《To String Together ( Huaze Lei )》Solve the Problem

The moment she spoke, I could tell there was something bothering her. I walked over to her hesitant at first. Her back was turned towards me and could tell by her tone something was more than wrong. To my curiosity I gently took her arm to look at me and I noticed a grainy, but sticky substance on my hand. I took my hand away from her and noticed some sort of food. I noticed her coat ruined by the food and her white top was stained. She really must be clumsy.
"You're playing with food now?" I asked, slightly amused. It was a moment of silence before I looked towards her face and my smile disappeared instantly. I noticed her expression was a mixture of fear and being upset. I felt alarmed that something or someone happened. "What happened?" I questioned deciding to allow myself to ease her nerves after what had happened to her to cause her to look like this. I reached for her hand and noticed her hand was shaky. I looked down to see she was off. "You're shaking," I spoke softly, giving into her knowing I should help her out.
"It's nothing." She sounds upset as much as she looks. I shook my head not believing that was true. I gently took her hand and began walking back towards the bridge room. I led her into the room knowing I was the only who has been with her since I left the music building. We both took a seat at the built in bookshelf steps. I wanted to know who did this to her to put them in their place. Ximen won't be happy when he finds out.
"This isn't nothing," I started off. I know I purposely avoided her and been cold towards her to keep my distance, but it wasn't right to give her a hard time after seeing her like this. She is still Ximen's friend and I don't necessarily want to give her a hard time. "Who did this to you?" She lowered her eyes and fright with her hands. She was being very quiet and had a feeling she wasn't going to tell me. I sighed and began taking my coat off. "Take your coat off, it's ruined and it's cold out. You can wear mine" I wasn't going to let her walk around school covered in food.
It took a moment for her to get her coat off and I brought my coat around her shoulders so she could put it on. Once she had my coat on, I smiled to myself realizing she looked cute with my coat on. She hugged the coat closer to her, which made me turn my head away to smile for a moment. When I turned back to her, she was standing and I did the same.
"Have you eaten at all?" I ask her, realizing she may have not eaten yet this morning. For a moment she seemed into a thought before shaking her head. "Let's head back to the cafeteria," I started off and she immediately shakes her head.
"It's alright," she spoke lightly again. This time I knew there was a hint of fear in her tone. "I'll eat later." Not for a moment did I believe her. I took her hand once again and stood with her beside me. I begin making my way for the stairs. "We should get to theory," she said trying to change the subject. "I don't want us to be late."
"We can head to theory after we get something quick to eat," I say wondering if the person who did this to Faye was still there. We exited the business building and walked across the courtyard towards the stairs leading to the cafeteria.

"Lei..." she said lightly. I ignored her request and entered the cafeteria. I continued to hold her hand and looked around the spacious cafeteria. There were quite a few people here now. Most of them are looking towards us from their food or their friends. I took a few steps into the cafeteria when I heard several attempting their whispers.
"Are they holding hands?"
"She's wearing Lei's coat."
"Do you think they're dating?"
I pretended to ignore the comments and continued towards the food section. I looked towards the choices for breakfast. The whispering by the food did not stop either. I felt a small tug from my hand and I glanced towards Faye to see her attempting to pull away. Instead, I let go of her hand and wrapped an arm around her shoulders. Instantly the whispering intensified making Faye uncomfortable.
"Lei..." Faye spoke softly.
"Relax," I spoke as I looked for what we were going to eat. I smiled as I found the perfect boxed breakfast for the both of us and a bottle of chocolate milk. I walked the both of us over to the register. I reached over into my coat pocket on Faye's opposite side to take my phone and paid for the meal before heading towards the exit.
"People are staring," she spoke once again.
"Let them stare," I said monotone. "We're friends after all, aren't we?" I looked down at her to see whether she showed any indication of memory from Saturday evening. She looked straight ahead and lightly agreed with me after a pausing moment.
"What's happened to you?" Ximen asked as I walked into business theory class I shared with Lei, Meizuo, Ximen, and... Daoming Si. Meizuo looked up from his phone and his eyes widened slightly and confusion was apparent for a moment before looking between Lei and I. I looked towards Lei wondering what he wanted to say. Like usual, he gave nothing away.
"She's a very clumsy girl," Lei answered.
"Are you alright? Why haven't you answered my texts all day? I could have gone back to the house to get you some clothes." I looked down towards the table. If I couldn't feel any down than I have today, I was wrong. When I thought Lei was trying to be a gentleman and lend me his coat, he had the idea of making people in the cafeteria question our relationship then ask me like it wasn't a big deal seeing if I remembered anything from Saturday evening.
He happened to grab a breakfast box where it happened I was allergic to the pineapple and the surrounding food may have possibly touched the pineapple juice and I did not want to risk a reaction to happen in music theory class. Lei was paying more attention to the class. He did not realize I did not take anything.
"I think I may have left it at home," I shrugged. How would I ever get my phone back from the one and only Daoming Si? "Sorry, I'm really out of it today." I was now starving seeing as it was a bit past noon time, but Lei, and I had back to back classes before a rehearsal and coming straight here.
"Ah okay. That's alright. I wanted to tell you that our friend Jing will be here after class and I want you to meet her." I looked up to see the Ximen and Meizuo smiling. "I've told her much about you and she's excited to meet you." I tried to put on a smile for Ximen and nod as I took a seat beside him.

That is the name that makes Lei happy. I took a glance towards him to see him still standing. He had this smiling look on his face and I looked away taking out my notebook for the class.
"I bet Lei here is very excited to see her. That's why he's probably in a better mood today." He is in a better mood, because he continues to make me the center of attention, but at the same time make people think we're dating, while reminding me that I shouldn't remember anything from Saturday. I heard a humming response from Lei and I kept my eyes glued towards the table.
"Wei!" I jumped slightly from the sudden outburst and turned to see a frowning Si looking down at me. "What are you doing in my seat."
"Ah Si!" Ximen hushed him.
"Why are you shushing me?! She's in my seat!" There's a few of our classmates looking in our direction.
"Let her sit there for today," I heard Meizuo from behind. "Can't you be nice to Faye?" I began packing my things.
"Faye," I heard Ximen say from beside. I looked towards him and smiled slightly. Inside I was doing my best to remain calm and not panic or burst into tears. "It's alright, you can sit there if you would like."
"It's alright," I spoke. "I'll sit on your other side." I stand with my bag and make my way past Ximen before anyone could say anything.
...
"Jing!" The four boys walked up to the beautiful Teng Tang Jing. Today, like any day, I'm sure she wore one of today's top designers. It suited her well. There wasn't a single strand of her straight long black hair out of place. It was Daoming Si who was the first to hug her followed by Ximen and Meizuo. Once Meizuo pulled away, Jing looked towards Lei.
"Lei," she smiled. "I'm here." She has a beautiful voice as well. Lei had his back towards me, but I could tell he was happy to see her. He slowly walked up to her and embraced her with a hug. The two of them held each other longer than the others before pulling away. Her eyes looked past Lei towards me and a warm smile appeared on her face. Teng Tang Jing slowly makes her way over to me. Lei turns around to look at her as the other boys.
She approached me with a positive radient vibe. Her skin was clear of acne, her eyebrows were perfectly trimmed, her make up was done beautifully and she had a pretty smile. No wonder Lei likes her. She's a model and he has known her for a very long time.
"You must be Faye Calinao," Jing spoke to me for the first time. "You're Ximen's long lost best friend I've heard so much about."
"Hello," I greet shyly and smile. "It's nice to meet you Jing." I wasn't sure what to say. I felt shy when it came to meeting new people, especially people close friends of Ximen's.
"You're very pretty and you're very skilled at the cello. I was at your winter concert last year in New York while visiting."
"Really?" I was surprised to hear of this.
"At the time I did not know you knew Ximen. I was missing Lei's junior recital and wanted to see a performance while I was in New York. I can still remember your solo and it was beautiful," she beams with excitement talking about my performance. "It makes me excited to hear you and Lei will be performing together for your senior recital." Lei smiled towards Jing. Both Ximen and Meizuo seemed to be happy to see Jing having already a small connection with me.
"It means a lot. Thank you." She leaned forward to give me a hug and took notice of my outfit before looking between Lei and I.
"You're wearing Lei's coat today. Are you two se-"
"No," Lei cut in quickly and I looked towards him feeling an aching feeling reminding me of my embarrassing moment. Lei wouldn't like someone like me if he has someone like Jing. I made eye contact with Meizuo and he was already looking directly at me, catching on to something that happened this morning and wanted to ask me if I was okay. I shook my head slightly and looked back to Jing. "She was being a bit clumsy this morning when we were in a hurry to grab something to eat before our class. I lend her my coat to keep warm, because her coat is ruined."
"Lei is always a gentleman," Jing smiled and looked towards him. "Should we eat lunch?"
"It's lunch time," Meizuo agreed and the six of us began walking towards the exit of the building. I noticed as we made our way to the cafeteria, everyone started as the five of us walked together in a tight knit group. I felt I was a bit out of place with them, and I think some of the students were pointing it out.
How does Faye Calinao get to hang out with Teng Tang Jing and F4?
She looks out of place
How did she have the luck of being a part of the group? I'm prettier than her.
She's still wearing Lei's coat. She has no chance with him when Jing is here.
My eyes lowered to the ground as I listened to the whispers. An arm wrapped around my shoulder and another took my hand gently. I looked up to see Meizuo to my right with his arm wrapped around my shoulder and Ximen to my left holding my hand. They both gave me a supporting smile and I smiled at the both of them as we began walking up the steps leading towards the cafeteria. My heart swelled for their friendship and catching the small things that may be off.
"My best friend is very pretty," Ximen leaned down towards me to comment after hearing one of our classmates saying something from a distance. "If we ever need to make someone jealous, I'll pretend to be your boyfriend."
"Wei," Meizuo whined. "That's going to be my job. You can have the job as the protective brother."
"I'm hotter, right Faye?" I looked between Ximen and Meizuo and I broke into a laugh to see them bickering again. Daoming Si, Jing, and Lei were already at the top of the stairs staring down at us.
"Hmm, Faye is going to pick me," Meizuo said confidently. I smiled at the two of them for making me in a better mood. They have lightened my jitters making me forget there are others around. Jing smiled and laughed at their bickering as well. Lei opened the door. Daoming Si and Jing were the first to enter. Once Meizuo, Ximen, and I reached the top of the stairs, Lei looked away from us waiting for us to go in.
"You can both take me out on a date," I spoke jokingly wondering if they were really serious about going out sometime.
"I guess," Ximen playfully sighed.
"Just means you'll have two perfect men by your side," Meizuo added in.
"So date night... Friday?" I looked at Ximen who was looking at Meizuo and Meizuo was looking down at me.
"I'll be ready at six," I smiled. Jing lets out a light laugh at our conversation. The six of us entered the food area spreading into the two lines.
"It's a date then," Meizuo said from across and winked. A few girls in the line looked towards us and Ximen let out a low chuckle as he grabbed the things he wanted to eat. As I approached the register, I realized I did not have my phone with me to pay. I was about to take off my backpack when Meizuo walked over to me and shook his head. "I'll pay for you." He used his phone to pay before the worker thanked us and I walked off with Meizuo.
"Thank you. I hope... to find my phone soon."
"No worries." Meizuo led me over the tables where everyone else was seated. I sat between Ximen and Meizuo while Jing, Lei, and Daoming Si sat across. Jing began talking about her time in Paris as we listened to her interesting stories she told.

8 123That Scottish Play
This is a very silly and cringey parody of Shakespeare's Macbeth. The play format will be kept consistent throughout. Unless you enjoy cringing so hard you experience physical pain, I'd suggest avoiding this work. However, as the level of cringe is only slightly less than that of the office, any fans of that show may enjoy this work. (I believe, as a parody, this work is protected from copyright by fair use, additionally, Shakespeare is in the public domain so it doesn't fall under copyright in the first place. If I'm wrong please let me know)
