I am looking for something I do not possess, my search for happiness is bitter and long but The Bold and the Beautiful must press on

because I am not yet The Swan.

Sometimes I think with blond hair, blue eyes

maybe I could have Friends too,

meet my own Rachel Ross Joey and Phoebe.

Right now I’m tired of looking in the mirror and seeing all the mistakes God made

lacking perfection not even an Extreme Makeover can create. But I continue to seek the truth, an inner majesty,

by calling on Dr. Phil, somebody help me, please.

I am living, dreaming, wanting to be something but I’m not I am what I am and am nothing less,

my happiness is not externally defined;

So with each passing day As the World Turns,

I dig a little deeper and uncover a little more,

I accept the Good Times as they come because,

who doesn’t want to be a Millionaire, gain a Queer Eye and have a little Sex in the City while still Young and Restless, but what it really comes down to is that

I only have One Life to Live

and now nearing the end of the Countdown and another year of my life will have been wasted.
