《~danganronpa chatfic~》Chapter 17

Makoto dragged me back down to the living room. They were all still annoying but he literally begged me to come so I obliged. Everyone was still awake despite it being like 3:00 am. We sat down on the floor while everyone was talking. Mondo and Taka were literally cuddling.
that was pretty gay
then again so is my existence
wait no im not gay. no. no. I am totally straight. I had to mentally get rid of these thoughts. Celeste, Kyoko and Hiro were playing uno. so far Celeste was winning. it wasn't a surprise since she's the ultimate gambler. "you should at least interact with everyone" Makoto said. "why should I?" I asked. they were all worthless peasants beneath my feet anyways. "because its nice to interact with people" he poked at my arm. I rolled my eyes and sat down next to Celeste and Kyoko. They were the only people I could partially tolerate.
"oh hello Togami" Celeste said noticing my presence. I gave a nod as a greeting. Kyoko gave a small wave and put down a +4 card. Hiro groaned and took 4 cards. I looked over Celeste's shoulder. She had 2 cards left. a red one and a blue one. Luckily for her Kyoko put down a blue card. Celeste did also. Hiro had like 10 cards in his hand. Kyoko had 4 and Celeste had 1 more. She was the ultimate gambler so this was probably easy for her.
Makoto sat down next to me. we were...kinda close. no. frick. I shouldn't think like this. Im not a homosexual. hell no. "hey Kuya you okay?" Makoto waved his hand over my face. I snapped back to reality and sighed, "yes im fine"
Makoto shrugged and watched Hiro, Kyoko and Celeste played. Finally Celeste put down her last card, "uno" she said smugly. Hiro slammed down his cards in frustration and stomped off to Leon. probably to annoy him. Kyoko simply stood up and walked away.

"sore losers" Celeste muttered looking down as she shuffled the cards. I swear her accent faltered for a moment. But she then looked up and continued speaking in her french/german/whatever accent. "Togami why are you hanging out with Makoto?" she asked.
"he's tolerable" I replied glancing at Makoto. he grinned and made some finger guns.
"ish" I added
"close enough" He said with a small laugh. That tiny laugh made my stomach flutter. what the hell. am I sick? I hope not. "You guys have been hanging out the whole night" she said shuffling her cards. "yes and?" I asked. "it seems like you grow rather fond of the boy" she smirked. I rolled my eyes. as if I did.
did i?
no.
nuh uh.
"well even if I did, why is it your business?" I responded coldly. She shrugged, "just curious" Celeste said. "gasp are you warming up to me?" Makoto said smiling. I scoffed though I can feel my face growing red, "no". He elbowed me playfully, "I like being friends with you to"
the word friend stung so much. Why does it hurt? I dont have a crush on Makoto. he's a peasant. A stupid peasant also. then I recalled all the events earlier today. my heart racing, me blushing.
frick
I like Makoto
no...
I loved him
damn it
why...him

Falling from Earth
He won. He defeated Fate. He took his life into his own hands, the only way he knew how. He killed himself. ......................... He cheated. Fate cheated too. He didnt die. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm a amateur writer. English is my first language. I appreciate it when people point out grammar issues. I also appreciate constructive critiques. I'm writing this mostly because I've read so many novels on here that i feel that I should give back to the community. Will be at least a chapter a week. Every Friday. I keep a buffer of 3 chapters, so if i get on a roll and write more chapters, there will be more updates. My chapters will be at least 3000 words, prologue excluded. I'm shooting for more like 6000 words a chapter, mostly because i never like how small the chapters are in most novels on here. Not enough MEAT. Oh and comments that touch my heart get me excited to write. Just figured that out.
