 'It's good.' Jason offered, and Percy's face lit up for a moment. 'For Piper.' Jason finished. And everyone sighed. Nico and Thalia both yawned, and said at the same time: 'Why does Christmas gift shopping take so long.'
The two darkly dressed demigods exchanged bemused glances, before returning their attention to Percy's rambling. Frank raised an eyebrow, rather confused, while Jason just cackled like a evil wizard. The son of Jupiter had definitely loosen up a bit after staying at Camp Half-Blood for a few months.
Jason picked up a notebook with architecture pictures and owls on it, it was a neat planner. 'Hey Percy, how about this? I've found like ten used planners scattered around the Argo II that belonged to Annabeth.' Percy raised an eyebrow, tilting his head in thought.
Jason dropped the notebook in their shopping basket for if Percy wanted it later, and began going through some different things for Piper. Frank glanced around the store, thinking of what Hazel would say about these things. It was their first Christmas together, and Frank wanted to do something nice for his girlfriend.

'Hey Jason, am I getting a present?' Thalia asked, an eyebrow raised, Jason froze. 'Well, considering the fact that you shot an arrow at my forehead for taking your knife, Thalia, I'm pretty sure Jason's getting you a gift.' Thalia narrowed her eyes at her brother for a second before engaging in conversation with Nico about problems with the hunters while the son of Hades offered advice.
Percy glanced over to the journals and novels where Frank was browsing, 'Anything good here?' Frank glanced at his black haired friend, and shrugged. 'Good books, whether or not good for Annabeth?' Percy shook his head. 'No, I'm trying to find something for Estelle.'
Frank could vaguely remember Percy mentioning his toddler little sister Estelle, and in Percy's words: 'Thankfully not a god spawn.'
Percy looked around the store, a girl with wavy brown hair and striking pale blue eyes that were almost a light whitish grey. 'Hey Frank, I think that girl with the blue eyes like you.' The son of Poseidon muttered, and Frank glanced up at the girl, she was indeed staring at Frank, upon being spotted, the girl blushed and looked down.
Nico di Angelo stalked up behind Percy and punched the taller boy's shoulder. 'What in my father's name did you just say Jackson?' Nico say through gritted teeth, eyebrows scrunched together. The boy was short and petite, yes, but he had a mean death glare. Percy chuckled nervously as he tried to calm his cousin down.
'Percy, if you even try and pull an Aphrodite on Hazel or Frank I promise you get another visit to my father, and this time it won't be about a stupid key sword.' Frank frowned, sword? Thalia groaned from beside Jason, 'I'm trying to forget that experience with the cursed goddess di Angelo.'
Nico crossed his arms, 'Perseus Jackson, if you actually try to make Zhang dump my sister for some dumb girl at the mall I swear on the River Styx that holding up the River Lethe will be easiest thing you've done in your life.' Percy shuddered, and Thalia clenched her hands a few times.
'Oh my gods what happened here?' Will grabbed hold of Nico when he walked in the store, 'Neeks, I do not appreciate being called here for present shopping and seeing you lash out on Percy.' Nico rolled his eyes and death glared at Percy until the son of Poseidon turned around to face the display case, though a small smile was evident on his face. And Frank could barely hear the boy whisper to himself, 'It worked.'
It was at that time, that Frank smiled, while Jason and Will were trying to calm Nico down, Percy was staying frozen in place careful to not get stabbed by his cousin with a smile on his face, and Thalia was doodling arrows on paper, Frank smiled broadly, because if what Nico just did wasn't proof enough, the son of Mars didn't how to proof that he was accepted by Nico to be part of the family.
And frankly, it was the second best feeling in the world, second after when he and Hazel had their first kiss.
