Sinclair pressed her thighs together, trying to dull the ache in her most delicate place, pulsing, begging for him.

Her lips pleased with him to be kissed, caressed, devoured.

Her breast heaved heavy as she moaned—

"I'm starving."

I close my book with a sigh. "Then go eat."

Liam whined, his normally brown skin lacking colors. He must be extremely malnourished. I sigh softly.

"Go hunt, child. Don't sicken yourself. You'll succumb to the devil."

"Succumb to..." Liam swallowed.

"The devil."

I take a swig of opium. Opium is a nice drug. It has my favorite things. Relaxation. Pain. Euphoria. The close second however was Eleanor.

Eleanor is my true drug of choice.

"How does one succumb to the devil," Liam asked. I close my eyes.

It's not enough. It takes too much to get high even a little anymore.

"If you starve yourself your instincts will take over," I explain. "You'll lose your mind. Just drink quickly. If you find yourself feeling guilty, go to Madam."

Eleanor softly sets her lips on my neck. I'm thirsty.

"This book is," I lick my lips.

So thirsty.

"Very risqué. Your favorite? I see the pages you've dog eared."

Eleanor is in yellow today, and yellow is such a nice color on Eleanor warms her skin, makes her glow even more.

Like the sun is shining from under her flesh. I sigh softly.

My hands reach out to grab her throat. She lets me. I don't hurt her.

"Stick out your tongue for me, Eleanor." I request, demand, softly.

Her tongue lolls out of her mouth, obediently. Her eyes hooded as she stared up at me expectantly. I want to taste her blood. Her life force. Instead, I lick her tongue, tasting the insides of her mouth.

I'm not kissing her, I'm devouring her, teeth clashing, her hands at grabbing me closer.

Fuck.

Opium pales in comparison to this. She pulls away, her mouth slick with the mixture of the two of us. I kiss her once more.

Soft this time. Her bottom lip. I knick it, by accident, on my fang. Just a bit. A small cut but her blood flows from it.

I know I should leave it. I often rue ever taking Opium. I know I will rue the moment I taste her blood.

But I am a creature of darkness. Slave to passions to my desires and lusts. I'm unable to sate myself. So I take it. Just a lick. The smallest drop.

My eyes open, my body pulses. A shiver consumes me.

Oh...no...I shouldn't have. I shouldn't have done that.

"Alastair," she whispers in horror. "Your...what big teeth you have."

I sigh, my hand going to my mouth. Where am I what was I doing? Ah...such bliss. I need it. I need it again. I must have it.

Oh I curse myself. I should've never touched her!

"Is that what you are then?" She whispered softly.

I shake my head. "Eleanor I..."

She grins her eyes filling with a malicious light. Her hand extends, putting her hand into my mouth, prying it open my fangs resting on her hand. I shudder, hyperventilating.

My eyes roll back into back of my head. I want to protest, I do but if I move I'll knock her again.

"You're not a fable. You're real. Ah...i don't know whether I'm amazed or not."

A helpless moan leaves my lips.

I plead with her with my eyes to let me free. She declines me.

"Alastair...I'm going to let you go now."

I nod smally.

She takes her hand out of her mouth, a sinister grin on her lips. We are...two of a kind, after all. My Eleanor and I.
