It has been three hours since you helped Jack with his wounds. It is now time to change the bandages.
You go into the bathroom for the supplies, then you enter the kitchen where Jack is. You sit at the table beside him.
"Its time to change your bandages." You tell him.
Silently, he takes off his hoody so you can replace the bandages and put more disinfectant on the wounds.
When you're done, he quickly puts his hoody back on.
"So how did that happen anyway?" You ask him.
He just shrugs.
You sigh. "Pleas don't be mute to me again. I want to know." You look at him pleadingly.
Jack looks at you. Somehow, you can tell he is annoyed.
"Fine. I'll tell you. I was going out to hunt, and I got beat up. OK?"
He replies and looks away.
"Really? Who beat you up?"
"Jeff..." he murmurs under his breath.
"Who's Jeff?" You ask.
Jack stands up, knocking over his chair. "Its none of your business. I don't even know why I told you anyway." He walks off to his room and slams the door.
I go into my room to get away from (y/n).
Why does she ask so many questions? Why did I even tell her what happened? What is this weird feeling I have?
I take my mask off and lay down on my bed. Maybe sleep will answer my questions.
