《To String Together ( Huaze Lei )》Astro Members (part 1)

☺️
We're all here waiting for you Faye. See you soon!
Looking down at my phone, I smiled and walked out into the airport. My eyes are scanning Incheon international airport. Feeling anxious and nervous to meet all of them in person, because I'm a huge fan. The thought that I will be standing with the six members of Astro to get onto a flight and bring them all to my house is something I found hard to fully comprehend.
"Faye!" The sound of my name brought my attention to where I was called. Looking around for a moment, I found two figures standing in front of the pillar. Immediately I recognized Lee and Sanha standing there with excitement. For guys who were about to board at little over a thirteen hour flight, they seemed to have more energy than me.
Now making my way over to them, I could see the youngest member, Sanha attempting to contain his excitement. A few steps away from them, Lee smiled and took a step towards me opening his arms for me to walk into. I hug Lee tightly, happy to have him in front of me.
"I've missed you Faye," Lee spoke once he pulled away. I looked up towards him. I continued to find it hard to believe we're friends. "You look pretty even when you're traveling. How was your flight here?" I felt my cheeks heating and tried to place my cold bands to my hot cheeks.
"Flight was good. I slept the whole way here," I answered sheepishly. "It's really good to be with you again. I've missed you a lot Lee."
"I could never be tired of hearing you say that," Lee smiled. "How are you feeling? You're not too hungover, are you?"
"A bit of a headache, but I'm alright for now. I did not have too much."
"I can get something for your head." I nod and notice Sanha slowly approaching us. His flawless skin struck out to me and realized he was slightly taller than Lee. I smiled turning slightly so I was more towards him now.
"Yoon," I spoke happily. "It's nice to finally meet you in person." Sanha seemed to be in shock and could tell he was nervous.
"Y-you look even prettier in person." My inner self tried to remain calm. "Picture?" The youngest member asked? I laughed lightly and nod walking closer to him and linking my arms with his. I heard a chuckle from Lee as he took San ha's phone. I smiled towards the camera waiting for Lee to indicate he was finished. San Ha took his phone and I leaned over to look at the pictures that were taken.

"You have to send these to me," I smiled up at him. He hummed in agreement and I continued to have my arm linked with his. San Ha turned his head to look towards me.
"Ready to head towards the gate? Everyone is ready to meet you." Suddenly, the butterflies appeared in my stomach and I felt more shy than I was a few minutes ago.
"They're very eager to meet you," Lee spoke and I smiled as we began walking. "Be prepared for Jin and MJ to attack with hugs." A chuckle from both boys sounded and I looked between the two. The walk from where I was let off to where we needed to be wasn't too far. From afar I could see gate 38 and my mind seemed to automatically begin racing as we neared the rest of the group. From a distance, I could spot Jin, MJ, Rocky, and Moonbin waiting together as a group with their sunglasses on and their hoodies up.
As we were getting closer to them, Jin looked in our direction and pointed us out. All of them turned their attention towards me. Feeling really anxious, my walk slowed slightly and San Ha turned towards me noticing how nervous I was getting.
"They're all really nice. I think they have been waiting for this moment since you met Lee." Lee glanced towards us and smiled before humming to agree.
"Don't be nervous Faye," Lee spoke. "They already love you. They know who you are." I only nod forgetting how to speak. As we approached the group, Jin was the first to step forward and smiled warmingly towards me.
"Faye," his tone was calm. "You're here." I stood there dumbfounded for a moment realizing he was speaking English.
"Hi Jin," I spoke softly to the familiar boy I've met a few times during my first three years at Julliard. Mainly my sophomore year he was around quite a lot and kept me great company.
San Ha slowly untangles our arms and urges me forward. The butterflies in my stomach erupted and I took a step forward. Jin closed the gap between us to hug me. A round of awes sounded from the Astro members and I shyly buried my face to hide into Jin. I could feel Jin smiling and rubbing my arms before pulling away to look down at me.
"You seem the same as I last remembered. Ah you're so cute as I remembered. How have you been?"

"I'm doing good. It's good to see you again. You've changed a bit since we've last seen each other."
"What are they saying?" I heard Moonbin ask curiously in Korean to the other members. I forgot the rest of the members don't speak as much English like Lee or Jin does. Jin even wasn't so fluent like Lee was. For a moment it took a moment for my brain to switch over to Korean for all of them. Jin broke away so I could face the rest of the members.
"Aneong ," I waved with a nervous smile. Moonbin, MJ, Rocky stared at me with shocking looks.
"You speak Korean?" Moonbin asked.
"Yes," I nod. I looked at the three of them having a bit of mixed feelings. "It's nice to meet all of you."
"You're so cute," Rocky smiled and stepped forward. "We like hugs if you haven't noticed." Rocky opened his arms to hug me. Moonbin and MJ agreed to join in on the hug.
"We're finally meeting Faye Calinao," MJ smiled. "It's wonderful to finally meet you." Once pulling away from our group hug, I noticed my cheeks feeling extra hot.
"It's an honor to be meeting all of you." My voice came out softer than I thought.
"Faye." I turned to see Lee walking over to me with a small bottled water and a bottle of ibuprofen. "Here," He spoke softly and I thanked him.
"Ah you're hungover?" Jin asked curiously.
"Just a little," I spoke after taking the ibuprofen. "I'm alright." Before anyone could speak there was an announcement for our gate to start boarding.
"Ahh... Long flight ahead of us," Rocky commented. He looked towards me and smiled. "Faye, we'll see you when we're all off the plane." I hummed and nodded slightly.
"We're first to board the plane," Lee spoke from beside me. I turned to him and nod before waving to everyone. We said our small farewell before we fell into line. "Have you text Lei you've landed here?"
"Hmm." I sent him a quick text telling him I was now boarding the next flight. I had a feeling he was still sound asleep after taking me to the airport. We waited as we reached the front where we gave our ticket to the flight attendant before proceeding to the hall leading to the plane.
The rest of the members were seated in a different section of the plane. Lee and I were seated in first class, because both Lei and Lee insisted. It was long until we were led to our seats. Lee allowed me to take the window seat and we made conversation as we waited for take off.
///
"Aaiisshh!" I swatted Lee and he let out a laugh causing the rest of the members to look towards us. Each of them have their hoods up and their glasses or sunglasses in hopes of staying disguised. The rest of them are half awake due to the time difference where it was morning here and it would be past midnight in South Korea.
"Let me carry your cello for you," Lee spoke as we continued walking towards where I told my father I'd meet him.
"You did not have to do that," I mumbled as I stopped walking to take the cello off of my back. He took his backpack off to put on top of his luggage to take the cello to wear as his backpack. His facial expression told me he wasn't expecting the weight of it.
"You carry this all the time?" Lee questioned. We began walking again. I hummed to his response. "Why carry when the case has wheels on them?"
"She wants to look cool," MJ commented. "Her case looks pretty."
"Thank you MJ," I smiled sheepishly. He nods.
"I'd like to go ice skating," Rocky commented.
"We'll have plenty of opportunities to do that. Don't worry," I smiled.
"And we have to have a snowball fight and make a snowman!!" Yoon Sanha beamed.
"And have a bake off war." Moonbin chimed in.
"We can do it all," I spoke lightly. I promised the Astro members we would try to do as many of the things they wanted to do while in my hometown. "Ah," I smiled as we were walking in the area where I could now spot my father from a distance. "Papa!" I called out excitedly. Yoon took my luggage from my hand as I began making my way over to my father. My father made his move towards me and I approached him by giving him the biggest hug I could give him.

The London Phantom: A Superhero Webnovel
London is an old city. It has survived floods, fires, plagues and the man-made smog of industry. It has stood firm against the armies of Vikings, Saxons, Normans and the aerial might of the Luftwaffe. It has borne witness to dynsatic feuds, civil wars, military occupation and the sin of regicide. Through all these disasters the city has survived not through force of arms, though its walls were once the envy of the world, but through adapting to the times. Enemies become dependant on the city, and the wealth of the world that flows through it, and so become new allies. If the rulers change, then the city welcomes them with open arms, and open lines of credit. In this way the city seeks to preserve its ancient rights and position of power. Superheroes are a new phenomenon. The first superpowered man walked out of the Nevada desert in 1950, and the world was forever changed. Across the planet, men and women with exceptional abilities made themselves known. At first, they were little more than another source of fear in the era of Mutually Assured Destruction, but over time attitudes changed and the concept of the Superhero was created in the city of Los Angeles. From there the phenomenon spread across the globe; superheroes went from being feared arms of the state to a symbol of hope in these maddening times. Times have changed. Sixty years from the emergence of the first superhero, the City of London stands on a precipice. Two years have passed since the madman Fawkes nearly brought down the United Kingdom and the remnants of the Bow Street Runners, London's premier superhero team, are struggling to keep order in a city that seems on the brink of collapse. London stands on a knife's edge, with criminal organisations that once stuck to the shadows becoming more bold, and ancient powers from myth and legend making themselves known. Alexander Laszewski has recently 'awakened' and has become entirely unremakable, effectively making himself invisible to the world. He must use his newfound power to navigate a city on the edge of collapse. If only he could figure out how to turn it off.
