Story about Boo Yong-joo a genius and triple-board certified surgeon, who was once at the top of his field and used to work at 's top hospital, Geodae. After a traumatic incident, he disappears and changes his name to Kim Sa-bu to work at a small hospital named Doldam, which is located at Gangwon Province. He guides Kang Dong-joo and Yoon Seo-jeong to become great doctors there, teaching them to fight against power and money for the sake of patients.

Rate- 10/10. This is one of the best medical drama ever. The chemistry between the cast is no joke. In every scene that they tried to save their patients, I always feel tense because it looks so real. This drama show the life as a doctor/surgeon that we might not know. I just knew about Yoo Yeon Sook from this drama and he's so good. This drama will bring you into roller coaster of emotion. If you guys love medical drama, watch this. You won't be disappointed. I don't really have the word to describe this drama because it's just WOW.
