Part 5: Don't Catch the Plague
My mom wouldn't stop knitting.
When I came in through the door, she said, "So you've decided to grace us with your presence."
She refused to look up from the scarf she was making for Haley. It had grown by an arm's length in the days I'd been gone.
All I'd wanted was to come home to my parents' house, spend a semi-normal evening with my family, maybe have one of my mom's home-cooked meals, then actually sleep in a bed. I really needed some sanity after everything I'd been through. And considering that I was going to try to seduce and drug Jason Gibbs tomorrow, I was hoping to get some rest so I could prepare.
But apparently Shawn and the rest of Jason's squad had told my family that I was wanted for hiding infected refugees. They all thought that I'd been gone because I'd been with Morgan somewhere, concealing her from the Home Guard. I thought about telling them what had actually happened, but how could I? I didn't think anyone would really believe that I'd been buried alive then locked in a stripped-down U-Haul for the better part of a week.
"I don't see why you don't just tell them where Morgan is," my mom scolded.
I hadn't realized that she was in such deep denial about everything that was happening.
"They know what's best for her," she went on, fiercely knitting at the kitchen counter while she lectured me. "They're keeping us all safe. I don't know why you have to go and disrupt all that. They're all such nice boys. And Shawn! You should be so proud of him! This has been so good for him. You need to be more grateful. We're all just so lucky that the good guys are on our side, watching out for us."

We'd missed dinner. Ian was having a beer with Bryce on the porch, and I'd told them that I'd make up some sandwiches. My dad was washing the dishes. As I opened the fridge, he dried his hands and put an arm around me.
"It's good to see you," he said, softly, so my mom wouldn't hear him. "I was so worried. I'm so glad you're home."
At the dining table, Danielle was playing cards with Tyler and Haley. My sister hadn't said a word to me since I'd arrived at the house. When I went to grab the bread knife from the table, she scowled. She stood up, placing herself between me and her children, then she whispered fiercely into my ear.
"I know you know where that little bitch is," she hissed. "She's probably the one who brought that disease in from outside. You need to tell Ian where she is. No more screwing around, Ashley. . ."

Chains of Dominion
If Jake wins the local Fantasy Tactics Online tournament, he’ll have everything he’s ever dreamed of — a ticket out of town and the attention of a beautiful woman. However, this woman has more planned for him than a bus ride to the local metropolis. She teleports him back to her Realm and declares him her Master… and says it’s up to him to save the world. No pressure. Rival Dominions vie for power, and they are all far larger and more organized than Jake’s rag-tag group of women, but he has two advantages: the rules of this world are eerily similar to those of Fantasy Tactics Online, and his wildest dirtiest sexual fantasies act as a power multiplier for his all-female army. Warning: The heroes have intense tactical battles, wild kinky sex, and near-constant flirtation. The villains are disturbing and cruel. If the idea of villains doing bad things bothers you, please do not read books ever, but especially don’t read this one.

Medley of Fates Worse than Death
Rick wakes up in a world unknown to him. He doesn't know what exactly happened or why he is there, he just feels he's not from that world as if he had Dissociative amnesia. Soon after waking up, he gets attacked not once, not twice but three times in a single day. Our hero can know how strong enemies are thanks to a special ability of his, but the thing is... What good does it do to know just how weak you are compared to a deadly creature chasing you? This is a LitRPG Fantasy Adventure in which battles are won (or lost) with strategy and wits as our protagonists aren't necessarily the strongest... So if you enjoy more strategic battles I think you will love this story!About the chapters: I will post mostly 1,300 or so word chapters, I love weekly manga and feel like that pacing is similar to the one in a weekly serial chapter, hopefully, you enjoy these chunk-sized chapters :) I only do this for fun in my free time so I think I will probably post a chapter a week, but if my patreon ever gets busy I might put more time into my hobby xD If you feel like checking out some of the newest chapters, I have them over on my Patreon (Currently 5 chapters in advance): www.patreon.com/rija Extra info (Might get spoilery): As the story progresses I intend to add more strategy, politics and economics into the story, but it will still be mostly a LitRpg action-adventure. (Also if you had read my synopsis previously I changed it a bit because the elements I mentioned before in the synopsis won't come into play until much later into the story, and that's why I changed it.)

Avine: The Journey
Avine, the name recorded in the oldest records of faith concerning the creation of the world. The lands of Avine are in turmoil. A lengthy war recently ended. Casualties were terrible, but not limited to the dead alone. Breakdowns occurred in society, and kingdoms struggled with civil unrest and a never-ending stream of refugees. Mariel Bluegale has lived a relatively uneventful life. Largely sheltered from prejudice by her parents Serin and Arwaro, she grew up in a kingdom that prospered thanks to its strictly neutral policy. But the winds of war are once more on the horizon. Peace is merely the prelude to a new, even bigger conflict, one which may be decided on the identity of one. Release schedule: One chapter a week for the forseeable future. Reality caught up with me, this means I have to scale back my writing time considerably. I promise to finish it, but it will be in pieces, and likely around holidays. As always, any -painful- errors (spelling, flow, consistency or time) please let me know.
