"Tamaki, let's go back. You need to get your daily examination, Eraser Head too." Togata pleaded to his best friend and the pro hero. Thankfully, they followed Togata.
It's been a week since you arrived here in the hospital and it's been a week since you've lied on that bed. Togata volunteered to help since he's still in his temporary absence, because of losing his quirk. Class 1-A visits them, so as the other UA teachers, but the school makes it impossible to do it every day.
Aizawa's injuries caused by Dorei's knives and bullets were healing thanks to the help of Recovery Girl. She also helped Tamaki with his broken ribs, though they still need rest to fully recover and after tending to their injuries, she'll go back to UA.
"Thank you." The three of them said in chorus when the doctors finished their job.
"Umm..." Tamaki called out to the doctor before they left the room. The doctor and the nurse looked at him, "Can I visit my girlfriend now?" The doctor nodded.
"Sure, as long as you take your medications in time." then they left.
Tamaki and Aizawa started to fix their gown and walked their way to your room. Togata was helping the two walk, but as they were closing to their destination, they noticed that some hospital nurses were going inside your room. This made the three nervous.
"W-What's happening?" Aizawa asked.
"Why... Why are they going inside (Y/n)'s room? She's alright, right? R-right?" Tamaki muttered hoping he's right.
They walked faster and reached the room, they looked inside and saw you surrounded by doctors and nurses. They looked so busy while talking in their field's jargon. Tamaki looked at you and he widened his eyes. Your eyes are open and trying to catch your breath. He walks past the nurses and comes closer to you.
"What's happening?" Aizawa asked one of the nurses outside.
"Ms. (L/n) suddenly regained her consciousness, but we detected a strange phenomenon in her quirk cells." The nurse answered the pro-hero.
Togata's trying his hardest to pull Tamaki away from you since the doctors were asking him to stay outside.
"Sir, the patient must have woken up, but she's still unable to recognize someone, that's why please stay outside." One of the nurses said, while also trying to pull Tamaki away from you.
"No, I need to stay beside (Y/n)... Let me go... Mirio, let me go." Tamaki pleaded to his best friend, but Togata stood strong to not let his friend interrupt the current examination the doctors are doing and successfully dragged Tamaki away.
"Um, what do you mean by strange?" Aizawa questioned the nurse once again.
"We can't detect some of her quirk cells." She shortly answered.
...
They all looked up when they heard the door opened. They were greeted by the nurse talking to Aizawa earlier.
"The doctor would like to speak with you. Please follow me. " The nurse said to Aizawa. He nodded and stepped closer to her, so she could follow her quickly. Aizawa hasn't told the two about what they talked about earlier.

"Um, can I go inside?" Tamaki asked the nurse. The woman looked at him and smiled.
"Yes, Ms. (Y/n) already fully regained her consciousness, so there's no need to worry." She stated.
Without saying any word, Tamaki sprinted to the door and fling it open. Togata thanked the nurse, before following Tamaki. The two adults walked to another room and met up with the doctor.
As soon as Tamaki opened the door, he quickly searched the room and they found you there, greeting them with a very warm smile.
"(Y/n)..." Tamaki called out to you.
"Yo!" You said cheerfully.
This made Tamaki's heart leap. He missed your voice. He quickly ran to, totally disregarding his broken ribs and hugged you. He gave you the tightest yet loving hug he can, you even heard him sniff. You caressed his back.
"Tamaki, it's okay. I'm back."
Is the words you said to calm him down, but it brought a complete opposite of what you wanted. He bawled out, even more, making him look like a complete mess.
After he cried, he took a seat and wiped his tears. Togata tapped your shoulders and gave you his usual smile, but he then bid goodbye to the two of you, because it's already past time UA had given him a visit. He pecked on your cheeks and gave Tamaki a teasing look before leaving.
Tamaki didn't take it seriously, knowing Togata, but he just took the chance that you two are finally together alone.
After he helped you drink water, he placed the glass on the table. He sat on the side of the bed, held your chin and made you look at him. You confusedly looked at him and stared into his eyes.
"Tamaki?"
He connected both of your foreheads and held your cheeks lovingly. His eyes are closed that made his tears form on his eyelids.
"Thank goodness... Thank goodness..." He muttered. You smiled and held his cheeks too.
"I miss you, Tamaki." You then hugged him. He buried his face onto your neck and you felt your neck getting watery.
"Me too. I missed you too. I really missed you... I was scared. I'm scared every day that you might not open your eyes."
"Tamaki—"
"(Y/N)!"
You both looked at the door to see who it was and the answer was Aizawa, he stood there panting. He must've run all the way here. You thought. He walked up to you and hugged you tightly. Tamaki took a step back to give you two space. You hugged him back and snuggled on his neck. He then let go of the hug and started asking questions.
"Are you ok? Are you hurting somewhere? Do you feel—" You stopped him from questioning by putting your hand on his cheeks. You smiled.
"I'm okay. Heh."
He then stumbled on the chair behind him then he mumbled 'Thank goodness.'
"E-Eraser, what did the doctor say?" Tamaki asked.

"Ah. Um..." Aizawa can't find the words to tell you, thinking you'll be surprised and it might be bad for you.
"What's wrong?" Tamaki wondered. Aizawa looked at you with concerned eyes.
"(Y/n), don't be disheartened after, what I'll be saying, okay?" Aizawa warned. You tilted your head in confusion.
"Huh?"
"W-What? What did you talk about?"
"Your quirk. They disappeared." He shortly said and looked down.
Tamaki widened his eyes and looked at you, but he even expanded his eyes when he saw you shaking. Words won't come out of his mouth. He sat beside you and tried to comfort you.
"(Y-Y/n), ca-calm down."
Tamaki stroke your back up and down, then he suddenly stopped. Aizawa also decided to comfort you, so he stood up and tried to hold you, but then you suddenly burst out laughing.
"BWAHAHAHA!!!"
"(Y/n)?" They said in chorus.
"Ah! Sorry, sorry." You said as you wiped the tears of joy.
"Did you hit your head somewhere?" Aizawa said.
"I didn't." You glared at him.
"Why are you laughing?" Tamaki asked while putting some of the hair on your face behind your ears.
"I already knew that. That I lost my quirk." You said with a smile. "I mean, I chose that."
"Huh?"
"I met her."
"Her?"
"My mother."
"Y-Your mother? How? Where?" Aizawa flooded me with questions.
You took a deep breath first before telling them what happened when you met Yusha, your mother.
"... and then, she made me choose between my quirk or you guys," I said.
"And you chose us?" Tamaki asked.
"Of course, I might not look like it, but I'm actually a good person with a good heart. So I—"
You didn't get to finish what you were saying when they suddenly hugged you. Aizawa was hugging your head, while Tamaki's arms were wrapped around your waist and his head rested on your chest.
"Sorry, but thank you," Aizawa stated.
"I promise I'll always protect you." Tamaki muttered as he hugged you tighter.
You snuggle your arm around Aizawa and one on Tamaki and kiss his head.
"Thank you, Tamaki. But you don't have to always protect me. I'm not weak, after all." You told him.
Tamaki let go and looked at you. Aizawa took a seat again, just watching the two of you.
"N-No!! That's not what I meant! You're strong, super strong, but now that you're quirkless, I feel like I need to protect you, not just because I'm your boyfriend, but because I want to." He explained.
"Huh? What are you saying? I'm not quirkless." You declared.
"No, but the doctors said that you lost your quirk," Tamaki said once again.
"What are you saying, (Y/n)?" Aizawa asked.
"I did lose my quirk, but only the damaged ones."
"What?" They asked in unison.
"Oh, I think I need to explain once again. Ok, so Yusha said, which is my mother whom I met there in someplace, said that if I'm going to choose you guys, means that the quirk cells that are already destroyed would not be coming back. But those cells that aren't damaged by the injection Kurayami had given me, won't be affected."
"So, to cut it short. You still have some of your quirks, because it's not damaged, only the damaged ones are the ones that are sacrificed for you to wake up fast, am I right?" Aizawa said in a swift voice.
You connected your hands in amazement because his explanation is better than yours.
"Yeah! Yeah! That's right!" You agreed.
"But, why can't they detect your quirk?" Tamaki asked.
"Maybe, because they aren't used to having multiple quirks. They always deal with normal people with one quirk. But this girl is not normal, because she had four quirks."
"Of course, I'm a genius after all." You bragged.
"So, whatever they use to detect her quirk, just focuses on the damaged cells, instead of the others."
Wow, they didn't even care about what I said. I'm a genius.
"Should we tell them about it?" Tamaki asked Aizawa.
You looked at Aizawa, who's currently holding his chin to think.
"How many quirks do you have left?" He asked.
"Huh? I don't know. I don't have the power to test it yet, I'm too tired." He looked at you expressionless.
"Lazy-ass."
"Ah! Being lazy is different from being tired!" You protested. He just smiled.
"Sorry, sorry. In the meantime, let's just wait until she can use her quirk again, before deciding what to do." He said, then sighed.
"Are you ok?" You asked him.
"No, I'm just hungry. I haven't eaten anything, since you regained consciousness."
"Huh?!" You looked at Tamaki and he flinched. "Don't tell me, you didn't eat too?" He slowly nodded.
"Then, me losing my quirk will be meaningless if you still won't take care of yourselves!! Hurry up and eat!!"
You called a nurse to help them go to their room, but before they left Aizawa hugged you once again.
"I'm so happy that you're awake." He said while hugging you.
"Can't see it in your face." You teased. He let go and flicked my forehead.
"But, thank you."
"I don't know why you're thanking me, but I should be the one to thank you for saving our asses to Kurayami."
"No, not that. Thank you for everything. Really... Thank you, father."
He widened his eyes when he heard the word father. He then hugged me again, before leaving. Tamaki also pecked on my lips before leaving the room.

If I make any errors, either in spelling or in grammer, please let me know, and I will endevour to correct them ASAP. I was inspired to create this story after reading the Scale Dungeon, by TheSilverGunner, here on RRL. It is a good story, despite having only a few chapter out at the time of writing this. I highly recommend that you read that story if you find this one interesting.
